Joint adjustment of house prices, stock prices and output towards short run equilibrium

Grandner, Thomas, Gstach, Dieter January 2004 (has links) (PDF)
A dynamic IS-LM model including stocks and houses as additional assets will be analyzed in this paper. Providing also housing services, a major consumption item for most households, houses create an additional link between the monetary and the real sector of the economy. The adjustment path of output, house prices and stock prices after exogenous policy shocks will be derived within a rational expectation setup. This will show how different reaction patterns of asset prices are related to different elasticities of housing services demand. These general analytical results are contrasted with relevant empirical work, particularly Lastrapes [2002], leading to the identification of plausible elasticity ranges. The particular results for those shed new light upon the ongoing discussion about demand effects from real estate wealth and about determinants of house price fluctuations. Bedömningsgrunder för boendestöd : en intervjustudie med biståndshandläggare i Uppsala kommun

Ekman, Mattias, Strömberg, Niklas January 2013 (has links)
This bachelor thesis aims to investigate how social workers in Uppsala describe their procedure when investigating applications for housing assistance (i.e. boendestöd). Boendestöd is a specific type of services for people with disabilities, which aim to assist them in their lives. This welfare service is one of many regulated by the framework legislation that is the social services act (SoL 2001:453). Previous research indicates that civil servants who make decisions based on goal-oriented framework legislations like SoL, have a great freedom to act when they make judgments and decisions. A consequence of this can be that they make judgments and decisions largely based on their own personal interpretations of this legislation. The previous research points to the fact that the individual civil servants freedom to act can be viewed as an infringement of individual rights, but also that this freedom is necessary when it comes to assessing the needs of help seeking persons in the context of social work.   We have carried out six interviews with social workers in Uppsala. These social workers primarily investigate the needs of persons with mental disabilities who apply for different forms of assistance from the city. The analysis suggests that the social workers interviewed are relatively unanimous when it comes to which grounds for judgment or criteria they use when investigating applications for boendestöd. This in spite of the fact that their judgments are based on individual cases as well as their own personal assessments of them.

Формирование учетно-аналитического обеспечения мониторинга расчетов с дебиторами и кредиторами : магистерская диссертация / Formation of accounting and analytical support for monitoring settlements with debtors and creditors

Флат, Ю. Е., Flat, Ju. E. January 2019 (has links)
The correctness of settlements with debtors and creditors directly affects the financial stability of the enterprise, and this, respectively, on the development of the company and attracting new customers. The system of monitoring calculations is an ordered system of interacting, interrelated elements that allow you to create accounting and analytical support of business processes of a commercial organization through the collection, registration, synthesis, analysis of information and implementation of control actions in order to assess the risks of significant distortion. It was proposed to use the experience of methodological support of settlement operations in accordance with IFRS to monitor the accounts receivable of Russian enterprises in the field of housing and communal services. The interface of the module "Work with debtors" for the program 1C is offered, efficiency of introduction of this software is considered. Focusing on overdue accounts gives a more specific understanding of the financial situation, as the analysis takes a smaller amount of all receivables, this detailed disclosure will help users of financial statements, especially management to make the right management decisions.
