The work titled "Rank of caring persons in the context of the social services law" analyses the situation of caring persons during the care. The work follows the question of discrimination and social-economic exclusion of caring persons in the Czech Republic on the basis of executed research analyse. The rank of caring persons is not legally embedded in any legal regulation. However, this results into the fact, that there is neither range of duties nor the law or social benefits in the case of sickness, and the old age pension scheme is very limited, too. This work brings suggestions of measures and solutions of these problems so that family and intergeneration solidarity and rules of subsidiarity would be supported, and at the same time the social and economic discrimination of caring persons in the Czech Republic.

The thesis focuses on the cost comparison of the envelope compositions of a passive wood building depending on the type of thermal insulation used and the type of envelope composition. In the practical part, diffusion closed and diffusion open envelope compositions with different types of thermal insulation are proposed. The proposed compositions are priced and compared. The heating method and its costs are also marginally addressed.

Dissertation deals with the technical parameters of natural thermal insulation. In addition, there is a global trend in the construction of reducing energy consumption for heating, air conditioning, or with operating facilities in buildings and the use of perspective and efficient building materials with a negligible negative impact on the environment. Therefore, the attention not only professionals are increasingly turning to alternative materials, such as natural insulation, the material can be drawn from local sources and whose production is energy-saving and leaving a small ecological footprint. As part of the doctoral thesis were tested short term water absorption, measurements were made of the thermal conductivity and its change after the test short term water absorption. Was determined dependence of thermal conductivity on humidity and heat resistance was determined. Moreover a natural insulation applications in building construction with a comparison of the various technical parameters and environmental footprint. At the conclusion was made by acoustic insulation in timber construction and price analysis.

The subject of this thesis was to develop project documentation for building construction. It is a new four-storey house with restaurant, situated on the outskirts of the village Bridges at Jablunkova. The building is brick, has a two-level gable and shed roof, consisting of wood roof system. Slope of the parcel on which the house is located, allows the building of the plant into the ground. Because of this it is possible to enter it, either the main entrance to the first floor or building around and over the summer terrace come directly to the restaurant on the second floor. Above it are two more floors for hotel guests only, a total of 10 accommodation units with its own bathroom.

Diploma thesis develops comprehensive documentation of the new building construction of residential house on the level of the implementation of the project construction. Proposal emphasizes layout of linked to ensure the technical design, structural, fire safety, protection against noise, energy saving, safety in use. This diploma thesis describes the design and processing of project documentation pension. The proposed facility is located in the village of Železná Ruda- Pamferova Hut. The site is widely used by tourists in winter and summer. This is partly basement building, which has 2 storeys and an attic. The roof is designed as a gabled dormer with a flat roof. The building is based on the footings of plain concrete and under the reinforced concrete pillars are designed shoe. Supporting, peripheral and partition walls are designed from sand-lime bricks SENDWIX. An exception is peripheral walls of the basement, which is in contact with soil, which is designed as a lost formwork. In the dining area, which has an open reinforced concrete columns. Ceiling structure will consist of prestressed ceiling panels SPIROLL. Perimeter walls are insulated using external thermal insulation composite system using insulation from stone wool. The building is functionally divided into three main parts with a common main entrance. The first part is a restaurant with a kitchen, storage and kitchen facilities. This section is designed restaurants with a total capacity of 26 persons, the capacity will be in the summer to expand the possible capacity of the terrace, which belongs to the dining room. It is also proposed sanitary facilities for visitors to the restaurant, kitchen with storage and facilities for staff. The second part is the wellness center, which consists of a gym and rooms with infrared sauna and whirlpool. This section is designed sanitary facilities for visitors separated for men and women. The last part of the pension, which used to accommodate 30 people and the background of the pension. This diploma thesis focuses on the implementation of waterproofing of underground constructions using an LLDPE membrane hinged on anchors. In the future, this method will replace the commonly used waterproofing system in Scandinavia with extruded polyethylene foam. This method of tunnel construction and waterproofing is compared with the NRTM method, often used in Central Europe. The thesis describes the installation of a waterproofing system, especially materials, accessories, welding devices and auxiliary installation equipment. The main focus of the thesis is to verify the reliability of the individual types of welds and to assess the waterproofing system in terms of implementation and environmental demands.

The first part of this thesis introduces basics principles of the Montessori pedagogical system with emphasis on prepared environment. Next part is about examples of prepared environment in professional literature and in the visisted school. The end part deals with application of prepared environment principles in the example of my own pedagogical work in education of children with special needs in education and in self-realisation. In appendix is a set of used didactical material.

The diploma thesis named "How is the parents' life on parental leave in the Czech republic?" identifies and analyzes the conditions of Czech parents, who are taking the leave to take care of their children, i.e. the parental leave, and the coherent allowance. Their situation is reviewed from three angles. From the economical point of view, the thesis identifies worsened financial situation of parents on parental leave, compensated only with the parental allowance. The comparison of the leave and the allowance in various European countries indicates different configurations due to their sociocultural context and historical background. In the research in childcare services is pointed out that the offer is insufficient and that the parents, who use them temporarily, are at disadvantage. In the other hand, the diploma thesis introduces new and more suitable services being provided. In the prevention of social isolation of parents with small children, numerous services provided by non-governmental organizations (in contrast with the governmental and commercial sectors) are described, considering also the disproportional geographical configuration of these subjects. The diploma thesis deals with design and elaboration of the project documentation of the sports center. The proposed sport center facility is located in the western part of Zruč nad Sázavou, in a location designed for buildings and areas of sport and relaxation use. The object of the sports center is designed as two-storey, non-blocked, roofed flat roof. The main feature of the sports center is the multipurpose sports hall with a single-shell curved flat roof. The supporting element is a curved glued lamellar truss. The proposed contruction of the sports center has 2 functional parts. This is a multipurpose sports hall with backgrounds (dressing rooms, washrooms), two squash courts, a gym and two exercise halls as well as facilities. The sports hal lis complemented by tribune for 380 spectators. The second part is a sports bar with a capacity of 40 people. The perimeter structures of the sports center are designed by a ceramic and insulated mineral wool contact systém with a ventilated aluminum facade. The supporting ceiling structure consists of prefabricated Spiroll panels. Designed 2 VZT engine rooms in 2nd floor, on efor 1st floor and second for 2nd floor including sports hall.
