This diploma thesis is focused on the design and application of computational physics and image analysis methods. These methods are then used to study early stages of thin films growth. The first section of this thesis is devoted to create molecular dynamics growth model. This model is used to determine the configurations of very small islands containing less than eleven atoms and to describe the coalescence of islands containing hundreds of atoms. The results from the molecular dynamics model are then used as input to the Monte Carlo model. The Monte Carlo model is then used to describe the continuous and pulsed vacuum evaporation methods. The obtained results from the Monte Carlo model are processed by image analysis methods, namely radii distribution and Quadrat Counts method.

Tato práce se zabývá manažerskou hrou, vzniklou na poli systémové dynamiky, Beer game. Ústředním tématem práce je analýza on-line simulátorů Beer Game a zhodnocení jejich přínosu pro manažerskou praxi. Hra je také zasazena do patřičného metodologického kontextu, jsou zmíněny hlavní milníky jejího více než padesátiletého vývoje a detailně popsány principy a pravidla její současné verze. Práce se dále zabývá problematickými jevy, na které Beer Game poukazuje a nabízí možnosti jejich řešení.

The aim of my thesis is a summary of a leading of a team problems with concentration to modern approaches esp. to teambuilding activities. The thesis is devided into five captires. The first one is dedicated to particular styles of leading of the teams, the second capture is about factors of the team dynamics, particular team roles and phases of building a team. The third capture is dedicated to the teambuilding problems. I try to explain its sense, describe its particular phases and mention examples of teambuilding activities. In the fourth capture I introduce a company which deals with teambuilding, AG Vapiti, s. r. o. its services and typical clients. A depth interview with a client of AG Vapiti, s. r. o. and comparsion with a rival company a follow. The last capture of the thesis is the research on the basis of questionary about the gain of teambuilding. At the end I summarize the knowledge I gained by composing the thesis.

Práce podává v metodologické části komplexní informaci o strategickém plánování v neziskových organizacích a o facilitaci strategického plánování, v rámci případové studie popisuje a zkoumá strategické plánování za pomoci facilitátora v Nadaci barokního divadla zámku Český Krumlov. S ohledem na specifika neziskových organizací oproti ziskovému sektoru jsou na základě syntézy teoretických a praktických poznatků v závěru práce vybrány kritické oblasti strategického plánování, na které by měl management neziskových organizací zaměřit svou pozornost s cílem zkvalitnit součinnost facilitátora a neziskové organizace a zvýšit účinnost strategického plánování vzhledem k vynaloženým nákladům, času a úsilí.

The thesis focuses on a medium-sized software company providing services for the largest financial companies and telecommunications operators in the Czech Republic since 1998, the corporate strategy formulation and representation of the strategy as the Balanced Scorecard. The strategic business units are identified, then analyses of different macro-environmental factors, resources and competencies elaborated. The analyses are used to formulate the strategies for the strategic business units. The corporate strategy is formulated based on discussed synergies between the strategic business units. The corporate strategy is expressed as the Balanced Scorecard system, the strategy map and the strategic actions are introduced. Finally, several aspects of the strategy are discussed from the system dynamics perspective.
