The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the current situation of the company in terms of automation and digitization of its production process and the subsequent de-sign of measures respecting the principles of lean manufacturing, which aim to help the company achieve its goals and gain a competitive advantage in the market. An integral part of this work is also the subsequent discussion of the conditions necessary for suc-cessful implementation, as well as discussion of the resulting risks and benefits of the proposed measures.

The goal of the thesis is to consider various ways how to finance expanded entrepreneurial plans of a selected starting company with the focus on sources of the European Union funds. The first chapters present the general possibilities of the financing of companies and consider suitability of their usage. At the end of these chapters forms of the financial support from the European Union Funds are discussed. The next part is focussed more practically. The expanded entrepreneurial plans of the Orange Academy company, which are intended for the grant, is introduced here. The ability of the company to meet a liability resulting from the given way of financing are mentioned as well. The aspects of the realization of the project appeal and possible consequences, if the conditions after approval are not completed, are the necessary part.

The main goal of diploma thesis is to prepare records, which will be submitted as background for endowment institution with a focus on the feasibility study and cash flow analysis. Analysis of the current situation in region, demographic trends and gross domestic product. Analysis of investment in the project and a breakdown in the implementation stage. Analysis of competition, SWOT analysis, marketing mix, risks on project and backgrounds for croquet playground sustainability.

This Diploma thesis is focused on the possibilities of financing a specific project in the company from EU Funds. Theoretical part of this thesis describes an individual funds and policies of European Union. This part also defines the basic informations from Project management. The aim of the practical part is prepare a feasibility study of the project. This project will be co-financed from EU Funds. After that the whole process will be assessed. In the end of the thesis is processed the whole procedure of submission the request from the Business and Innovation Programme through the CzechInvest agency.

This diploma thesis’ aim is to evaluate an economic effectiveness of the particular investment projects in the public sector. It describes theoretical possibilities and methods of evaluating an investment project generally (not only public one). It also deals with ways how to get financial assurance in the area of public investment. The practical part of the thesis contains the assessment of the economic effectiveness of the particular investment projects in the public sector, where theoretical approach given in the first part of this thesis is applied. The economic effectiveness was elaborated both for financial assurance of the project and for alternative funding from EU resources.

The thesis objective is to analyze existing situation concerning reporting of the aviation accidents or incidents in national level and according the outputs from the analyses to develop recommendations, how database system ECCAIRS can by used for reporting on the national base. The focus of the thesis is investigation and evaluation of the existing national situation / from theoretical point of view and practical point of view/ and develop recommendation. As source of the investigation ware used existing legislation documents and foreign experience. For collection of the foreign experience was designed special type of questioner. The questioners ware distributed to the pre-selected number of authorities represented pre-selected states. During all process of analysis and investigation situation was discussed with local Czech authorities too. International law / ICAO Annex 13 of the Chicago Convention and EU Directive 94/56 / ware considers as one of the basic sources for the information.

The topic of my thesis is an application of Czech and European transport systems for shipping dangerous articles by road transport. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first one is pointed to importance of effective legislation in the Czech Republic and the European Union, which is dedicated to shipping the dangerous articles by road transport. Also it regards to risks of accidents and possible ecologic impacts to an environment. This part compares the amount of traffic accidents in the Czech Republic and states of the EU in a frame of ADR. It shows the risks related to shipping the dangerous articles by road transport. The closing part belongs to important elements of safe transportation of dangerous matters. The second part of the thesis analyses current state of shipping information systems in the Czech Republic and in the European Union. There is the analysis, the suggestions for improvement of the systems´ efficiency and its application in the Czech Republic. The closing part belongs to my own project of shipping information system.

Fertility postponement in the Czech republic and selected European countries in the period 1990−2015 Abstract We have been able to observe the trend of shifting of maternity to later periods of life in European countries since the second half of the 20th century. However crucial for this thesis is to determine whether there have been disparity in delaying of maternity between selected Eastern European (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland) and Western European (Germany and Austria) countries since 1990 till present. The goal of this work is to find the relationship among setting of family policies, fertility rate of older women and respondents' views. In the first part of this thesis are outlined basic theories explaining postponing of maternity. There are also listed consequences related to the late maternity. The thesis touches a topic of family policies which influence the phenomenon of late maternity. It presents several fundamental tools of family policies and compares them among selected countries. The second part focuses on a description of demographic indicators that demonstrate the shift in timing of maternity. 5 Abstract This dissertation examines the standing of the Court of Justice of the European Union in the area of police and judicial cooperation in criminal matters, which was formally included under the umbrella of the European Union as a result of the Maastricht Treaty in the early nineties. Yet this area was excluded from the Community framework, which had a significant impact on the jurisdiction and competencies of the Court of Justice. Despite limitations arising from the construct of the third pillar, the Court of Justice took an opportunity through case law to overcome some of these limitations. The most recent milestone in the development of this area is the entry into force of the Lisbon Treaty which removed the so-called pillar structure and further limitations disappeared with the end of the transitional period. Further, existing case law of the Court of Justice in this area has been closely linked to the framework decision on the European arrest warrant, which is based upon the principle of mutual recognition and mutual trust between the EU Member States, and thus became an important part of the case law of the Court of Justice. This diploma thesis deals with the problem of community social work in a small town and the planning of new social services to be convinient for the real needs of the community. The thesis also deals with possible difficulties which the municipality can encounter to as applicant for a grant from the Integrated Regional Operational Program (call no. 74 Development of polyfunctional community centers infrastructure). It also focuses on the topic of sustainability of the project. The aim of this diploma thesis is to theoretically define the community centers and community social work and to describe the possibilities of drawing funds from the EU fund and the process of preparing the application and its difficulties.
