Průběh světové finanční krize v Německu - dopady na českou ekonomiku / Course of global financial crisis in Germany – impacts on the Czech economy

Kořínek, Tomáš January 2011 (has links)
A financial crisis in 2007 changed the development of the global financial system. A lot of financial innovations, although they cannot be considered the only reason of the crisis, affected the critical situation reasonably. The initial crisis of the financial system soon transferred into real economy. German banking system suffered from negative effects of the financial crisis. The federal government sets up a Special fund for stabilization of the financial market (Soffin) to help the financial sector. Germany is the second largest exporter in the world and the fall of the foreign demand meant a depression of its export. The Czech financial system (banking) was not affected too seriously during the initial period of the financial crisis. The main reason of this was that the majority of Czech banks are controlled by foreign subjects which meant that risky businesses were implemented by principal companies. The crisis transferred into real economy through the channel of foreign trade.

Návrh vhodného softwarového řešení elektronického obchodu / Design a suitable e-commerce software solution

Pekárek, Miroslav January 2010 (has links)
The purpose of this paper is to summarize current knowledge about electronic trading and to outline the benefits and drawbacks of potential software solutions in electronic trading. This paper is focused not only on theoretical findings and bases, relating to electronic trading, but also on the possibilities of establishing such trading within the confines of the Czech environment. Its goal is to select a suitable open source software solution for electronic trading based on predefined criteria and to warn of potential challenges relating to it. This paper should contemporaneously serve to help an individual interested in establishing electronic trading to decide which solution is the most appropriate, even if he/she selects a product that is not open source. This should serve, in such a case, as a methodical set of instructions that guides the individual to select the correct solution. Among other aspects, this paper should also help an individual interested in electronic trading to decide, whether or not an open source solution is suitable, and if there is any merit in exploring this option.

Itálie: ekonomika a regionální diferenciace / Italy: economy and regional differentiation

Lajnerová, Kristýna January 2010 (has links)
The thesis Italy: economy and regional differentiation deals in the first place with the current problem of the state of Italian economy influenced by the global economic crisis and secondly it looks at the underdevelopment of South Italian regions. In connection with the economic crisis the thesis describes measures adopted by the Italian government in order to reduce negative effects of the crisis on the economy and employment. These measures, especially the fiscal stimulus, belonged to the lowest in Europe also by reason of the huge general government gross debt. The second part of the thesis looks at the problem of the regional differentiation among the regions of the North and the South of Italy. South Italian regions suffer from underdevelopment, high rate of unemployment and low rate of employment and these problems haven't been successfully solved even after many years of their existence. The unfavourable situation in South Italian regions has moreover been worsened by the unstable political situation, corruption and activities of the organised crime. These obstacles are widely spread in Italy also according to the research of the World Economic Forum. It was supposed that the underdevelopment of South Italian regions would reduce as a result of the implementation of European Structural funds. The main part of the financial resources assigned to Italy goes to the South and so it was expected that the influence in southern regions would prove to be remarkable. Unfortunately, even after expiration of three programming periods just a little positive impact on the alleviation of regional disparities in Italy was proved. The quality of implementation especially in the South is affected by irregularities and frauds and the executed projects are often ineffective. This thesis comes to the conclusion that just a minimal convergence takes place among italian regions and the EU Structural funds failed to meet their main objective in Italy.

Prostorové aspekty sdílené ekonomiky v cestovním ruchu: případ couchsurfingu / Spatial aspects of sharing economy in tourism: case of couchsurfing

Lochman, Josef January 2019 (has links)
5 Abstract A significance of platforms based on sharing economy principle in tourism has been continuously increasing. Currently, the most significant phenomenon is Airbnb, which allows residents to offer their homes for tourists. Even though Airbnb still works on basic peer to peer principle of sharing economy, due to uncontrolled development, it has been leading to a diversion from values of sharing economy. Unlike Airbnb, couchsurfing still retains values of sharing economy and promotes sustainable tourism. However, there is not enough data about couchsurfing. For example, this platform does not have any public database, which would outline how many people were accommodated through Couchsurfing in particular destinations. The lack of data about couchsurfing is apparent in the academic sphere as well. The vast majority of studies is focused on sociological themes like motivations of people to use couchsurfing or mutual trust among its users. In the meantime, the spatial behaviour of these tourists has been therefore underestimated. Creation of a database of these tourists on international and Czech national scale including an exploration of spatial behaviour in Czechia is the main aim of this research. A combination of quantitative and qualitative methods was adopted for this research. The quantitative...

Sdílená ekonomika a digitalizace: Výzva pro komplexní úpravu pracovního práva? / The sharing economy and digitalization: challenge for complex modification of labor law?

Tkadlec, Matěj January 2019 (has links)
THE SHARING ECONOMY AND DIGITALIZATION: CHALLENGE FOR COMPLEX MODIFICATION OF LABOR LAW? ABSTRACT This diploma thesis discusses the phenomenon of last decade called sharing economy, which has many different forms and names. In its purest meaning, the sharing economy concerns behavior of economically active entities that, in order to reduce their own costs or to use their spare capacity, share free resources. As the best examples of sharing economy, we can name capital platform Airbnb, where people share their unused immovable in order to generate profit or work platform BlaBlaCar trough which people reduce their car costs while travelling one-off long-distance trips. However, as mentioned above, sharing economy has many different forms. One of them, which cannot be recognized as its pure form, is provided by Uber. Uber, as well as BlaBlaCar, created mobile platform trough which providers of transport services can get in touch with users of these services. Despite this similarity, there are several significant differences from which one can conclude that Uber is not a classic provider of information technology services, such as BlaBlaCar. That was also borne out by foreign courts, including European Court of Justice. On that basis, a question arises, whether Uber drivers really carry on the activity of...

Kotrbatá, Lenka January 2007 (has links)
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá komplexní socioekonomickou analýzou okresu Příbram. Můžeme ji rozdělit do tří částí.
