Previous issue date: 2015-01-30 / A conjuntura pol?tica mundial apresenta um movimento em busca de descentralizar o poder
de decis?o do Estado para inst?ncias inferiores de governabilidade, no sentido de fortalecer
ainda mais os la?os democr?ticos e as a??es governamentais com legitimidade, efici?ncia e
coopera??o. No Brasil essa tend?ncia ? propugnada pela a Constitui??o Federal de 1988,
prevendo essa descentraliza??o como premissa para a elabora??o de pol?ticas p?blicas. Dessa
forma, o Minist?rio do Turismo (Mtur) em 2003 ao elaborar a pol?tica para o setor cria o
Programa de Regionaliza??o do Turismo (PRT), justamente na perspectiva de fomentar a
organiza??o de conselhos regionais de gest?o da atividade tur?stica para atender as
peculiaridades do territ?rio, bem como propiciar o trabalho cooperado e sin?rgico entre a
iniciativa privada, sociedade civil e poder p?blico, tendo como um de seus objetivos a
interioriza??o do turismo brasileiro. Este trabalho analisa os rebatimentos do PRT no interior
do Estado do Rio Grande do Norte (RN), tendo como recorte espacial as regi?es tur?sticas do
Agreste/Trairi e Serid?, ambas localizadas no interior. O objetivo da pesquisa ? analisar em
que medida o PRT tem sido efetivo para desencadear o processo de interioriza??o do turismo
no Estado do RN. A pesquisa tem car?ter preponderante qualitativo, a t?cnica de coleta de
dados prim?rios utilizada foi ? entrevista. A coleta de dados secund?rios foi realizada, no
Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estat?stica (IBGE), atas dos conselhos regionais; base de
dados do Mtur, dentre outros documentos. Utilizou-se o software Excel para ajudar na
compila??o dos dados secund?rios. As principais conclus?es s?o que as a??es desenvolvidas
por meio do PRT ? executada de forma pontual e desconectada de um contexto maior, ou seja,
n?o h? entendimento coletivo e colaborador. Este trabalho tamb?m revela a fr?gil condi??o
das secretarias de turismo do interior do RN em recursos humanos e aparelhamento
administrativo legislativo. De modo geral o PRT n?o contribuiu de forma substancial para o
desenvolvimento do turismo no interior do RN, em grande medida pelos descompassos
ideol?gico, funcional e executivo atrelados ao programa / The global political context features a movement in search to decentralize the power State
decision-making to lower instances of governance in order to further strengthen democratic
links and the governmental actions with legitimacy, efficiency and cooperation. In Brazil this
tendency was advocated by the Federal Constitution of 1988, foreseeing that decentralization
as a premise to the public policies formulation. Therefore, the Minist?rio do Turismo (Mtur)
in 2003 at develop the policy to the sector creates the Programa de Regionaliza??o do
Turismo (PRT), exactly in view of promoting the organization of regional councils of the
tourist activity to accord peculiarities of the territory as well as to afford the cooperative and
synergistic efforts among the private sector, civil society and government, having as one of its
objectives the interiorization of the brazilian tourism. This work analyzes repercussions of the
PRT in midlands of Rio Grande do Norte (RN) having as spatial area the tourist regions:
Agreste/ Trairi and Serid?, both located within midlands. The research has as objective to
examine the level of effectiveness of PRT to unleash the process of internalizing of tourism in
RN. This research has qualitative character, the primary data collection used has been the
interview. The secondary data collection was performed by Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e
Estat?stica (IBGE) datas, minutes of the regional councils; Mtur database, among other
documents. It was used the Excel software to aid in compiling the secondary datas. The main
conclusions are that the actions developed by the PRT is run-off and disconnected as a larger
context, in other words, there is no collective and contributor understanding. This work also
reveals the fragile condition of the tourism departments in midlands of RN in relation to
human resources and legislative administrative. In general the PRT did not contribute
substantially to the development of tourism in midlands of RN, largely by ideological,
functional and executive dissonances linked to the program.

