The theme of my thesis is penetration of western influences on japanese music. Altrough classical music has been very popular in todays Japan, it was introduced to the Japanese only in the 15th centruy. I was interested in all kinds of music which were popular in Japan and in the way they got there. I set three importanbhistorical periods and dealt with each of them in regard of western music brought in the Japanese society. I think that mainly thanks to the efforts of many extraordinery people from Europe, America andJapan classical music was successfully introduced in Japan and it has been very popular there since then.

On the beginning of the diploma thesis the student will deal with the issue of migration in general terms, brief explanation of basic terms also from the internatioal law point of view will be presented. Diploma thesis first addresses the phenomenon of migration in general, briefly explains the basic concepts and typology. After this theoretical definition the focus shifts to more practical plane, focusing on selected global migration trends that are currently taking place within the European Union, and approaches to international law on immigration issue, including the European Union's attempt to create a common asylum and migration policy . The final part of the thesis is essentially an analytical study of migration issues on the territory of Slovenia, a relatively prospective member of the European Union with {\clq}qBalkan" history, and his position due to the shaping of their own at first, then Europe's asylum and migration policy.

This diploma thesis concerns the possibilities of financing culture from the European funds. The aim is to identify specific programs, which can help with the funding of the cultural sector. Moreover, the thesis includes a written feasibility study on a particular project, which is the reconstruction of a national cultural monument. Another part included proposes several cultural events that are appropriate for this project. Finally, the thesis evaluates the current possibilities of financial support for cultural actors. It also evaluates the eligibility of the project to receive financial support.

RESUMÉ A comparison of national trade mark with Community trade mark. The purpose of my thesis is to compare legislation of national trade mark with leagislation community trade mark. I would like to show influence on the czech national trade mark after European union accession. In my thesis I focus on the amendment of European union trade mark through regulation European Parliament and Council (EU) 2015/2424. There are the most important changes in three areas: institutional, procedural and changes in the level of charges. This regulation is step forward in the development of trade marks. Thie regulation provides for simplification of the registration process. My thesis is composed of six chapters plus introduction and conclusion. In the first chapter I discuss about concept of trade mark. It is about meaning trade marks on market share, about function, types of trade marks. About differences between concepts sign and trade mark and about well know trade marks. In the second chapter I focus on historical development national trade marks.
