Návrh jízdního simulátoru / Design of driving simulator

Kubeš, Filip January 2014 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is the design of a motion driving simulator for real-time simulation of driving experience. The design takes inspiration from an analysis of existing solutions. An emphasis was put on driver ergonomics in positions typical for a sports car, passenger car and truck, then on variability of motion system and simplicity of the whole design. The dynamics of motion system is also a subject of research. The computational model has been created to test the optimal position of moving arms. Another aim of the study is to create an interface between hardware and software, to confirm the function of the control device using a simple simulation model.

Biogeneze mitosomů Giardia intestinalis / Biogenesis of Giardia intestinalis mitosomes

Voleman, Luboš January 2018 (has links)
7 ABSTRACT Mitochondria of opisthokonts undergo permanent fusion and fission throughout the cell cycle. Keeping these two processes in balance is vital for various aspects of mitochondrial and cellular homeostasis. Both mitochondrial fusion and division mechanisms are controlled by highly conserved dynamin-related GTPases that are present in all kingdoms of life. The aspects of mitochondrial dynamics outside the opisthokonts is, however, almost completely unexplored phenomenon. In our work, we introduced a tool for live imaging of the reduced forms of mitochondria into model organisms Giardia intestinalis and Trichomonas vaginalis, anaerobic protist parasites from the Excavata supergroup of Eukaryotes. Using this technique, we investigated the dynamics of the mitosomes, the simplest forms of mitochondria, of G. intestinalis. The division of mitosomes is restricted to Giardia mitosis and is absolutely synchronized with the process. The synchrony of the nuclear and the mitosomal division persists also during the encystation of the parasite. Surprisingly, the sole dynamin-related protein of the parasite seems not to be involved in mitosomal division. However, throughout the cell cycle mitosomes associate with the...

Boryt barvířský (Isatis tinctoria) jako potenciálně invazní druh v CHKO Pálava. Vyhodnocení efektivity různých likvidačních opatření

Klepárníková, Michaela January 2017 (has links)
This study is focused on the monitoring of the population dynamics of the dyer's woad (Isatis tinctoria L.) in the National Nature Reserve Děvín-Kotel-Soutěska. In the course of thesis, monitoring areas were established to assess the most suitable liquidation interven-tion in the case of a progressive invasion of the species in the location. The number of plants and their distribution on the area were continuously monitored and compared to the previous period. Results of study are a detailed plots of areas and a tables with num-bers of plants in 2015 and 2016. During the first two years of monitoring, there has not yet been a statistically significant decrease in either of the monitored localities. The reason for this can be the long-term supply of viable seeds in the soil, and according to profes-sional literature it can be assumed that the differences in the types of interventions that occur will take effect after several years. Due to the application of herbicide preparations, we can recommend Dicopur M 750 as the most effective for dyer's woad. Results of this study will serve as a background material for the Administration of Protected Landscape Area Pálava and for Nature Conservation Agency of Brno.

Demografická analýza mikroregionu Cezava

Veselá, Lucie January 2017 (has links)
This thesis analyzes the development of the structure of the population and demographic processes of microregion Cezava in 2005-2015. In that time period indicators of status and population movement were analyzed. Using a suitable trend function future development of selected indicators until 2018 was predicted. A key finding is that the population in the microregion is aging; this negative process is slowed down by migration, especially migration of young families. The main reason for creating this work is its potential use in the microregion development strategy. Demographic analysis of this type in the current strategy is missing.

