From a clinical-qualitative perspective, we centered the methodological strategies in the use of the "prose" and of "chatting" become pregnant as a slow conversation where the "cases" of the life are told laggingly, in a movement of appropriation of the culture the state of Minas Gerais Brazil. Recording of conversations were heard several time, consenting a subsequent elaboration of the "proses" under the form of narratives that could be analyzed in agreement with Campos Psychoanalytic Theory. We verified that the interviewees suffering pronounces primordialment starting from three fields live that we denominated of maternity, negation of the sexuality and premature retirement, that causes chronic emotional suffering. / Considerando que a defici?ncia adquirida na fase adulta modifica a vida pessoal radical e dramaticamente, investigamos a viv?ncia de dois portadores de paraplegia com mais de dois anos de cadeira de rodas. A partir de uma perspectiva cl?nico-qualitativa, centramos as estrat?gias metodol?gicas no uso da prosa e do prosear , concebidos como uma conversa demorada, na qual os causos da vida s?o relatados vagarosamente, num movimento de apropria??o da cultura mineira. Grava??es de conversas foram ouvidas v?rias vezes, permitindo uma elabora??o posterior das prosas sob a forma de narrativas, que puderam ser analisadas de acordo com a Teoria Psicanal?tica dos Campos. Constatamos que o sofrimento dos entrevistados articula-se primordialmente a partir de tr?s campos vivenciais, que denominamos de maternaliza??o, nega??o da sexualidade e aposentadoria precoce.

It is justified as to achieve emotional comprehension over these people can shed some light on the way particular, adverse, oppressive conditions reflect themselves over individual subjectivities. The research is organized, methodologically, as a case study by means of the psychoanalytic approaching of a Brazilian documentary entitled "Hist?rias de Daluana" (2007). Successive exposure to the movie, accompanied by the audio transcription, allowed the interpretative production of the following affective-emotional sense fields, or relative unconscious: "Personal Value", "Bride-Girl", "Business Woman" and "Disconcerting Mother". We finished this research stablishing a dialog between Winnicot s theory about deprivation and delinquency. The overall picture points that the enterviewee's emotional experience is mainly based over the feeling of humiliation, from which she tries to defend herself in various ways, using more or less conservative imaginations. Within the limits imposed by the embraced investigative proceeding, this research carries comprehensive reflections and leads to questionings that can enlighten similar situations. / O presente trabalho tem como objetivo investigar psicanaliticamente a experi?ncia emocional de mulheres que est?o em cumprimento de pena ap?s julgamentos em situa??es de estado de direito. Justifica-se na medida em que a conquista de compreens?o emocional, sobre estas pessoas, pode lan?ar luz sobre o modo como condi??es concretas desfavor?veis e opressivas se refletem sobre subjetividades individuais. A pesquisa se organiza, metodologicamente, como estudo de caso, por meio da abordagem psicanal?tica de um document?rio brasileiro, intitulado Hist?rias de Daluana (2007). Sucessivas exposi??es ao filme, acompanhadas pela transcri??o do ?udio, permitiram a produ??o interpretativa dos seguintes campos de sentido afetivo-emocional, que se articulam indicando a centralidade da experi?ncia de humilha??o social: Valor Pessoal , "Menina-Noiva", Mulher de Neg?cios e M?e Desconcertante . Finalizamos estabelecendo uma interlocu??o com a teoria winnicottiana, para propor que a reconhecida vincula??o entre priva??o e delinqu?ncia deve ser completada, na compreens?o de casos an?logos ao aqui considerado, pela inclus?o da problem?tica da humilha??o social, na medida em que este ? o foco do sofrimento da entrevistada, que gera diferentes defesas, que utilizam elementos de imagin?rios mais ou menos conservadores. Doubly justified, this work contributes to both bringing up theoretical and practical information on social suffering clinic and helping increase the visibility of the social phenomenon. The study is organized as empirical research by means of the psychoanalytic method, based on two interviews, recorded as "reports of interviews" and "transferential impacts . The interpretation of those registers has