Absence otce ve výchově jako faktor ovlivňující terapeutický proces u mužů v rámci specializované ústavní léčby závislostí / The absence of a father during upbringing as a factor affecting therapeutic process in men within the specialized hospital treatment of addiction

Žváčková, Eva January 2016 (has links)
OF THE THESIS BACKGROUNDS: Family background is a place which is very important for the child's development. Presence of each parent has its own role in education. Absence of one parent carries with it risks of adequate development. Paternal role in education is more and more important. Father has the significant role in his son's developmental tasks, making his own identity, being his male model. He can teach his son to be disciplined, to control agression and hot temper and other things that can influence the dealing with psychotherapeutic proces in the drug addicts during their medium-term treatment in a medical institution. The thesis deals with the medium-term treatment of male drug addicts, educational environment and its influence on coping with the psychoterapeutic process and it describes the diference between individuals who were grown up fatherless and those who were grown up in a complete family. The aim is to characterize how the psychotherapeutic process in men treated in a medical institution can be influenced by the absence of father in the education and how this connection is felt by the clients. METHODS: The practical part of the thesis was realized by the qualitative research. The information about this topic was gained from the dialogues with the men who are being treated. The...

Prokop, Tomáš January 2010 (has links)
The main goal of this thesis is to create management flight simulator for inventory management in selected company. The proposed management simulator is developed in the context of the taxonomy of decision support systems. It is a model-oriented system based on the models proposed by me and created a user interface. In this particular situation the application is realized on company Dynavix, that is a manufacturer of navigations. After opening theoretic information about models, computer technologies for systems modeling and individual phases of simulation process, there follows a case study. It is trying to find and recommend appropriate solutions of fluctuations in the need for planning the purchase of navigation Dynavix by using a system dynamics approach (developed model and its testing). The recommended solution is verified by testing hypotheses according to a predefined test scenarios.

Ovlivnění zatížení nohy barefootovým typem obuvi / Effect of Barefoot shoes on the footprint loading

Vacková, Zuzana January 2019 (has links)
Author: Bc. Zuzana Vacková Title: Effect of Barefoot shoes on the footprint loading Objectives: The aim of this experiment is to evaluate if barefoot shoes affect the size of vertical component of contact force during walking on a smooth non- abrasive surface during normal conditions. Furthermore to find out which parameters can be used to monitor the degree of convergence foot behaviour during the stance phase of gait cycle with the barefoot and barefoot shoes. Methods: Seven probands (4 women, 3 men) aged 23 to 25 years participated at the study. The dynamic gait parameters (reaction forces from the pad) were measured using Kistler force plates in the extreme load laboratory at FTVS UK. Probands after introduction to the experiment went repeatedly over the power plate subjectively comfortable speed. The first measurement were done while walking in the barefoot type of shoes. The second measurement was barefoot walking. It was a one-time measurement. The obtained data were exported from BioWare® program into MS Excel. The final data processing was carried out in the MatLab program, where the necessary graphs of reaction forces and their evaluation were created. Results: All contact forces and their resultant and CoP coordinates were recorded during measurements. Only the vertical contact force...

Iontově specifické hofmeisterovské efekty na peptidy a proteiny / Ion Specific Hofmeister Effects on Peptides and Proteins

Hladílková, Jana January 2014 (has links)
Title: Ion Specific Hofmeister Effects on Peptides and Proteins Author: Ing. Jana Hladílková Department: Physical and Macromolecular Chemistry Advisor: Prof. Pavel Jungwirth, DSc., IOCB AS CR Advisor's email address: pavel.jungwirth@uochb.cas.cz Abstract: Classical molecular dynamics simulations in combination with advanced methods of analysis were used to shed light on missing parts of our molecular understanding of the Hofmeister series. In tandem with various experimental techniques, real proteins as well as model systems were investigated in aqueous salt solutions in order to identify and quantify ion-protein interactions either leading or not leading to the canonical cationic and anionic Hofmeister ordering. The potassium cation was found to significantly enhance the BHMT enzymatic activity in contrast to the rest of the common monovalent cations. In the quest to rationalize this behavior, a key potassium binding site in the vicinity of the active site was discovered and described. Moreover, the exceptionally strong effect of K+ on the enzymatic activity was explained by hydration properties of the cations within the limited space of the active site in interplay with their attraction to the nearby negatively charged residues. By contrast, only a small and indirect influence, which follows the cationic...

