Studium vlivu procesních parametrů na vlastnosti heterogenního svaru feritické korozivzdorné oceli s uhlíkovou ocelí při laserovém svařování s rozmítáním svazku / Study of the influence of process parameters on welding properties of ferritic stainless steel and carbon steel in laser oscillation welding

Hála, Kamil January 2019 (has links)
The Master thesis is focused on the influence of procedural parameters on the properties of heterogeneous weld in laser welding. The literature review section offers an overview of the industrial application of the laser welding technology as well as it explains the issue of heterogeneous weld creation. The experimental part of the thesis aims to describe how six carbon steel samples have been welded together with ferritic stainless steel by usage of several different beam oscillation configurations. Tested samples have been used to create trial ensembles that were subjected for a tension testing, Vickers hardness testing, metallographic testing and corrosive resistant testing. As a result of the experiment, there is a suggestion of the study that could be used for an industrial using of a combination of these materials.

Návrh motorizovaného optického systému pro zaostření laserového svazku / Design of motorized optical system used for focusing of a laser beam

Zobač, Evžen January 2019 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the structural and optomechanical design of automatization of focusing laser beam for a remote laser spectroscopy device. The chosen solution uses an active rangefinder and a rotary unit to control the change of the focus plane of the device's optic system. The dependence of the focus plane’s change on the shift of lens in the focus plane was practically measured. For proper control of the rotary unit, this dependency is needed. Structural parts were made based on the created drawing documentation. The structural parts were mounted in the existing assembly of the device together with the purchased components. The proposed solution enables a change of the optical system, for example, in order to obtain a more appropriate range of focal planes.

Interferometrické měření optického signálu v turbulenci / Interferometric measurement of optical signal in turbulence

Kovaľová, Soňa January 2019 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is to quantify the impact of atmospheric turbulence on optical signal used in free space optic communication systems. The first part is associated with atmosphere as transmission medium. Following part deals with interferometry and components of interferometers. Various methods of analysis of trasmission environment for optical beam are introduced theoretically and experimentally. Mathematical apparatus based on Kolmogorov’s cascade theory, Rytov’s variance was used to find value of structural parameter of refraction as a main measure of turbulence intensity. Experimentally obtained data were subjected to statistical analysis. The visualization of interference pattern fluctuations under turbulent conditions is shown in the last section. Interferometric method was realized with Michelson interferometer.

Komplexní iontová analýza složení antikorozních vrstev / Complex ion beam based depth profiling of anticorrosive layers

Holeňák, Radek January 2019 (has links)
Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá implementací metody rentgenové emisne indukované částicemi do experimentálního uspořádání za účelem doplnění rodiny metod založených na iontových technikách, tj. Rutherfordovy zpětné rozptylové spektrometrie, spektrometrie elastického zpětného rozptylu a analýzy detekce doby letu/energie elastického odrazu.

Svařitelnost kobaltových slitin hybridní metodou Laser-TIG / Weldability of cobalt alloys by hybrid method Laser-TIG

Herčík, Tomáš January 2020 (has links)
The master thesis summarizes the critical situation of the lack of a cobalt used in different industry branches. Due to its increasing price, it will not be possible to use in existing applications. One of these applications is production of cobalt alloys where the replacement of this element is impossible. This type of material keeps mechanical properties at high temperature. However, a suitable choice of technology can achieve at least its savings. In the field of welding, the alloys are joined without any use of an additional material. The possible solution could be the use of hybrid technologies or electron beam. Verification of weldability of both methods was realised in experimental parts and evaluated by destructive methods. The investigation was performed on wear resistant alloy Stellite 6B.

Smyková pevnost vlákny vyztuženého polymerního kompozitu / Shear strength of the fiber-reinforced polymer composite

Jurko, Michal January 2020 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the study of Inter-Laminar Shear Strength (ILSS) of polymer composites, based on unsaturated polyester resin with unidirectionally oriented basalt or glass fibers. The basis of the experimental part is the preparation of composite samples with different types of surface treatment of a fibers (a reinforcement) as well as the surface treatment itself. The untreated, the commercially treated fibers and the plasmatreated fibers used as reinforcement in the polymer composites were analysed by a short beam shear test and their ILSS was determined. The effect of various deposition conditions during Plasma-Enhanced Chemical Vapour Deposition (PECVD) on the value of ILSS of the composite with originally unsized glass or basalt fibers was studied. The impact of aging on the interlaminar shear strength of the composites was investigated for commercially treated glass fibers. The Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) is also used in the thesis together with the Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS). Based on all the results a proposal was made to correct and improve the deposition conditions and thus improve the interphase to achieve the required shear properties of polymer composites.
