První část práce - teoretická, popisuje stav ambulatní péče v České republice s přihlédnutím k minulému režimu. Podrobněji rozepisuje poslání, rozvoj, distribuci a vztahy mezi praktickými a odbornými lékaři ve srovnání s Německem, Velkou Británií, Nizozemím a Rakouskem. Druhá část práce - praktická, podrobněji popisuje poskytování péče, základní funkce OAP, duplicitu, souběh činností a zavedení poplatků v ČR.

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na nalezení možností zachování vesnického osídlení v mikroregionu Kouřimsko. Jsou zde nastíněny možnosti, které venkovským oblastem nabízí programovací období 2007 - 2013 z fondů EU a také národní dotační tituly. Navržená strategie rozvoje vychází z provedené socioekonomické analýzy a SWOT analýzy.

Diplomovou práci člením do tří základních oddílů. Nejprve pojednávám o právní úpravě evropského hospodářského zájmového sdružení, jakožto nejstarší formě nadnárodní společnosti. Následující oddíl je věnován evropské společnosti (SE). Opět je uvedena základní charakteristika a účel evropské společnosti, rozbor právních předpisů aplikovatelných na SE a hlavní výhody SE. A konečně třetí formě nadnárodní korporace, kterou je evropská družstevní společnost, je věnován oddíl závěrečný.

The thesis is written on the theme "Concept of business plan on handmade paper mill in Jindřichův Hradec." The theoretical part describes the basic terms of brownfields and their financing. Another theoretical chapter is about the structure of a business plan. The practical part deals with the creation of a concept of a business plan for the utilisation of selected brownfield and its use in the future. It focuses on a specific object in the Jemčinská street 247.

This thesis aims to find out the effectivity of monetary policy on investment activity in Finnish manufacturing firms. Research question is divided into three parts for clarification: 1) what the effect of low interest rates is, 2) what other factors are impacting the investments and 3) what the interaction between monetary policy and these other factors is. To come up with answers to these questions econometric model is built. Interpretation of the results and policy recommendations are presented in the discussion part. Theoretical background for monetary policy and situation of Finnish economy are also presented, as well as literature review of researches of the area.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of general environmental road tax and accompanying non-tax environmental instruments used in the European Union countries. Based on the analysis of relevant adjustments in the European Union countries, the position of environmental instruments is identified in relation to the general environmental road tax. The recommendation should be formulated to determine the state of the vehicle fleet in the European Union.

The diploma thesis is focused on a comparison of European and Islamic insurance. The theoretical part describes the main principles of European and Islamic insurance. The thesis compares development of insurance premiums and takaful contributions. The thesis provides an analysis of insurance markets of Saudi Arabia, Malaysia and the United Kingdom, including their comparison. The thesis describes development of amount of Muslim population. Based on the results, recommendations for implementation of insurance products for European insurance companies on takaful basis have been suggested.

This thesis analyses the EU budget in relation with the budgetary system in the Czech republic. The theoretical part deals with EU budgetary politics, the Czech state budget and the local budgets in the Czech republic in general. Both cooperation and effectivness of the structural funds are evaluated in the analytical part of the thesis on the basis of the project co-funded by the Regional Operating Program NUTS II North-East. The analytical part consists of the questionnaire survey too, whose results show the actual needs and problems of the inhabitants. All the text was filled in the graphs and tables.

It contains theoretical background about structural funds of European union, analysis of the present circumstances of the company and, in the proposal part of the thesis, there is executed design of application within the economic analysis.

The thesis hypothesizes that 1) post-2010 enhanced macroeconomic governance is conducive to a fiscal union and 2) fiscal stance of non-euro Member States is not correlated with their attitude to euro adoption. The fiscal convergence in euro absentia is dually tested through theory application and intensive case studies. The results show that countries can be fiscally compliant, but reject the euro or be euro enthusiast, yet fiscally deviant. Thus, the single currency can be either backstop or driver of more integration, nonetheless, European integration continues. The findings substantiate the proposition that a fiscal union is building up even in euro absentia.
