The social representation of musical education by parents in Paris' 20th districtMontandon, Frédérique 24 November 2008 (has links)
Le paramètre d’une pratique musicale du parent ou de son absence modèle le discours des parents / The study of social representations of musical education by parents for whom children between the ages of 3 and 10 learn music is based through a series of interviews. This study concerns at once the choice of the activity as well as the institution, their hopes and expectations with respect to their practice. It shows that several systems of representations overlap: social representations of education in general - in addition to specific musical education, that of the child, or even more, that of the establishment. Musical education, in France, takes place within the structures of the conservatory, private tutelage or through local associations. Paris’ 20th district, site of this research, offers a variety of structures with respect to pedagogical approach as well as musical style. The use and aim attributed to musical training are analyzed according to the chosen establishement. Several concepts surrounding education and training are emerging. They flow from child social representations and extra-curriculare activities. It is the parameter of parental musical practice or its absence that chapes parental discourse

Les personnes publiques spéciales / Special public entitiesGranero, Aurore 01 June 2012 (has links)
Classification of public entities is built on a dualistic distinction with one hand, the category of local authorities and the other, that of public establishments. Because of the reluctance of judge and doctrine, the question of the existence of new public entities remained sealed until the third path opened by the legislature and the emergence of public interest groups (GIP). The GIP were the first structures of qualified persons unnamed public. Next, the jurisprudence has dedicated legal institution sui generis public persons in the image of the Bank of France. In the 2000s, the legislature has expanded the list of unnamed public by creating a new form of independent administrative authority, public authorities with independent legal personality. These public entities were created to modernize administrative action. They are sometimes presented as new legal formulas from competing public establishment became, it seems, an outdated formula under the imperatives of modernization of public administration. However, the new public figures hardly differ from the public establishment. Indeed, these new structures have the public persona and are subject to the principle of specialty. Therefore, it is possible to bring new entities public the classical category of public establishment. Ultimately, the flexibility and diversity of the status of public establishments can identify the existence of several categories including public institutions should store the new special public entities.

Vliv odběrového místa na hygienicky významné ukazatele kvality vody v přírodních koupalištích / The effect of sampling point on hygienically significant water indicators in natural bathing establishmentZelinková, Myra January 2012 (has links)
In this diploma thesis, I deal with the influence of the sampling site on water quality in natural bathing lakes (Hostivar reservoir, Seberak pond and Vyzlovka pond) in this. I have established that hygienically significant kinds of phytoplankton may differ in terms of water quality especially where there are cyanobacteria constituting water bloom. Surface water bloom may be moved by wind to the lee side of the water body (Microcystis sp.). Aphanizomenon flos-aquae water bloom floating in water column can be affected by wind and by water flow (which may be partly affected by wind as well). With the prevailing fibrous Planktothrix agardhii which does not connstitute water bloom the concentration of chlorophyll-a and cyanobacterial cell abundance in individual sampling sites are similar although the concentration of chlorophyll-a a is about 200 g.l-1 . Microcystis sp. and Scenedesmus sp. survive under eutrophic conditions in competition. From the microbiological perspective, water quality can differ within a single sampling site in places at a distance of less than 100 m. Microbial contamination can be caused by bathers, water birds, farm animals and probably by the removing of microorganisms from sand, mud and sediments on the beach or shore. Rain episodes probably increase the abundance of E.coli...

