Ekonomické zhodnocení účinku vybraných hnojiv se stabilizovaným dusíkem u pšenice ozimé

Sapák, Antonín January 2019 (has links)
The aim of submitted thesis was to evaluate the application of selected fertilizers with nitrogen and sulfur to the grain yield and the quality of winter wheat production and the impact of their use on the economy of this cereal crop. Their testing was carried out in a one-year field experiment. In the experiment selected combinations of fertilizers containing various forms of N, N-fertilizers with sulfur and manure added with nitrogen conversion inhibitors were tested. Fertilizers were applied in selected terms of regeneration, production and quality fertilization. At a total ration of 159 kg/ha N. N-fertilizer with urease inhibitors and nitrification inhibitor – Urea Stabil and Alzon Neo – achieved the best results. Their application increased the yield (Alzon Neo) and consequently the economy of wheat growing technology (Urea Stabil). A decrease in the results of the experiment was recorded for sulfur-containing fertilizers (Ensin and DASA). Low yield effect was found after application of LAD + LAD + DAM 390 fertilization. Wheat food quality E was achieved in all fertilization variants tested. In the variant using a uniform application of fertilizer with urease inhibitor (Urea Stabil), the economy of the growing technology generated up to 37 % rel.

Based on data obtained from Global Essay Mills Survey which was spread across Europe, Australasia and Americas, a rate of cheating in 14 selected countries is identified, and a relationship between this rate and selected economic indicators is examined. Particular attention is paid to contract cheating and essay mills services which are becoming a world-wide issue. As a result of this thesis, not only compa-rison of student behaviour in selected countries has been made, but also recommendation on how to reduce the unethical behaviour at universities.

Postavení řidičů tradičních taxislužeb a alternativních služeb z hlediska pracovního práva / The legal status of drivers of traditional and alternative taxi services in terms of employment law

Kotara, Jan January 2020 (has links)
The legal status of drivers of traditional and alternative taxi services in terms of employment law Abstract The aim of this thesis is to apply the defining features of dependent work to the activity performedby drivers in domestic taxi service - and based on this analysis - to decide whether the nature of this work really corresponds to the declared position of drivers as independent providers of transport services mediated by a third party, or whether they potentially are misclassifiedemployees entitledto all labor benefits associatedwith such status. The subject of interest is not only the activityof "traditional"but also "alternative"taxi drivers. Therefore, the work first deals with the phenomenon of shared economy, term allegedly justifiingthe above-mentioneddichotomy and in the eyes of some authors a reason for special legal treatment of some subjects onthe taxi market.Throughthe analysis of the theoryof shared economy with emphasis on the transport sector, a historical excursion into the sharing of transport capacity and a comparison of the operation of BlaBlaCar and Uber services, it is concluded that the subjects dealt in the thesis cannot be subsumed under the concept of shared economy. Furthermore, the case law of the CJEU is analyzed, on the basis of which Uber is qualifiedas a service in the...

Budský, Tomáš January 2015 (has links)
Diploma thesis "The Consequences of Munich Agreement for economy and society of Czechoslovakia" deals with the Munich Agreement and the impacts of this Agreement on the former Czechoslovakia. The aim of the work is based on archival materials and secondary literature for comparison how crucial was the change of the economic and social system "as a result" of the Munich Agreement. This thesis also analyzes on what was based the economy of the First Czechoslovak Republic, what form the social structure had, how economy has evolved and how significant were impacts by totalitarian regimes on society. Smysluplnost práce v ekonomice platforem / Meaningfulness of Work in Platform Economy

Kreisinger, Jonáš January 2021 (has links)
In my thesis I deal with the concept of meaningful work in a platform economy. Meaningful work is a theoretical as well as a practical problem that exists across various fields of study. Meaningful work is increasingly important topic, which corresponds with actual problems that workers face in their workplace. The main goal of the thesis is to inquire if and how is this concept useful to describe the working conditions of emerging platform economy, which strengthens the class conflict at the workplace. I research this problem on the case of Viennese food delivery service Mjam with application of the method of the phenomenological analysis, which enabled me to study dailiness and experiencing of meaningfulness of work of the couriers. For the analysis, I conducted semi-structured interviews with the riders. Even though the couriers experience occasionally meaningfulness as well as meaninglessness at the workplace, the thesis shows that this concept is rather used to rephrase their crucial problems of the workplace. The researched literature partially ignores the real problems of workers in their workplace as well as the complexity and heterogeneity of the problem of meaningful work.

Analýza techniky a efektivity běhu při použití bot Nike Air Zoom Alphafly / Analysis of technique and efficiency of running using Nike Air Zoom Alphafly shoes

Veselý, Vít January 2021 (has links)
Title: Analysis of running technique and efficiency when using Nike Air Zoom Alphafly shoes. Objectives: The main goal is to identify possible changes in selected physiological parameters and biomechanics of running when using Nike Air Zoom Alphafly shoes compared to standard running shoes. Methods: A 3D treadmill (H/P Cosmos Gaitway II S, Germany) was used in the analysis of running biomechanics. For the analysis of physiological parameters, the Metalyzer device was used within the spiroergometric examination of the run. The Borg scale was used to analyze the subjective assessment of the load. A paired T-test of Excel software was used to process the results. Results: The results of the work partially show a change in the biomechanics of running. A statistically significant difference was recorded at all speeds (15 km/h, 18 km/h, 21 km/h) in loading rate (p15 = 0,003; p18 = 0,000; p21 = 0,001) and time to impact peak (p15 = 0,017; p18 = 0,022; p21 = 0,003). At a speed of 15 km/h, an additional difference in running cadence (p = 0,044) was noted. The results show a statistically significant change in the economics of running all measured parameters, in oxygen intake converted to kilograms of weight (p = 0,003), minute ventilation (p = 0,000), respiratory rate (p = 0,000), respiratory coefficient (p...
