This diploma’s thesis deals with the project documentation of a sports center. The building is situated in Hnojník in the Silesia. The building is divided into two basic parts. One part is designated as a background for a local football club and the other part serves as a public hall with three badminton courts including hygienic facilities. The part consisting of the football field and the sports bar has two above-ground floors and the badminton hall with hygienic facilities has one storey.For both parts are used sand-lime bricks and flat roofing. The building is located in a flat terrain.

The subject of this project is a new building of art school in the administrative area Brno – Královo Pole. It is a stand-alone building with two above-ground floors. The building is made of brick from (lime-sand blocks). The ceiling above the 1st floor is made of reinforced concrete, the ceiling above 2nd floor is made of pre-stressed reinforced concrete roof panels of spiroll type. The roofs are designed as a flat surcharge. The walls are double-layered, contact-insulated with fiber-cement cladding. The object is designed according to Feng Shui and as barrier-free for people with reduced mobility and orientation.

Building is located on a flat terrain.„T“ shaped building is designes as a double-storey in one part, second part of the building is single-story. A construction systém is bricked from ceramic block and it has no basement. The building is roofed by non-walkable flat roof. Part of the building is roofed by a ealkable flat terrace. A ceiling construction is made by hollow core slab. The kindergarten is consisted of three departmen, each for 20 children. There is a kizchen, offices, technical area and office for a logopedie in the building

The design of the fire station is followed accordingly with ČSN 73 5710, it contains premises for administration, day and nigh emergency, training tower and garage and gym. The building with build of ceramic blocks (Porotherm). The ceilings are prefabricated of the pre stressed ceiling slabs. The flats roof is single-skinned and the perimeter casing is made of ventilated facade.

The apartment building is approximately rectangular shape with dimensions 25,1 x 21,1 m. Partly cellar Project documentation sloves five-storey basement apartment building with one-piece roof. In the basement are designed cellars, a technical room and a drying room. in the 1st floor there are 4 flats of sizes 1 + kk, 2x2 + kk and 3 + kk. On the second floor are also 4 apartments, which are designed as 3x3 + kk and 1x2 + kk. In 3NP are 3 flats of sizes 3 + 1, 5 + kk and 3 + kk. On many structures there ocurred a problem of expanded polystyrene-based thermal insulation material degradation caused by high temperatures close to glazed areas. In a theoretical part of this Master’s Thesis there are the most common thermal insulation materials described, followed by a brief desciption of flat roof waterproofing materials and a thermal stress of structures. An experimental part describes a design of a methodology for evaluation of thermal resistance properties of foamed insulants in flat roofs and several experiments carried out according to the methodology.

This diploma thesis focuses on the adhesive of asphalt felts on flat roofs. The practical part evaluates on the basis of experiments the adhesion of self-adhesive asphalt felts on conventional system with warm deck. It proposes and experimentally verifies the method for temperature cycling of samples and the system for causing condensation under bitumen sheet. The influence of temperature and humidity on the adhesion of the bitumen sheet during the realization, the subsequent effects of these influences as well as the condensation test are monitored by static loading. The influence of the dynamic load on the adhesion of the waterproofing to expanded foamed polystyrene is also tested. In the discussion and conclusion, the influence of the human factor on the resulting adhesion and the suitability of the methods used are also assessed.

The purpose of master’s thesis is to design a building for education part which also includes accommodation for visitors. There are two entrances lead to the object and it is accessible from the eastern and western boundary of the property. The whole building was designed accessible for people with reduced mobility and orientation.

THE PROJECT ALSO SOLVES THE RESTAURANT EQUIPMENT AND THE PARKING AREA.

The subject of the project is a new building in the cadastral area of Havlíčkův Brod. The object is designed for 30 persons for accommodation and 52 people in the restaurant. The building is partly basement and has three floors. On the first floor there is a restaurant with guest facilities and a kitchen with facilities for the staff. On the second and third above-ground floor are mainly hotel rooms. In the basement there is technical equipment such as a boiler room, air-conditioning machine and laundry. The object is solved from ceramic blocks POROTHERM. The ceiling is a monolithic reinforced concrete. The roof is flat single-skinned.