Previous issue date: 2017-07-17 / Objetiva-se analisar as representa??es sociais sobre o psic?logo para os estudantes de Psicologia da Universidade Federal de Alagoas/Unidade Educacional de Palmeira dos ?ndios. Tem como cen?rio o atual contexto de expans?o da Psicologia no que tange ? diversifica??o de pr?ticas e de p?blicos e a expans?o das universidades p?blicas federais, o que ampliou notadamente a inser??o de estudantes de diferentes regi?es nessas institui??es. Com fundamento te?rico-metodol?gico na Teoria das Representa??es Sociais, trata-se de um estudo que analisa as representa??es sociais em um contexto de forma??o profissional, o que implica enfocar os movimentos representacionais, as rela??es dial?gicas e tensionamentos entre os saberes, al?m de sua s?cio g?nese (MARKOV?, 2006; MOSCOVICI, 2005; WAGNER, 2000). Assim, parte-se de uma epistemologia dial?gica de representa??es sociais, que s?o compreendidas como um conhecimento social formado a partir da dialogicidade, da din?mica e da historicidade (MARKOV?, 2006). Diante disso, o estudo est? ancorado nas diretrizes da pesquisa qualitativa e contou com a reuni?o de tr?s procedimentos metodol?gicos: a an?lise documental, a T?cnica de Associa??o Livre de Palavras e o grupo focal. O primeiro dedicou-se ? an?lise do Projeto Pedag?gico do referido curso atrav?s da estrat?gia descrita em Seixas et al. (2013). J? o segundo, foi realizado com 169 estudantes distribu?dos pelos cinco anos de Psicologia, o que corresponde ?s cinco turmas devido ao ingresso no curso ser anual. Os participantes evocaram palavras a partir da audi??o do termo ?psic?logo?, sendo tais evoca??es analisadas por meio da t?cnica de an?lise de conte?do do tipo tem?tica (BARDIN, 2004). O grupo focal, por seu turno, teve a participa??o de doze discentes de todas as turmas do curso ao longo de cinco encontros. Tais momentos foram videogravados e as conversa??es transcritas e analisadas atrav?s da t?cnica de an?lise de conte?do, com foco na unidade de registro do tipo referente (BARDIN, 2004). Os resultados foram analisados de modo complementar e integrado e sinalizaram uma representa??o social sobre o psic?logo centrada no desenho cl?nico tradicional, por?m, o processo formativo em que est?o imersos os estudantes, com tensionamentos de saberes e com o contexto de forma??o em Psicologia no interior vem propiciando abertura ? presen?a de outros tra?os a esse desenho, provocando movimenta??es nas representa??es em tela. Desse modo, conclui-se com o destaque ? necess?ria compreens?o de que o processo formativo tem um car?ter polif?sico, no sentido das rela??es entre saberes distintos, o que deve ser observado e colocado em di?logo ao longo da forma??o. / The objective of this study is to analyze the social representations of the psychologist for the Psychology students of the Federal University of Alagoas / Educational Unit of Palmeira dos ?ndios. It has as a scenario the current context of expansion of Psychology regarding the diversification of practice, public and the expansion of federal public universities, which significantly increased the insertion of students from different regions in these institutions. With a theoretical-methodological foundation in the Theory of Social Representations, it is a study that analyzes the social representations in a context of professional formation, which implies to focus on the representational movements, the dialogical relations and tensions between the knowledge, besides it?s sociogenesis (Markova, 2006; Moscovic, 2005; Wagner, 2000). Thus, it starts from a dialogical epistemology of social representations, which are understood as a social knowledge formed from dialogicity, dynamics and historicity (MARKOV?, 2006). Therefore, the study is anchored in the guidelines of the qualitative research and counted with the union of three methodological procedures: the documentary analysis, the Free Word Association Technique and the focus group. The first one was dedicated to the analysis of the Pedagogical Project of the course mentioned through the strategy described in Seixas et al. (2013). The second one was carried out with 169 students distributed over the five years of Psychology, which corresponds to the five classes due to the enrollment in the course to be annual. The participants evoked words from the hearing of the term "psychologist", and such evocations were analyzed through the content analysis technique of the thematic type (BARDIN, 2004). The focus group, in turn, had the participation of twelve students from all classes of the course over five meetings. These moments were videotaped and the conversations transcribed and analyzed through the technique of content analysis, focusing on the unit of record of the referent type (BARDIN, 2004). The results were analyzed in a complementary and integrated way and signaled a social representation about the psychologist focused on the traditional clinical design, however the formative process in which the students are immersed, with tensions of knowledge and with the context of formation in Psychology in the interior has been propitiating opening to the presence of other traces to this drawing, provoking movements in the screen representations. In this way, it concluded with the emphasis on the necessary understanding that the formative process has a polyphasic character, in the sense of the relations between distinct knowledges, which must be observed and placed in dialogue throughout the formation.