Establishment of ruminal microbiota and function in the dairy calf and the effect of live yeasts supplementation.Rey, Mickael 15 November 2012 (has links)
The newborn calf has a little and non-fonctional rumen. During the first months of life, digestive functions establish, in relationship with the colonization by a microbiota mainly composed of bacteria, archaea and protozoa. This study had two objectves: i) characterize and understand the sequence of establishment of ruminal microbiota in calves by molecular biology and counting techniques abd describe the appearance of fermentation parameters (VFA and ammonia) and enzyme activities during the pre- and post-weaning periods, ii) define the effect of yeast supplementation on the establishment of the ruminal ecosystem in pre-and post-weaning periods. On the one hand, our work confirmed that at birth, calf rumen is devoid of micro-organisms, AGV, xylanase and amylase activities, with a pH close to neutrality and a strongly positive Eh. From 2 to 15 days of age, the rumen is colonized by a complex microbiota dominated by bacteria (Proteobacteria and Bacteroidetes phyla) and also containing archaea (with mainly the Methanobrevibacter genus), and Eh becomes strongly negative. These communities result in the production of fermentation products due to their enzymatic activities. Between 15 days and weaning, with the ingestion of solid food, the composition of rumen microbiota changes to become closer to that of adult ruminants without reaching maturity in term of densities and relative abundances. At this time, the phylum Bacteroidetes is predominant with the Prevotella genus. After weaning, slight differences occurs on some fermentative parameters such as VFA, probably related to a change in the microbiota that becomes less diversified and more adapted to the degradation of solid food. From 90 days, the establishment of ciliated protozoa in the calf rumen seems conditioned by the proximity with adult animals. From 4 months of age, considering fermentation, enzymatic and taxonomic composition of the microbiota, the ruminal ecosystem tends to be similar to that observed in adult animals. On the other hand, our work showed that during the pre-weaning period, the supplementation with live yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) results in a lower concentrate intake, an earlier establishment of ciliated protozoa and a higher archaeal community density, but poorly affects the density and diversity of the bacterial community, with the exception of changes in abundances of some minors taxa. Yeast supplementation reduces proteolysis, increases the proportion of acetate and decreases that of propionate. During the post-weaning period, yeast supplemented calves consumed more hay, had a higher archaeal density, but a lower diversity and density of the bacterial community with an increased relative abundance of fiber, protein, starch, pectine degrading bacteria compared to control according to the substrates present in the rumen. These changes are probably related to increases of the xylanolytic activity and the proportion of acetate. Taken together, results obtained in his thesis have improved knowledge and understanding of the establishment of the ruminal ecosystem in the dairy calf in pre- and post-weaning periods, and carried some possibilities to orientate or improve the ruminal establishment for better control of calves rearing.

Plant community assembly in grazed grasslandsMarteinsdóttir, Bryndís January 2014 (has links)
Species assembly into local communities from the surrounding region can be caused either by species failure to reach the site (i.e. seed limitation) or to establish (i.e. establishment limitation). The aim of this thesis was to investigate plant species assembly and to determine the relative importance of different factors in that process. In a cultivated landscape in southeast Sweden, plant community assembly was studied in grazed ex-arable fields. Community assembly from the surrounding region into the local community was explored using trait-based null models and seed sowing and transplanting experiments. The influence of local environmental factors and landscape history and structure on community assembly was also studied. In addition, differences in species assembly between ex-arable fields and semi-natural grasslands were explored. Seed limitation was the strongest filter on local community assembly. Only a fraction (36%) of species in a region dispersed to a local site and adding seeds/transplants increased species establishment. Species abundance at the regional scale, species dispersal method and seed mass strongly influenced which species arrived at the local sites. Establishment limitation also affected the assembly. Of species arriving at a site 78% did establish, seedling survival was low and which species established was influenced by species interactions, local environmental conditions and stochastic events. In addition, landscape structure that determined the species richness in the regional species pool influenced the local assembly. The comparison between assembly in ex-arable fields and semi-natural grasslands indicated that the main cause of difference in species assembly between them was difference in their age. The main conclusion of this thesis is that regional processes are more important than local factors in determining plant community assembly. / <p>At the time of the doctoral defense, the following papers were unpublished and had a status as follows: Paper 3: Submitted. L'exceptionnalisme religieux et la Constitution américaine / Religious exceptionnalism and American ConstitutionGuillemin, Maxence 07 September 2015 (has links)
This study tends to put the federal construction in context of an emerging political theism. Exceptionalism reveals an original paradox that directly feeds our questions: the recognition by the Constitution then by the judges of the Supreme Court of a “wall of separation” between spiritual and temporal powers, sometimes exacerbated by the instruments of the law, but which must be associated with the establishment of a “religion of the Republic” highly developed and institutionalized. From there, the author sees the notion of religious exceptionalism as the implementation of a new rhetoric that aims to provide the conceptual tools to revisit the subtle interference of the “spirit of religion” and the “spirit of liberty”, quoted from Alexis de Tocqueville. This perspective has therefore the ambition of establishing a possible resolution of the oxymoron that forms the theocratic-secular republic. This apparent dichotomy cannot be seen through a purely doctrinal reading, it brings on the contrary many uncertainties on the jurisprudential work. The study shows that the judges, eluding the notion of American exceptionalism, cannot build a legal paradigm able to appreciate adequately the provisions of substantive law in religious matters. To this end, the constitutionalist studies the legal mechanisms resulting from an exceptionalist sociological phenomenon. This approach sheds light on the concept so constantly revisited of “American secularism”.

