Bakgrund: Litteraturöversikten fokuserar på kvinnors upplevelser av sexuell hälsa efter bröstcancerbehandling. Forskning har visat att kvinnors upplevelser av sexuell hälsa påverkas av en bröstcancerbehandling och kan variera beroende på faktorer som typ av behandling, omfattning och av ålder. Andra faktorer är kvinnans behov och tillgång till stöd. Många kvinnor känner sig obekväma att diskutera sina sexuella problem med vårdpersonal, vilket kan leda till känslor av skam och isolering och påverka deras välmående, livskvalitet och relationer negativt. Syfte: Syftet är att förstå hur kvinnor med bröstcancer upplever sin sexuella hälsa. Metod: Litteraturöversikten gjordes med en innehållsanalys där kunskap hämtats från tidigare forskning inom området. Totalt inkluderades 10 artiklar som uppfyllde inklusionskriterierna och analyserades med hjälp av Fribergs fyrstegsmodell. Resultat: Resultaten från de inkluderade studierna visar på att kvinnors upplevelser av sexuell hälsa efter bröstcancerbehandling är komplexa och varierande. Brist på information och stöd från hälso- och sjukvårdspersonal samt sociala och kulturella faktorer kan hindra kvinnors tillgång till sexuell hälsorelaterad information och vård. Sammanfattning: Litteraturöversikten visar på vikten av att tillhandahålla adekvat information och stöd till kvinnor som behandlats för bröstcancer för att förbättra deras sexuella hälsa och livskvalitet. / Background: The literature review focuses on women's experiences of sexual health after breast cancer treatment. Research has shown that women's experiences of sexual health are affected by breast cancer treatment and can vary depending on factors such as type of treatment, extent and age. Other factors are the woman's needs and access to support. Many women feel uncomfortable discussing their sexual problems with healthcare professionals, which can lead to feelings of shame and isolation and negatively affect their well-being, quality of life and relationships.  Aim: The aim is to understand how women with breast cancer experience their sexual health.  Method: The literature review was done with a content analysis where knowledge was taken from previous research in the field. A total of 10 articles that met the inclusion criteria were included and analysed using Friberg's four-step model.  Results: The results from the included studies show that women's experiences of sexual health after breast cancer treatment are complex and varied. Lack of information and support from healthcare professionals as well as social and cultural factors can  inhibit women's access to sexual health-related information and care.  Summary: The literature review highlights the importance of providing adequate information and support to women who have been treated for breast cancer to improve their sexual health and quality of life.
