Identifikace vozidel na snímcích dopravních situací / Identification of Vehicles in the Images of Traffic SituationsPetyovský, Petr January 2017 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is to propose methods for obtaining the additional vehicle parameters from the real-world traffic situations images and including existing information of the license plate and localization of the vehicle in the scene. The task is to use an existing installation of the camera systems based on data obtained from these devices to propose a new method of extraction of other vehicle's parameters. Solutions can be divided into two groups: 1. Methods for obtaining the features and methods of data evaluation which will lead to a vehicle's type identification based on a single image of the vehicle. 2. Methods for obtaining data of the vehicle's shape based on image sequence of passing vehicle.

This thesis deals with modeling dynamics of printing machine, made by SOMA Engineering, in toolbox SimScape of simulation program Simulink/Matlab. There are descibed properties, progress, important principles and laws of modeling in this toolbox. The first part is focused on creating models, which consist as mechanical as eletrical and control parts. In the second part is explained how to create user interface to control models and creating standalone application, executable without installation of Matlab or Simulink. In last part is explained principle of identification parameters of material from the measured data, using an optimalization algorithm Nelder-Mead. Created models and identification algorithm are controlled via user interface.

Identifikace parametrů synchronního motoru s permanentními magnety / Parameter Identification of Permanent Magnet Synchronous MotorVeselý, Ivo January 2017 (has links)
The purpose of this dissertation is to design identification methods for identifying a permanent magnet synchronous motor. The whole identification and motor control is carried out in d-q coordinates, and the program used for processing and control was the matlab simulink, together with the real time platform DSpace. The work focuses on two main areas of identification, off-line identification and on-line identification. For offline identification the frequency analysis was used with the lock rotor test to get three main parameters. They are the quadrature and direct inductances and stator resistance. In the online mode, the identified parameters were extended to magnet flux _f identified by MRAS method. The remaining parameters were again identified by frequency analysis, which was adapted into online mode, and simultaneously applied to the identification of several part in one time. The next method is Newton method, which is used for estimating stator resistance of the motor, without the need to apply any signal.

Analýza derivátů pterinu kapilární zónovou elektroforézou / Analysis of pterine derivatives by capillary zone electrophoresisKrajíček, Jan January 2012 (has links)
Pterins belong to an important group of compounds, acting as inhibitors, sensiziters, enzymes, coenzymes, pigments etc. and together with carotenoids and anthraquinones are responsible for characteristic coloration of bugs. This work was focused on the development of a capillary electrophoretic separation method for the analysis of six pterine derivatives, namely biopterine, neopterine, isoxanthopterine, leukopterine, xanthopterine and erythropterine and on their identification in the real samples. Separation was conducted in an uncoated fused-silica capillary termostated at 30 řC. Separation electrolyte contained boric acid, tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane and disodium salt of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid. The effects of buffer pH, concentration of electrolyte components, separation voltage and wavelength of UV detection on electromigration behavior and detection sensitivity were studied. Under the optimized separation conditions, organic extracts of the three forms of Graphosoma semipunctatum bugs were analyzed.

Podobnostní vyhledávání v databázích hmotnostních spekter / Similarity search in Mass Spectra DatabasesNovák, Jiří January 2013 (has links)
Shotgun proteomics is a widely known technique for identification of protein and peptide sequences from an "in vitro" sample. A tandem mass spectrometer generates tens of thousands of mass spectra which must be annotated with peptide sequences. For this purpose, the similarity search in a database of theoretical spectra generated from a database of known protein sequences can be utilized. Since the sizes of databases grow rapidly in recent years, there is a demand for utilization of various database indexing techniques. We investigate the capabilities of (non)metric access methods as the database indexing techniques for fast and approximate similarity retrieval in mass spectra databases. We show that the method for peptide sequences identification is more than 100x faster than a sequential scan over the entire database while more than 90% of spectra are correctly annotated with peptide sequences. Since the method is currently suitable for small mixtures of proteins, we also utilize a precursor mass filter as the database indexing technique for complex mixtures of proteins. The precursor mass filter followed by ranking of spectra by a modification of the parametrized Hausdorff distance outperforms state-of-the-art tools in the number of identified peptide sequences and the speed of search. The...

Co se žáci naučili v hodinách výtvarné výchovy / What the students learned in art classesHrabánková, Ilona January 2014 (has links)
This thesis has character of the research has focused on the recogni tion of art istic educational gains in art lessons by teachers and pupils in pr imary school . The thesis is based on empi rical research consisting of three phases of research that address the issues examined using three dif ferent methods. The research in i ts stages involved students of the fourth year of primary school in Prague 10, teachers of pr imary school level and in the thi rd stage were examined entr ies in the books of class thi rd to f if th grade. The results show how the pupi ls evaluate their work and what is best and the most important in the art lesson. There are sti ll teachers wi th problems to identi f icate the curriculum in primary cur riculum documents. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Analytická chemie odhaluje diverzitu a funkci chemických látek užívaných v komunikaci a obraně termitích společenstev / Analytical chemistry unravels the diversity and function of chemicals used for communication and defence in termite societiesKrasulová, Jana January 2015 (has links)
Analytical chemistry plays a crucial role in studies on chemical ecology and only the development of sophisticated methods enables the detection of biologically active compounds that are usually present in minute quantities and often in very complex mixtures. My thesis is dedicated to the application of modern analytical techniques and instrumentation to unravel the identity, chemical diversity and function of semiochemicals and defensive compounds used by various species of termites. The first section of this thesis aims at the identity of chemicals used in communication, the pheromones. I studied the chemistry of the trail-following communication in three selected species of termites. Besides the identification of (3Z,6Z,8E)-dodeca-3,6,8-trien-1-ol, the most frequent termite trail-following pheromone, as the trail-following pheromone in Psammotermes hybostoma (Rhinotermitidae), I participated in the description of two new structures, (10Z,13Z)-nonadeca-10,13-dien-2-one in Glossotermes oculatus (Serritermitidae) and syn-4,6-dimethylundecan-1-ol in Hodotermopsis sjoestedti (Archotermopsidae). We identified (3Z,6Z,8E)-dodeca-3,6,8-trien-1-ol to be the female sex pheromone in Psammotermes hybostoma, and syn-4,6-dimethylundecanal to be the male sex pheromone in Hodotermopsis sjoestedti. I also...

The theoretical background of the own research is a theory of politics network and a theory of global governance. The aim of the thesis is not only to describe and explain the process of implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development to the Czech national policy, but also to define roles of groups of actors and to evaluate the participatory approach which was newly chosen for the Czech Republic 2030. The second part of the thesis is focused on the own research which was based on the analysis of relevant documents and semi-structured interviews with eleven experts (representatives of the Public administration, private sector, trade union, academic community and NGOs). One of the main contributions of this thesis is a comparison of the process of creating the Czech strategic framework for sustainable development from 2010 and the new system that was...