Study of the fast domain wall dynamics in thin magnetic wires / Štúdium pohybu rýchlej doménovej steny v tenkých magnetických drôtoch / Etude de la dynamique d'un paroi de domaine dans les microfils magnétiques

Richter, Kornel 28 August 2013 (has links)
The domain wall dynamics is used in many spintronic devices based on the uniaxial ferromagnetic wires to transport and store information. Therefore, the domain wall velocity is one of the main parameters that determine the operation speed of these devices. Recently, a big attention is being paid to amorphous glass-coated microwires due to the very high domain wall velocities that reach up to 20 km/s. In this work, the fast domain wall propagation in amorphous glass-coated microwires was found in the presence of two main factors: (i) relatively low magnetic anisotropy, (ii) complex geometry of magnetic anisotropies given by internal distribution of mechanical stresses. The domain wall dynamics was examined in amorphous glass-coated microwires of reduced diameter down to 1 μm. It was shown, that the domain wall dynamics in these wires is the same as in wires of bigger diameter. It proves that the high domain wall velocities in microwires are not the effect of microwire diameter value. The direct observation of the surface domain wall structure by use of MOKE microscope confirmed that the domain wall is inclined relatively to the main axis. A new method for magneto-optical observation of the samples with cylindrical geometry was proposed. The inclined structure of the domain wall was found to be partially responsible for the high apparent domain wall velocity measured by the Sixtus-Tonks method in microwires. Veľké rýchlosti doménovej steny v mikrodrôtoch boli v tejto práci nájdené v prítomnosti dvoch faktorov: (i) relatívne nízka hodnota magnetickej anizotropie a (ii) zložitá distribúcia magnetických anizotropií daných vnútornými pnutiami.

Varga, Peter January 2006 (has links)
New Zealand has gone through remarkable reforms which have encompassed of wide range of government policies which have changed the incentives in private and public sector. This article tries to show the development of New Zealand economy before reform period, shows development of the reforms and tries to assess the economic effects of these reforms. First it analyses the effects in the primary sector, where it defines primary sector as itself and then analyses the incentives that have changed the sector output and conditions. Next the firm dynamics is being analysed as per the effects of the reforms. It is shown that first in some sectors the output proportion in GDP is lowering because of reforms were being made, later it shows this proportion to be rising again. Last, the view is made in effects analysis in labour market, where it has been found, that labour productivity is not growing enough, so the reforms were made too agresively. Next part of this article analyses macroeconomic effects such as public debt, which in brutto has been lowered through reforms to less than 30% of New Zealand GDP. First, inflation which was few years after reforms still in very high rates, but in 1990s it has been reduced well. And finaly the GDP growth itself, where it has been found out, that New Zealand has sacrifised a part of its GDP amount for agressive and fast reforms. Overlooking the period and its effects it has to be said that New Zealand has now a great market economy with transparent public sector, and the sacrifises were probably worth it.

Dynamika tacitních znalostí v organizaci / Tacit Knowledge Dynamics in Organization

Rajnošek, Ráma January 2010 (has links)
If companies want to create competition advantage, they must operate with knowledge. Knowledge can be divided to tacit and explicit dimension. Tacit knowledge is not easy to express, it is in heads of workers. It is hard to transfer tacit knowledge to others and organizations have limited possibilities to operate with it. But 90% of all knowledge is tacit. Knowledge can grow, keeps its degree or decrease during the life cycle. Tacit knowledge can be built by learning or by creative thinking. Knowledge can be acquired by combinations from current knowledge, information and other ingredients. Knowledge is conserved in organization through telling stories, sharing in communities or by apprenticeship. Mentoring and coaching are very important for handling knowledge over persons in organization. Knowledge is liable to influences which decrease their value. These influences are biological (person leaves the organization) or comparative. Although the value of knowledge in organization is still on the same level, when competition build their knowledge, the level of organization relatively decrease. There are several instruments to scale up knowledge, care for it or not to lose its value for each phase of knowledge life cycle. The empiric research was focused on working with tacit knowledge in organizations in the Czech Republic. According to analysis of current theory and outputs from the research there is proposed the model how to work with tacit knowledge from its dynamic perspective.