Previous issue date: 2011-09-12 / This thesis pursuits to contextualize the theoretical debate between the implementation of
public education policy of the Federal Government focused in a distance learning and legal
foundations for its enforcement, in order to raise questions and comments on the topic in
question. Its importance is back to provide scientific input and can offer to the academy,
particularly in the UFRN, and elements of society to question and rethink the complex
relationship between the socio-economic and geographic access to higher education. It
consists of a descriptive study on the institutionalization of distance education in UFRN as a
mechanism for expanding access to higher education, for both, the research seeks to
understand if the distance undergraduate courses offered by the UAB system and
implemented at UFRN, promote expanding access to higher education, as it is during
implementation that the rules, routines and social processes are converted from intentions to
action. The discussion of this study lasted between two opposing views of Implementation
models: Top-down and Bottom-up. It is worth noting that the documents PNE, PDE and
programs and UAB MEETING reflect positively in improving the educational level of the
population of the country It is a qualitative study, using the means Bibliographic, Document
and Field Study, where they were performed 04 (four) in 2010 interviews with the
management framework SEDIS / UAB in UFRN. The data were analyzed and addressed
through techniques: Document Analysis and Content Analysis. The results show that the
process of implementation of distance education at UFRN is in progress. According to our
results, the research objective is achieved, but there was a need to rethink the conditions of the
infrastructure of poles, the structure of the academic calendar, the management of the SEDIS
UFRN, regarding the expansion of existing vacancies and the supply of new courses by the
need for a redesign as the Secretariat's ability to hold the offerings of undergraduate courses
offered by the Federal Government to be implemented in the institution. It was also found that
levels of evasion still presents a challenge to the teaching model. Given the context, we
concluded that the greatest contribution of UAB and consequently UFRN by distance learning
for undergraduate courses (Bachelor in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Geography and
Biological Sciences, beyond the bachelor's degrees in Business and Public Administration ) is
related to increasing the number of vacancies and accessibility of a population that was
previously deprived of access to university / Esta disserta??o busca contextualizar o debate te?rico entre a fase de Implementa??o da

Consiste em um estudo descritivo sobre o processo de institucionaliza??o da EaD na UFRN
como mecanismo de amplia??o do acesso ao ensino superior. Para tanto, a pesquisa busca
compreender se os cursos de gradua??o ? dist?ncia, oferecidos pelo Sistema UAB e
implementados na UFRN, promovem a amplia??o do acesso ao ensino superior, j? que ?
