The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of temperature and humidity in the construction of flat roofs with influence even without influence of solar radiation. It was necessary to study and verify the properties of building materials, the physical nature of the influence of solar radiation on building structures and the transport mechanisms of moisture. The theoretical part describes the basic physical theory on solved problems, the essence and division of solar radiation, the description of thermal moisture properties of building materials and the calculation method of determination of moisture in structures according to valid standards. Practical part deals with description of work in software DEKSOFT - Thermal technology 1D and WUFI 2D software, description of individual models and analysis of achieved results. At the end of the practical part the achieved theoretical knowledge is validated by analyzing the obtained data from the practical model.

The subject of this thesis is to create a project documentation of the design of a new office building construction in Fulnek – Jerlochovice. The building is located between residential and industrial zone. It has three aboveground levels. There is a technical backgroud, toilets, archive, rest zone for employees and two openspace offices located on the ground floor. The second floor is designed on the same basis. There are two openspace offices situated on the west side, background for company managment, toilets and day room with kitchen. The third floor is designed as conference room with kitchen and toilets. Construction system is cast-in-place concrete frame. The building is roofed with the flat roof. Foundations are made of one-stage concrete footing.

The focus of the diploma thesis is a new building of preschool in Velké Němčice. The structure is comprised of three classrooms, each for twenty children. The education of the children is secured by six teachers and a head teacher. There are three employees who attend to the food preparation and the maintenance and upkeeping. The meals are secured by a catering company. The structure is designed as double-storeyed without the cellars. The floor plan is in the shape of the reverse letter L. There is a flat one-deck roof. The building was designed as a brick panel structure with the external thermal insulation composite system. It is betted into a flat terrain.

The aim of the Diploma thesis is elaboration of a design documentation for execution of a wellness hotel. The building is operationally divided into two parts – part accommodation and wellness part. The accommodation part includes four above-ground floors and one under-ground floor. In the under-ground floor are situated garages. In the first above-ground floor is designed restaurant and in other above-ground floors are situated hotel rooms. Wellness part is designed with two above-ground floors and one under-ground floor. In the under-ground floor are situated garages. In the first above-ground is designed wellness, which includes relaxation pool, whirpool, five indoor saunas, three outdoor saunas, kneipp and relaxation rooms. In the second above ground floor are designed solariums, massages, beauty salon and hairdressing salon. The part of the floor is also café with large terrace. A roof above 2.NP is designed as vegetative with extensive grassing. A roof above 4.NP is designed as a one-layer flat roof with classical sequence of layers. The building is designed as prefabricated skelet. Filling masonry is from a POROTHERM system. Floor structure is designed from prestpressed panel SPIROLL.

This diploma thesis deals with the design of the kindergarten in Uničov. The object is designed as a two-storey, non-cellar basement. Because of the almost perfectly flat terrain and purpose of the building, the basement would be unnecessary. The gentle slope which the selected plot shows is oriented to the southeast side. The main entrance to the house is solved from the western side, along the direction of the main entrance to the nursery. It is adjacent to the existing communication with the parking lot towards the Nemocniční housing estate. There are two separate children's wards at the 1st floor, always equipped with a spacious playroom, dressing rooms and a washroom. Furthermore, in the 1st floor there is a large part of the economic zone consisting of a kitchen and related space, a junior flat and a cookery facility. The 2nd floor is reserved for the all-round development of children, both directly attending kindergarten and outside of the interest groups. Therefore, there are spaces such as a language classroom, a workshop room and a hall for other external staff. In addition, there is also a facility for staff and external staff in the form of a meeting room. The east side of the 2nd floor is then reserved for the third children's ward, the backrest consisting of a playroom, dressing rooms, washrooms along with a toilet and, moreover, a lounger. The vertical supporting structures are designed from porous concrete blocks, reinforced concrete and pillar blocks. The ceiling in each level is designed as a reinforced concrete reinforced concrete slab. The building is roofed with a flat single-roofed roof with a slope of 2 %.

The diploma thesis solves the new building of the medical facility. The building will serve as a home for people with Alzheimer's disease and other types of dementia. The facility will be equipped and equipped to provide modern nursing care that focuses on Alzheimer's clients in all stages of the disease and other types of dementia. If necessary, a nursing doctor with a nurse will be present in the facility. The nursing doctor has a separate medical office in 1st floor. The goal of this diploma thesis is a design study and project documentation for a new-building of a kindergarten in a city of Prešov (city part Solivar), Slovakia. The kindergarten will be a institution for pre-school education for children from 3 to 6 years old. The projects of the kindergarten building consist of one classroom for children within the age from 3-4, one classroom, for children within the age from 4-5 and third classroom for children from 5-6 years old. The designed object also contains janitor’s room and closet, laundry room, director’s office and a community room for cultural happenings held by kindergarten. Parking spaces are designed outside, in front of the building next to the main entrance. The playground is placed on the south-west side. The building of a kindergarten is designed as monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton structure with longitudinal beams. The circumferential walls will be made of ceramic bricks with a contact thermal insulation ETICS system. Ceilings are designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete. Over the 2nd floor, there will be a saddle roof and the roof over the first floor will be flat, with a gravel layer. Foundings of the building are designed as a concrete strips which expand to pads under columns.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the implementation of the new civic amenities of the Nursery School in the cadastral area of Plácky in the territory of the town of Hradec Králové. The building is designed as a stand alone divided into 4 segments with two above-ground floors. Kindergarten consists of 3 separate departments with a total capacity of 60 children and 1 unit for hobbies with a capacity of 20 children and their facilities. The object is based on the base passages. All brick structures are made of brick blocks Porotherm and the heat insulation is added to the perimeter shell. The internal staircase is monolithic, reinforced concrete and external prefabricated steel. The object is roofed with a flat roof and the support element consists of reinforced concrete pre-prestressed panels SPIROLL. Drawing part is processed in ArchiCAD program, visualizations are processed in Lumion program.