Comportamento silvicultural de espécies nativas usadas no enriquecimento artificial de florestas alteradas na Amazônia, visando potencializar a exploração econômica da Reserva Legal / Silvicultural behavior of native species used in artificial enrichment of altered forests in Amazon aiming to enhance the economic exploitation of Legal ReserveErdmann, Andreia Alves 09 March 2015 (has links)
As interações muita trepadeira x luz difusa alta e muita trepadeira x luz direta tiveram efeito negativo no crescimento de Hymenaea courbaril. / Brazil is one of the largest producers of native timber in the world. The demand for this product is increasing towards the supply is decreasing and overvaluation of the slowgrowing wood, turning out native species forestry a challenge because there are not enough studies related to the production of seedlings, establishment, growth and forestry management of these species. In this context, this study aimed to evaluate the influence of micro-sites on survival and growth of native timber species used in artificial enrichment of forest remnants in Amazon (Pará), defined as Legal Reserve (LR) of the property, even though suffered recent logging, aiming to restore the economic potential of these areas. The species used in this study are Carapa guianensis, Cedrela fissilis, Cordia goeldiana, Handroanthus serratifolius and Hymenaea courbaril. These species were planted in April 2012 and evaluated at 9 and 19 months after planting. In order to identify the right moment that those species are more susceptible and which micro-site conditions influenced the mortality, the surrounding trees to each planted seedling were characterized, the rate of herbivory of the seedling, possible competition with vines and other seedlings, openings in the canopy over the seedling and diffuse incident light. To test the effect of species and time in the mortality of seedlings, a generalized linear mixed model analysis of variance was adjusted. To test the independence between survival and the ordinal variables from the micro-site, two-dimensional contingency tables were constructed and applied chi-square tests. Analysis showed that Carapa guianenses was the specie with the greatest mortality in the first months after planting. In addition, the mortality of the species was independent from the factors: diffused light, surrounding trees to seedlings, vines and seedlings of other species. However, the mortality of species Carapa guianensis, Cedrela fissilis, Cordia goeldiana and Hymenaea courbaril was explained by the vigor of the seedlings in the initial phase; the mortality of Cordia goeldiana was explained by herbivory; and Carapa guianensis, Handroanthus serratifolius have mortality influenced by canopy opening. In order to identify the micro-site limiting factors in the growth of the species, herbivory of seedlings, competition with vines, competition with seedlings and diffuse incident light were characterized. Statistical analysis included linear mixed models for height, considering the micro-site variables. Herbivory did not affect the growth of the species assessed. The direct light over the seedling and high diffuse light were significant for the growth of the species. Cordia goeldiana, Handroanthus serratifolius and Hymenaea courbaril had maximum growth with the variable direct light. The species evaluated had higher growth in places with more vines, probably the largest incidence of light enabled the growth of vine and the species planted. Interactions high level of vine x high diffuse light and high level of vine x direct light had a negative effect on the growth of Hymenaea courbaril. The growth of Cordia goeldiana was negatively affected by the number of surrounding plants.

Este trabalho levantou novos conhecimentos que podem e devem ser usados em políticas de combates à invasão da rã-touro / Biological invasions play an increasingly important role in environmental policies as invasive species represent a growing impact in new environments where they are introduced, potentially causing large natural and financial problems. Studies in the field of invasion biology are extremely necessary to remedy and prevent new introductions. Among the methodologies applied to the study of biological invasions, population genetics presents several useful tools to answer relevant questions in efforts to control invasive species. In the present work we used molecular resources applied to the genetics of populations of the American Bullfrog (Lithobates catesbeianus), the most widespread invasive amphibian on the planet. Through this study it was possible to understand more about the genetic structure of the invasive populations in Brazil and in the world, and its history of invasion and its native population of origin. Understanding and contextualizing the characteristics and motives that lead to the success of a biological invasion is important for pest control efforts and to prevent other invaders from focusing on new environments. This work has raised new knowledge that can and should be used in policies to combat Bullfrog invasion

Pojetí společenské smlouvy u Hobbese, Locka a Rousseaua / Approach to the social contract theories of Hobbes, Locke and RousseauPetráková, Blanka January 2019 (has links)
The diploma thesis is focused on social contract theories, as presented by the philosophers Thomas Hobbes, John Locke and Jean-Jacques Rousseau. My research is based on Leviathan by Thomas Hobbes, Second Treatise of Government by John Locke and Discourses and The Social Contract by Jean-Jacque Rousseau. In their respective theories, these authors present their opinions on how any state comes to life through entering into a social contract and how it should operate. The aim of my thesis is to look into their theories and using method of comparison to determine how they correspond with each other on the fundamental aspects of their ideas. These include the natural state, the act of entering into a social contract, the sovereign, sovereignty and the order of state establishment. The research suggests that although the authors agree on some points, in some cases they differ significantly. It also shows the significant influence of the environments and events experienced by the authors during their lives, on the formation of their thoughts and theories. At the very end of the thesis there is a reflection on the legitimacy of the Constitution of the Czech Republic and the contribution of the theories of appointed authors to today's society.