Dynamika druhů fragmentovaných suchých trávníků na úrovni krajiny / Dynamics of species of fragmented dry grasslands at the landscape scale

Hemrová, Lucie January 2013 (has links)
Past extensive changes in land use have resulted in fragmentation of species habitats. Changes in landscape structure have provoked discussion about the prospects of species of fragmented habitats in the future agricultural landscape. Landscape dynamics of plant species is basically a result of extinction and colonization rates. Many studies have confirmed the former expectation that a number of habitats suitable for a plant species in a landscape stay unoccupied. The differences in species distribution and proportion of suitable habitats occupied by a given species are hypothesized to be due to the area and isolation of suitable habitats and colonization and survival ability of a given species. To understand species dynamics in a changing landscape, first we have to reveal the relationships between the distribution of species and their proportion of occupied habitats, habitat age, habitat configuration and species colonization and survival ability. After the complete understanding of the determinants of species dynamics we will be able to predict reliably species prospect in the future. The very basic aim of this thesis was to reveal the determinants of landscape dynamics of dry grassland species in terms of their distribution and frequency in the landscape. The importance of correct identification...

Systémová dynamika v projektech řízení kvality / System dynamics of the quality management projects

Ambrož, Ondřej January 2014 (has links)
Diploma thesis looks into the application of system dynamics and system thinking principles into the projects of quality management. This application offers the new perspective of project of quality management, which uncovers concealed relationships among entities of the system. The principles are specifically applied on the DMAIC cycle of the Six Sigma methodology. The goal of this thesis is to reveal the relationships between the key entities of the cycle, the revelation of the system archetypes with the negative impact on project management triangle and to propose recommendations to eliminate or minimize the negative impact. The goals of the thesis are fulfilled with the methods of analysis of the theoretical ground and its synthesis based on mutual characteristics across the examined areas of System dynamics, Project dynamics, Project management and Quality management. In the practical application the used methods are generalization, deduction, analysis and synthesis of the new systemic and dynamical perspective of the DMAIC cycle. The technical tool used in this process is Causal Loops Diagram. The research has proven the presence of free kinds of system archetypes in the DMAIC cycle, for which are suggested recommendations to eliminate the negative impact on the key indicators. The main contribution of the thesis is the systemic and dynamic approach of the quality management projects, which reveals nonlinear relationships and potentially harmful behavior, which would remain undiscovered under the linear perspective of the system relationships.

Dynamika metodiky agilního projektového řízení Scrumban / Dynamics of agile project management methodology Scrumban

Grohoľ, Robert January 2013 (has links)
This thesis researches dynamics in projects managed by Scrumban. It describes the creation of system dynamics simulation model, which provides insight into the relationships between system components. It also presents data, that are further analysed with the purpose of discovering patterns in behaviour of project attributes in time, such as size of the product backlog, work in progress etc. The patterns are discovered and recommended parameter settings are provided so that there is no idle time or higher defect rate than necessary. Soft factors are also included in the model, namely the development team and the customer, which have a grand effect to the model behaviour. Managment flight simulator is developed, which provides the option to experiment even to users, who are not familiar with system dynamics modelling. The thesis consists of two parts. In the first part, necessary theory of project management, system dynamics and their fusion is provided. The second part is dedicated to the process of creating the simulation model, dynamic hypothesis formulation, mathematical modelling, testing and data analysis. In consideration of the analysis results, recommended policies are provided. Last pages of the thesis describe the user interface of management flight simulator and it's controls.

Molecular modeling of biomolecules - surface interactions

KROUTIL, Ondřej January 2016 (has links)
Interactions between (bio)molecules, ions and solid surfaces play crucial role in many biological processes as well as in many scientific applications and understanding of this phenomenon on molecular level is a challenging task for today science. Computer simulations can provide detailed view on atomic level if carefully prepared and evaluated models are used. In this thesis, interactions of several types of (bio)molecules with inorganic surfaces are studied by classical and ab initio molecular dynamics. Chemisorbed biomolecules, namely DNA and oligopeptide, covalently attached to graphene and mercury surface, respectively, were studied to make link with DNA chip design and experimental label-free electrochemical measurements, respectively. Quartz (101) surface model applicable to wide range of pH conditions was developed and evaluated against experimental X-ray data. Physisorption of the nucleobases on quartz (101) surface and oxalate dianion on rutile (110) was examined and discussed.
