Six professionals had been interviewed, some of them are therapist, social assistant and university teachers, and this qualitative research allows a deep analysis to reflect about the exclusion of those teenagers. Moreover, the work aimed at to know practical the daily ones, the difficulties and deficiencies in the formation of the educator. We ve concluded that the work of the educator is essential in the duality of the establishments of custody mixing characteristic of safekeeping and school and that the evolvement of these professionals is essential so that the rules of the statute of the child are fulfilled. / O presente estudo est? inserido na linha de pesquisa Universidade, Doc?ncia e Forma??o de Professores , e visa refletir sobre o educador que dedica seu trabalho ao ensino de adolescentes que cometeram ato infracional. Foram entrevistadas seis profissionais, entre pedagogas, assistentes sociais e professoras universit?rias e, por meio da pesquisa qualitativa buscou-se perceber a exclus?o sentida e vivenciada por essas educadoras. Al?m disso, o trabalhou visou conhecer as pr?ticas cotidianas, as dificuldades e defici?ncias na forma??o do educador. Conclui-se que o educador exerce papel fundamental na dualidade dos estabelecimentos de cust?dia que mesclam caracter?sticas de pris?o e escola e que o envolvimento dessas profissionais ? imprescind?vel para que se cumpram os preceitos do Estatuto da Crian?a e do Adolescente.

As pessoas com defici?ncia no mercado de trabalho: express?o das desigualdades sociais

It talks about the process of inclusion of the disabled people in the Job market in Mossor?-RN, bringing for the academic debate relevant thematic for the Brazilian society, for the profession of Social Service and similar areas and for the people with deficiency. It has the objective to apprehend the determiners that make possible the process of the disabled people's inclusion in the Job market in Mossor?, having as parameter the National Politics for the Integration of People Bearers of Deficiency. The critical theoretical perspective is backed in Marx's ideas for the understanding concerning the work, as well as in Pochamann, concerning the job market, regarding the exclusion/inclusion category is based in Martins, Yasbek and Sposati and on deficiency in the National Politics for the Integration of the Disabled People. The research is of qualitative nature and it took as subjects 26 (twenty-six) people, being 09 (nine) people with deficiency, inserted in the formal job and regulated market, and 17 (seventeen) managers of private companies and public institutions of the city of Mossor?-RN. For the collection of data we used techniques of nonsystemic observation, semi-structured interview and documental analysis. The results of the research mark that any modality of the human workforce used in the current context, they are functional to the capitalism and they move forward towards exploration, alienation and subordination of the work to the capital; the National Politics for the Integration of the People with Deficiency expresses and reproduces the contradictory dynamics of the class society, it reflects the neo liberal shades through the selectivity and of the articulation among the federated beings and organizations of the civil society for its operational system; there is a misproportion between the percentages of the quotas and the amount of people with deficiency inserted in the job market, just corresponding to a tiny numeric magnitude; the developed activities are of low social status and it is expressive the amount of workers that receives between one and two minimum wages. These data drive us to infer that the mentioned politics make possible, partly, the inclusion of the disabled people in the job market, though, such inclusion is executed in the selective or focused dimensions, marginal, precarious and unstable / Este trabalho foi desenvolvido no ?mbito do Programa de P?s-Gradua??o em Servi?o Social da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte. Trata do processo de inclus?o de pessoas com defici?ncia no Mercado de Trabalho em Mossor?-RN, trazendo para o debate acad?mico tem?tica relevante para a sociedade brasileira, para a profiss?o de Servi?o Social e ?reas afins e para as pessoa com defici?ncia. Objetiva apreender os determinantes que viabilizam o processo de inclus?o das pessoas com defici?ncia no Mercado de Trabalho em Mossor?, tendo como par?metro a Pol?tica Nacional para a Integra??o de Pessoas Portadoras de Defici?ncia. Para a coleta de dados utilizamos t?cnicas de observa??o assistem?tica, entrevista semi-estruturada e an?lise documental. Os resultados da pesquisa assinalam que sejam quais forem as modalidades de utiliza??o da for?a de trabalho humano no atual contexto, elas s?o preponderantemente funcionais ao capitalismo e avan?am em dire??o a explora??o, aliena??o e subordina??o do trabalho ao capital; a Pol?tica Nacional para a Integra??o das Pessoas com Defici?ncia expressa e reproduz a din?mica contradit?ria da sociedade de classe, reflete os matizes neoliberais atrav?s da seletividade e da articula??o entre os entes federados e organiza??es da sociedade civil para a sua operacionaliza??o; h? uma desproporcionalidade entre os percentuais das cotas e a quantidade de pessoas com defici?ncia inseridas no mercado de trabalho, correspondendo apenas a uma ?nfima magnitude num?rica; as atividades desenvolvidas s?o de baixo status social e ? expressiva a quantidade de trabalhadores que recebe entre um a dois sal?rios m?nimos. O Servi?o Social e a exclus?o/inclus?o social dos portadores de HIV/AIDS :demandas e desafios nos hospitais p?blicos