enabled the production of two fields of affective-emotional sense, "trapped by appearance" and "talent, effort and expertise. The former is organized from the perception that physical characteristics, especially skin color, have instant impact on people, generating immediate reactions of judgment and evaluation that capture, classify, discriminate, put the person down and humiliate. The second field is defined by the belief that the development of personal skills can be a way to obtain recognition and respect. The overall picture indicates that racism is a present reality in the emotional experience of collective personhood under study, generating major impacts on their subjectivity and way of being. Therefore, it endorses the specific literature that points out that Brazilian society is not free of racism. It also shows that social mobility does not mean the end of discrimination, since the personhood collectively considered is not primarily affected by their social condition of poverty, social class or economic insecurity, but by their features and physical appearance. / O presente trabalho investiga os efeitos do racismo na experi?ncia emocional de negros brasileiros, que conheceram relativa ascens?o social. Justifica-se duplamente, tanto por visar trazer subs?dios te?ricos e pr?ticos para uma cl?nica dos sofrimentos sociais, como por buscar contribuir para aumentar a visibilidade social do fen?meno. Organiza-se como pesquisa emp?rica com o m?todo psicanal?tico, a partir de duas entrevistas individuais, registradas sob forma de Relatos de Entrevistas e de Textos de Impactos Transferenciais. A interpreta??o dos registros permitiu a produ??o de dois campos de sentido afetivo-emocional: aprisionado pela apar?ncia e com talento, esfor?o e compet?ncia . O primeiro organiza-se a partir da percep??o de que caracter?sticas f?sicas, notadamente a cor da pele, causam impacto instant?neo nas pessoas, gerando rea??es imediatas de julgamento e avalia??o que apreendem, classificam, discriminam, inferiorizam e humilham. O segundo campo se define pela cren?a de que o desenvolvimento de aptid?es pessoais pode ser um caminho para obten??o de reconhecimento e respeito. O quadro geral indica que o racismo ? uma realidade presente na experi?ncia emocional da pessoalidade coletiva estudada, gerando impactos importantes em sua subjetividade e modo de ser. Concorda, portanto, com a literatura que vem apontando que a sociedade brasileira n?o est? livre do racismo. Mostra tamb?m que a ascens?o social n?o implica o fim da discrimina??o, pois a pessoalidade coletiva considerada n?o ? atingida prioritariamente por sua condi??o social de pobreza, de classe ou de precariedade econ?mica, mas por seus tra?os e apar?ncia f?sica.

This essay is structured as qualitative research and organized around the use of the psychoanalytical method. The investigated material is composed by ten posts available in personal blogs, signed by people who identify themselves as mothers. The consideration of these posts in a floating attention state allowed us the interpretative production of two affective-emotional fields: "Dedicating exclusively" and "Reconciling activities". The overall frame suggests that the connection between Maternity and Suffering is closely related to contemporaneity, which requires that the women continue experiencing motherhood as if it were her only mission and destiny and try to engage it with working life, trying to contribute to the financial aspects for the family support and / or also developing a meaningful career. Therefore, this is a situation that happens in different social classes within different cultural contexts also geopolitical situations and that affects not only women but the hole society. / A presente pesquisa objetiva investigar a experi?ncia de ser m?e, justificando-se por meio de uma perspectiva segundo a qual a maternidade pode ser considerada, na contemporaneidade, como sofrimento social. O trabalho se articula como pesquisa qualitativa, organizada ao redor do uso do m?todo psicanal?tico. O material investigado ? composto por um conjunto de dez postagens disponibilizadas em blogs pessoais, assinadas por pessoas que se identificam como m?es. Sua considera??o, em estado de aten??o flutuante, permitiu a produ??o interpretativa de dois campos de sentido afetivo-emocional ?Dedicando-se exclusivamente? e ?Conciliando atitidades?. O quadro geral sugere que a vincula??o entre maternidade