durante a implementa??o que as regras, rotinas e processos sociais s?o convertidos de
inten??es para a??es. A discuss?o deste estudo perdurou entre as vis?es antag?nicas dos
modelos de Implementa??o: Top-down e Botton-up. Vale salientar que os documentos PNE,
PDE e os programas REUNI e UAB refletem positivamente na melhoria no n?vel de
escolaridade da popula??o do Pa?s. Trata-se de uma pesquisa Qualitativa, utilizando-se dos
meios Bibliogr?fico, Documental e Estudo de Campo, onde foram realizadas 04 (quatro)
entrevistas em 2010 com o quadro de gest?o da SEDIS/UAB na UFRN. Os dados foram
analisados e tratados por meio das t?cnicas: An?lise Documental e An?lise de Conte?do. Os
resultados apresentam que o processo de implementa??o da EaD na UFRN encontra-se em
andamento. De acordo com os resultados apresentados, o objetivo da pesquisa ? alcan?ado,
por?m observou-se a necessidade de repensar as condi??es de infraestrutura dos p?los; a
estrutura do calend?rio acad?mico; a gest?o da SEDIS na UFRN, no que concerne a
amplia??o das vagas j? existentes e a oferta de novos cursos mediante a necessidade de um
replanejamento quanto a capacidade da Secretaria de comportar as ofertas de cursos de
gradua??o disponibilizadas pelo Governo Federal para serem implementados na Institui??o.
Verificou-se tamb?m que os n?veis de evas?o ainda apresentam-se como um desafio para o
modelo de ensino. Diante do contexto apresentado, conclu?-se que a maior contribui??o da
UAB e consequentemente, da UFRN, via EaD, para os cursos de gradua??o (Licenciaturas em

Pesquisa sobre a forma??o musical de estudantes participantes da disciplina de Linguagem e Estrutura??o Musical, ofertada dentro do referido Programa e o impacto dessa forma??o no cotidiano das suas vidas na regi?o Serid? norte-rio-grandense. Este Programa tem propiciado ? difus?o da cultura musical de pequenas comunidades e artistas no interior do RN, possibilitando reconhecimento ampliado do valor art?stico e cultural de pr?ticas e servi?os. O m?todo de investiga??o utilizado foi a Pesquisa-A??o e os instrumentos de coleta de dados empregados foram a aplica??o de question?rios, entrevistas e a an?lise de conte?do. Como fundamenta??o te?rica, foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliogr?fica sobre a literatura relacionada ? Educa??o Musical t?cnica de n?vel m?dio, sobre o processo de interioriza??o, sobre o PRONATEC e sobre o estudo da linguagem e estrutura??o musical. Entre outros autores estudados, destaca-se Oliveira (2013), Carmona (2017), Thiollent (2011), Esperidi?o (2002) e Correia (2011). Este estudo traz, como contribui??o para a ?rea da Educa??o Musical, novas abordagens para o ensino da linguagem e estrutura??o musical, bem como abre caminhos para outras pesquisas na ?rea da forma??o musical obtida em programas destinados ao ensino t?cnico musical. Para a ?rea de Educa??o Musical, este Trabalho vem abrir expectativas para novos horizontes de pesquisa, partindo de investiga??es sobre novos espa?os poss?veis para a forma??o musical, a exemplo das filarm?nicas e dos Cursos T?cnicos, de n?vel m?dio, em M?sica. / This work presents a study on the technical Music Education, of middle level, in Rio Grande do Norte (RN), through the internationalization actions of Escola de M?sica da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (EMUFRN) in Flor?nia / RN, through the Technical Course in Musical Instrument of the National Program of Access to Technical Education and Employment (PRONATEC). Research also on the musical training of the students participating in the Language and Structural Musical discipline, offered within the said Program and the impact of this training in the daily life of their lives in the region Serid? norte-rio-grandense. This Program has promoted the diffusion of the musical culture of small communities and artists within the RN, allowing for an expanded recognition of the artistic and cultural value of practices and services. The research method used was Action Research and the instruments of data collection used were the application of questionnaires, interviews and content analysis. Theoretically, a bibliographical research was carried out on the literature related to the technical musical education of medium level, on the process of internalization, on PRONATEC and on the study of language and musical structuring. Among other authors, stands out Oliveira (2013), Carmona (2017), Thiollent (2011), Esperidi?o (2002) and Correia (2011). This study brings as a contribution to the area of Music Education, new approaches to language teaching and musical structuring, as well as opens paths to other researches in the area of musical training obtained in Programs intended for musical technical education. For the musical education area, this work opens up expectations for new horizons of research, starting from investigations into new possible spaces for musical formation, such as the philharmonic and the technical, middle level, courses in Music.