It purposes to identify and to analyze the demands brought by the holder onto the Social Service professional as well as the challenges the latter face to minister to the former. It privileges, from the methodological viewpoint, the qualitative and quantitative analysis with the application of questionnaires, direct observation, semi-structured interviews and bibliographic references. Data were collected from 12 (twelve) social assistants who work at Giselda Trigueiro Hospital in Natal (7) and Rafael Fernandes Hospital in Mossor? (5). The central hypothesis that guided this study is that the social inclusion/exclusion process experienced by the HIV/Aids positive on society implies a demand for the Social Service that is inserted in the public health context (specially in HIV-referred public hospitals), whose agents, however, when attempting to answer those demands, meet obstacles due to both the precariousness of public health services and the social complexity that concerns the HIV/Aids epidemic. Results point out that, de facto, the HIV/Aids epidemic, because of the social exclusion/inclusion process to which the holder is subject results a demand for the social agents at hospitals. Demands rise principally from the patient s life condition, considering the increasing pauperization in the epidemic context. As to what it is concerned, social assistants, responding to the needs, come across concrete twofold challenges: the illness in itself, for all social, negative aspects that make part of quotidian life of holders; and the precarious state of the public health service in RN State, since that working conditions are unsatisfactory / A pesquisa apresenta o trabalho desenvolvido pelo Servi?o Social com os portadores de HIV/AIDS exclu?dos socialmente, nos hospitais p?blicos do Estado do Rio Grande do Norte (RN). Objetiva identificar e analisar as demandas postas pelo portador ao profissional do Servi?o Social e os desafios que os mesmos enfrentam para atend?-las. Privilegia, do ponto de vista metodol?gico, a abordagem qualitativa e quantitativa, com aplica??o de question?rios, observa??o direta, entrevistas semi-estruturadas e leitura bibliogr?fica. A coleta dos dados foi realizada com doze (12) Assistentes Sociais que trabalham nos Hospitais: Giselda Trigueiro, em Natal (7) e Rafael Fernandes, em Mossor? (5). A hip?tese central que orientou a pesquisa ? que o processo de exclus?o/inclus?o social vivenciado pelo portador de HIV/AIDS na sociedade resulta em demanda profissional para o Servi?o Social inserido na ?rea da sa?de p?blica, especificamente, nos hospitais p?blicos de refer?ncia no atendimento ao portador; e que, ao responder ?s demandas os profissionais enfrentam desafios, em raz?o da precariedade dos servi?os de sa?de e da complexidade social que envolve a epidemia do HIV/AIDS. Os resultados apontam que, de fato, a epidemia do HIV/AIDS, em raz?o do processo de exclus?o/inclus?o social ao qual est? subjugado o portador na sociedade, resulta em demanda para o assistente social nos hospitais. Estas se acentuam principalmente pela condi??o de vida do usu?rio, por causa da crescente pauperiza??o no contexto da epidemia. Nesse sentido, o assistente social, na tentativa de responder a essa demanda, encontram desafios concretos de duas naturezas: a doen?a em si, por todos os aspectos sociais negativos que fazem parte do cotidiano dos portadores; e a situa??o de precariedade em que se encontra o servi?o de sa?de p?blica no Estado do RN, uma vez que as condi??es de trabalho s?o insatisfat?rias
