My master's thesis deals with the complex problems of a partnership in the Czech Republic from the establishment to the extinction. The problematic and different sections of the accounting, taxation, distribution of the profits and payment of loss of the partnership with the other companies, especially from a private limited company are compiled also. The subject of the practical part is application of the accounting, taxable and legislative regulations related to the type of company. The aim of the thesis is creating a complete overview of the problems of the partnership. This theme isn't elaborated in available literature and next part deals with the application of the investigate sections into the concrete examples of the practice. The thesis can also serves as a basic guide for begin businessmen.

In this dissertation, I describe various types of permanent establishments and other structures through which company may run its business abroad. I calculate and compare tax administrative costs incurred in connection with running such foreign business. Further, I apply this theory on a company that carries on business through a permanent establishment abroad.

This thesis decribes the setting up of a business plan for coffee shop, which besides quality coffee, targets customers suffering from celiac disease (gluten-free assortment). The aim of this thesis is to create a real business plan. For this purpose, the data for the creation of financial plan were based on real datas. In the end of this thesis the success of the established business plan is evaluated.

The diploma thesis deals with the creation of a realistic business plan to establish a small company in the veterinary field. For the establishment of a small business, the analysis of the current situation, both in the field of opportunities and in the analysis of the market and its surroundings, was first undertaken. A business plan is then elaborated, to which the organizational, marketing and financial plan are related. Part of the diploma thesis is also a guide to the founding of a limited liability company. Subsequently, possible risks for business in the veterinary sector are defined.

The topic of the diploma thesis is „Business plan“. Thesis is divided into three main chapters. First chapter includes theory. In the second chapter a full analysis is processed. Third and the last chapter is focused on suggestions for improvement, which are based on outputs from the previous two chapters. In case of this thesis, the suggestion is business plan for starting beauty salon.

The thesis deals with the creation of a real business plan, namely the establishment of a small Moravian winery. In order to prepare a business plan, a strategic analysis of the current situation was carried out, both in the area of opportunities and threats, as well as an analysis of the market and its surroundings. Subsequently, the prepared business plan is processed into a formal form, where the emphasis is on organizational, marketing, and especially financial plan. Last but not least, the thesis identifies possible risks for business in the wine sector.

The aim of this thesis is to create a realistic business plan for the establishment of a small company, engaged in the field of live streaming services of sport matches over the Internet. The thesis consists of three theoretical, analytical and design parts. The theoretical part will define the basic concepts of business and introduce the diffrent analyzes that will be used to develop the thesis. In the second analytical part, the individual analyzes will be applied in a real environment to established company and in the third part the complete business plan and its implementation will be presented.

The objective of this study was to assess the above-ground factors affecting the establishment and recovery of the dominant chaparral shrub Adenostoma fasciculatum (chamise) on the Rocky Canyon granite mine. Attempts to restore the California chaparral have been challenging and few successful efforts have been documented. However, the California chaparral can fully recover from fire in as little as 10-15 years. Factors affecting chamise seedling establishment were tested by planting chamise seed in forty eight 1square meter plots managed to test the effects of interspecific competition with native postfire vegetation, post-mining volunteer vegetation, and intraspecific only competition. Plots were managed and observed from December 2004 to May 2006. Half of the 48 plots were summer irrigated throughout the first growing season to test the addition of water on growth and survivability. Nearly all chamise seedlings exposed to competition from either native or non-native vegetation perished within the first summer. Seedlings in plots where interspecific competition was removed experienced significantly higher germination and higher survival. Seedlings in the irrigated plots with competition removed, grew on average 18cm taller and had 27% more coverage per plot than non-irrigated with competition removed. They were also 4 times more likely to survive. The results of this study clearly show that chamise seedlings are not strong competitors when exposed to either native herbaceous post-fire vegetation or non-native weedy vegetation. Restoration of chamise at Rocky Canyon will require removal of all competing species during the first year of establishment. Irrigation is not required for successful germination and establishment but will result in higher survival and faster growth.

This Master´s thesis deals with creating of Small Company for Sale of Children´s Assortment. Thesis is focused on formation of company initial budget and financial plan for five years period since the business establishment.

The aim of the thesis is to create a real and practicable business plan for petting up a Bio – baby cafe. The theoretical section of the thesis contains a definition of a small business. It is predominantly focused on the analysis of particular issues relating to business plans including the legal and economical aspects. In the analytical section these theoretical findings are applied to the specific business goal - foundation of the Bio- baby cafe in Brno-Líšeň.
