Uma das principais responsabilidades da área de Engenharia de Requisitos é refinar requisitos em especificações. Em sistemas empresariais esse refinamento deve considerar o contexto empresarial no qual o sistema fará parte. Apesar de existirem algumas abordagens para refinar requisitos algumas delas até mesmo considerando o contexto empresarial essa tarefa é realizada manualmente. Baseado em conceitos de Engenharia Dirigida por Modelos, este trabalho propõe uma transformação semiautomática usando um modelo da empresa como modelo dos requisitos e um modelo de casos de uso como modelo das especificações. Para isso, considera-se que ao usar um modelo de empresa como origem dessa transformação é possível representar tanto os requisitos quanto os conhecimentos de domínio necessários para obter especificações através de uma transformação. Com isso, este trabalho apresenta os metamodelos de origem e de destino, um conjunto de regras de transformação e uma ferramenta que permite executar a transformação. Por fim, este trabalho também discute um experimento que foi executado para analisar alguns aspectos desta proposta. / One of the key responsibilities of Requirements Engineering is to refine requirements into specifications. For enterprise systems, this refinement must consider the enterprise context where the system will be deployed. Although there are some approaches for requirements refinement, some of them even considering the enterprise context, this task is executed manually. Based on Model-Driven Engineering concepts, this study proposes a semi-automatic transformation using an enterprise model as a requirements model and a use case model as a specifications model. For that, this work considers that using an enterprise model as a source it is possible to represent both the requirements and the domain knowledge that are necessary to obtain specifications through a transformation. Therefore, this study presents the source and target meta-models, a set of transformation rules, and a tool to support the transformation. Finally, this study also discusses an experiment executed to analyze some aspects of this proposal.

The Practice of Social Entrepreneurship as A Model : Case study between Sweden and ChinaLei, Jieyi, Zhu, Sha January 2010 (has links)
<p><strong>Aim</strong>: Social Entrepreneurship (SE) has been widely spread as a global phenomenon, although many researches have been done, the concept is still hard to define. However, it has been proved that SE has a positive effect on alleviating the social problems. The aim of this research is by the means of comparing three prevalent social enterprise models and analyzing the crucial factor in the social value creation process, to find out an appropriate mode for the Chinese organizations to develop SE, with twofold value creation: social and economic.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Method</strong>: Three companies are chosen as case study: Gefle Chocolaterie, Göranssonska Fonder and Lenovo. Face-to-face interview and phone interview are used to collect the primary data, also some books and articles are applied as secondary data. The analysis model is social enterprise models, and strategic triangle model.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Result & Conclusions</strong>: We find some advantages and disadvantages of social enterprise models, and come to a result that for each case company, because of the difference between crucial factor of the social enterprise model, their strategic triangle model are different as well. There is no fixed social enterprise model for Chinese companies to practice SE, each kind of the model should be adjusted to the specific situation of the company, only in this way, best results can be achieved.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Suggestions for future research</strong>: The information we got from the interviewees may be limited to their point of view, also, bias may occur in the research due to authors’ academic point of view. On the other hand, this research was only based on qualitative data, and the empirical study, which was not enough, hence, more quantitative data is needed in the future study.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Contribution of the thesis</strong>: After the study, according to the size of the company, we list the potential models for each of them to develop SE. It is valuable and helpful for managers to capture the SE practice model and embed it into the company behaviour.</p>

Syrians of The Diaspora : Seeding and harvesting the design of a book and a manifestoFahd, Ahmad, Bsirini, George January 2021 (has links)
This project proposes and uses co-creation design methods, a design approach based on allowing users to play a design role; by creating a project. The design process comprises design specialists and participants from various specialties and ages, then finding common ground and interests to develop a future work plan. Collective creation designers can provide tools and workshops to support and develop a fledgling community initiative that works within design and change. After the Syrians were exposed to a movement towards world countries, forming a diaspora condition within their families and host societies. This project was implemented in January 2021, with two collaborating students of the Bachelor of Design + Change at Linnaeus International University in Sweden, titled ‘’Syrians of The Diaspora’’. The project deals with collective creation in addressing issues to which immigrants are exposed, several issues that cause feelings of despair, and loss of creative value, influenced by their neglected skills and life experiences. To create a ‘’vocational cultural knowledgeable club’’ in the host country that employs their skills and presents them to the host community, facilitating integration plans.
