This thesis deals with a multidisciplinary approach to clients suffering from schizophrenia. The main aim is to reflex the multidisciplinary approach to schizophrenic clients, appealing to social work and having respect to ethical principles of participating branches. The work includes chapters that are necessarily coherent to this topic. These are mainly the social work in the context of schizophrenia, specifics of schizophrenia, the structure of the multidisciplinary team, team work and all ethical aspects arising out of team work and individual experts' work. This thesis tries to link up theoretical and practical knowledge, mainly by means of casuistry and practical observations.

This thesis is focused on application of business ethics in business organizations. Theoretical part is concentrate on basic concepts related to business ethics and also to social responsibility of companies. In the empirical part I used questionnaire to determine how examined companies implement this business ethics and in the end of my thesis I suggested recommendation how they could improve it.

In the theoretical part I try, as fully to describe the essence of morality, characterize and define terms related to morality. The research analyzes the professional morality of teachers and a comprehensive look at the possibility of legalization of the moral code of ethics teaching. Part of work is also questionnaire and interview, which relates to the issue, determined educators chomutov region. The diploma thesis is divided in two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part gives a general overview of the basic terms related to the ethics and the business ethics. It also describes business ethics and ethical tools and methods constituting ethics programme of the company. In the practical part it analyzes ethics programme of the farmaceutical companies in the Czech Republic, their using of the ethical tools and methods including their implementation into the daily practice. It uses questionnaires to obtain the data. Created questionnaire is focused on the subjective perception of ethics, the knowledge of the business ethics and the detailed ethics programme in the company. This survey serves as pilot study and it can be used for other researches. The results indicate insufficient complexity of ethics programme of pharmaceutical companies and deficiences especially in the ethical organizational structure to support ethics, in the monitoring and reporting and in the stakeholder analysis. The goal of this thesis is to describe both of the types of audit in their historical context, show their legal regulation, and explain each step of the audit process. The last chapter compares both of the professions and focuses on their possible cooperation. First from the theoretical point of view with references to the ISA and then analyses the situation among Czech auditors.

This thesis is devoted to professional ethics teachers in kindergarten. It focuses on ethics and associated teaching profession. The theoretical part includes clarification of the theoretical concepts, such as ethics and morality. Describes the changes in history in the education of childcare, in the approach to the theory of education and the educator requirements. The practical part includes the research investigation, which focuses on the views of teachers and the general public on the professional morality associated with the creation of a code of ethics for teachers. Part of the research part is a description of the methods that were used to meet objectives. Also includes the interpretation of the data, and finally, evaluate the position of the public and of teachers to professional ethics educator with views on the content of the proposal for a code of ethics. The conclusion of the thesis assesses the evidence and circumstances, which have been identified in the course of the investigation.

The aim of this thesis is to find and describe the relationship between ethics and economics in terms of their separation and return in the history of economic thought. For a comprehensive entry at first basic terms and the most important milestones of economic thought throughout history are explained. The diploma work shows, within the historical framework, the most important trends of thinking of particular economic schools and through proven propositions it either affirms or denies them.

Diploma thesis under the title "The Ethical dilemmas of social workers of department of social and legal protection of children in České Budějovice in making decision about remove child" deals with dilemmas of social workers of department of social and legal protection of children (OSPOD). It indicates the issues related with family, such as the faults of the family, the forms of the Czech family, etc. Then it focuses on the professional activity of social workers OSPOD in České Budějovice and the related legislation. The aim of the thesis is to submit a comprehensive overview of the ethical dilemmas of social workers OSPOD in České Budějovice, which they might encounter in the profession and to present the importance of ethics for social work. The thesis points to the potential risks associated with the Code of Ethics, disparate requirements and expectations of clients from the social worker, a complex of services required from the social worker and also introduces the importance of cooperation in a multidisciplinary team of the social worker.

This diploma work considering Business ethics and social responsibility of companies discusses a contemporary topic. The work is separated into several parts. The applied part of the work is based on literary research of selected literature, and deals with business ethics and responsibility of companies that deal with bus traffic and truck transport in actual business practice. The applied part was done by comparing four selected criteria that are linked to corporate responsibility of companies. All of the presented subjects have been dealing with helping people and groups of people for at least ten years, especially to those who need help due to health disorders at being included in normal, everyday life like healthy people, participate in all kinds of sports, culture and social activities. The presented companies and other subjects have been showing for many years how important their help is. The final part of the work contains twenty-five recommendations aimed at expansion of social responsibility of companies.

This thesis deals with The International Code of Ethics of Social Work. The first part focuses on the origins, history, updates and criticism of ethical codes. It is followed by the analysis of various principles of the International Code of Ethics. This analysis was based on the scientific literature of social work and the articles published in the Czech Republic. Subsequently, for each principle the results of the research among social workers in the South Region were processed. They reveal how social workers perceive the different principles. The analysis is concluded with a brief insight into the ethical theories.