e sofrimento est? intimamente ligada ? contemporaneidade, que exige que a mulher persista vivenciando a maternidade como se fosse sua ?nica miss?o e destino e se engaje na vida laboral, encarregando-se de contribuir financeiramente para o sustento familiar e/ou desenvolvendo uma carreira profissional significativa. It is justified by the possibility to shed some light on the ways social and economically adverse conditions may cause subjective effects that articulate with the involvement in legally reprehensible acts. The research is organized methodologically by means of the psychoanalytic approach of quotes by women who participated, as interviewees, of a Brazilian documentary about the issue. Repeated exposure to the film, accompanied by the transcription of the lines, have allowed the interpretive production of two fields of affectiveemotional senses: "Where's My Grandson's Milk?" and "Where's The Treatment?". The first presents more of a general aspect, whilst the secondmust be considered as a variation of the previous. Revisited by the light of a dialogue with other authors, such fields indicate the centrality of the social helplessness phenomenon, which conveys intimately to the injustice originated from poverty and social inequality. We have concluded that the contributions of Winnicottian thought concerning the link between deprivation and delinquency may be usefully revised and extended in order to include, in a more clear way, not only affective, but other kinds of deprivation, such as material ones, that lead to insecurity, helplessness and feelings of humiliation. / Cette recherche pr?sente une observation profonde sur la souffrance?motionnelle des femmes d?tenues pour vols de quelque chose insignifiante. Cette th?se vise ? penser comment la condition sociale et la condition ?conomique d?favorable peuvent provoquer des effets subjectifs qui se combinent avec la participation dansl?actes juridiquement r?pr?hensibles. La recherche est organis?e m?thodologiquement par l?approche psychanalytique qui examinent les discours des femmes, lesquelles ont particip?au documentaire national sur le probl?me.Expositions successives au film, accompagn?s de transcriptions de discours, ont permis une production interpr?tative de deux champs affectif-?motionnels: ?O? est le Lait de Mon Petit-Fils?? et ?O? est le Traitement??. Le premier champ pr?sente un aspect plus g?n?ral, tandis que le second doit ?tre consid?r? comme une variante du pr?c?dent.Par le dialogue avec d'autres auteurs, ces champs indiquent la centralit? du ph?nom?ne de l'impuissance sociale, qui s?associe ?troitement avec l?injustice d?riv?e de la pauvret? et de l'in?galit? sociale. Nous concluons que les contributions de la pens?e de Winnicott, en ce qui concerne la relation parmi la privation et la criminalit?, peuvent ?tre r?vis?es et ?tendues pour int?grer plus clairement, non seulement les besoins affectifs, mais aussi des autres necessit?s, comme le besoin d?ordre mat?riel, parce que cela provoque l'ins?curit?, l'impuissance et le sentiment d'humiliation. / A presente pesquisa objetiva investigar o sofrimento emocional de mulheres presas por autoria de furtos de bagatelas. Justifica-se na medida em que pode lan?ar luz sobre as formas como condi??es sociais e economicamente desfavor?veis podem gerar efeitos subjetivos que se articulam com o envolvimento em atos legalmente conden?veis. A investiga??o se organiza metodologicamente por meio da abordagem psicanal?tica das falas de mulheres que participaram, como entrevistadas, de um document?rio nacional sobre o problema. Sucessivas exposi??es ao filme, acompanhadas pela transcri??o das falas, permitiram a produ??o interpretativa de dois campos de sentido afetivo-emocional: ?Cad? o Leite do Meu Neto?? e ?Cad? o Tratamento??. O primeiro apresenta car?ter mais geral, enquanto o segundo deve ser considerado uma varia??o do anterior. Revisitados ? luz de interlocu??o com outros autores, tais campos indicam a centralidade do fen?meno do desamparo social, que se veicula intimamente ? injusti?a derivada da pobreza e desigualdade social. Conclu?mos que as contribui??es do pensamento winnicottiano, relativas ? liga??o entre priva??o e delinqu?ncia, podem ser proveitosamente revistas e ampliadas, no sentido de inclu?rem, de modo mais claro, n?o apenas car?ncias afetivas mas tamb?m outras, de ordem material, causadoras de inseguran?a, desamparo e sentimentos de humilha??o.
