Today's the public experiences the period which differs intensive aspiration to the knowledge, accompanied by various technologies, political, social and cultural changes in a society. Therefore, later more than to decade after the begun fundamental reform of education, in the field of development of our country there were many changes. Today all of more attention is given to establishments of preschool education, professional experience of their personnel, the pedagogical competence, to improvement of professional skill, its needs and development. Being guided by increase of requirements of a society to an education system, recently especially emphasized improvement of professional skill of tutors of establishments of preschool education, for work of the master has been made a choice of a theme with the purpose to reveal the attitude of tutors of establishments of preschool education to needs of improvement of professional skill and to the improvement of professional skill. Bakalauro baigiamojo darbo pirmojoje dalyje išanalizuoti krovininio 1,3 t galios keltuvo techniniai parametrai, darbo saugos lygis, nustatyta gamybos apimtis. Antroje darbo dalyje aprašyta gaminio paskirtis ir pradiniai duomenys. Atlikta krovininių keltuvų konstrukcijų variantų apţvalga – įvairių tipų krovininių keltuvų konstrukcijų sprendimų palyginimas. Pateiktas projektuojamojo krovininio keltuvo konstrukcijos aprašymas ir pagrindimas. Atlikti gaminio techniniai skaičiavimai (pagrindinių parametrų nustatymas, lyno ir pavaros skaičiavimas, lyno blokų ir tvirtinimo pirštų stiprumo skaičiavimas, lyno balansyrinės pakabos stiprumo skaičiavimas). Trečioje dalyje išanalizuota vienos detalės technologiniai maršrutai, nustatyti apdirbimo operacijoms reikalingi įrengimai. Atliktas uţlaidų, pjovimo rėţimų nustatymas bei techninis normavimas. Ketvirtojoje dalyje pateikiama techniniai ir eksploataciniai reikalavimai naudojant kėlimo įrenginį. Penktojoje dalyje atlikti ekonominiai skaičiavimai, kurių pagalba nustatyta ir pagrysta krovininio 1,3 t galios keltuvo savikaina. / The aim of the study is to design Cargo Lifter of 1,3 Ton Capacity. The first part of the bachelor‟s thesis analyses the main technical parameters of cargo lifter of 1,3 ton capacity, the level of labour safety and determines the scope of production. The second part describes the function of the product have been described, the versions of constructions of freight lifts have been reviewed, different construction solutions of various types of freight lifts have been compared in the second part. Description and justification of the construction of the designed freight lift has been provided, technical calculations of the product (definition of the main parameters, calculations of a rope and gear, calculation of strength of rope units and fastening pins, calculation of strength of a rope balance suspension) have been performed. The third part deals with the analysis of technological routes of a single part, determination of the installations necessary for processing operations as well as identification and technical rating of overlaps and cutting modes. In the fourth section presents the technical and operational requirements for using the lifting device. The fifth part deals with economic calculations on the basis of which the net cost of the freight lift of 1,3 t capacity has been determined and justified.

The development of educator competencies and professional skills lasts the whole career. It is important, how does the pre-school teacher reflect on their professional development after various qualifying events, how does the quality of the educational process improve. It is very important what essential ideas of qualification improvement programs pre-school teacher mastered, what conclusions the teacher drew on how this is reflected in the educational process and what did it change. The situation nowadays makes us think about the meaning of teacher development, its effect on the quality of education in the schools. Based on that, the issues were raised: - Is pre-school teacher, which is open to innovation, creative, with communication skills, committed to continuously improve his or her skills and update your knowledge? - Does the teachers' participation in the training / learning events have an impact on the quality of the curriculum? - Do training events echoe the views of teachers and the quality?

Magistro baigiamajame darbe nagrinėjami mokytojų kvalifikacijos kėlimo ypatumai Vilniaus mieste ir Širvintų rajone. Darbo tikslas - išanalizuoti ir palyginti mokytojų kvalifikacijos kėlimo ypatumus Vilniaus mieste ir Širvintų rajone. Tyrimo objektas - mokytojų kvalifikacijos kėlimas. Darbo metodai – teoriniai: mokslinės literatūros bei švietimą reglamentuojančių dokumentų analizė; diagnostiniai: anketinė apklausa. Darbe analizuojama teorinė mokytojų kėlimo kvalifikacijos medžiaga: pateikiama kvalifikacinių kategorijų samprata, naujųjų mokytojų atestacijos nuostatų palyginimas su senaisiais, nagrinėjamos kompetencijos, bei jų reikšmė mokytojų kvalifikacijos kėlimui. Pateikiama teisės aktų, reglamentuojančių mokytojų kvalifikacijos kėlimą bei su juo susijusių procesų apžvalga, institucinė struktūra, atsakinga už kvalifikacijos kėlimą bei jų indėlis į kvalifikacijos kėlimo procesą. Atkreipiamas dėmesys į naująjį 2007 metais rugpjūčio 3 dieną priimtą Europos Bendrijų Komisijos komunikatą Tarybai ir Europos Parlamentui „Dėl mokytojų rengimo kokybės gerinimo“, taip pat apžvelgiamas mokytojų kvalifikacijos kėlimas Europos Sąjungos šalyse, pateikiami apibendrinti tyrimų rezultatai, kuriais pagrįstas naujojo komunikato priėmimas. The aim of the paper is to analyze and compare educational aspects in Vilnius city and Širvintos district. Object of the research – teachers’ education. Work methods - theoretical: analysis of education regulative documents and scientific literature review; diagnostic: questionnaire survey. Paper analyzes theoretical aspects of teachers’ education: content of qualifying category is given, comparing of new and old teachers certification system is discusses, competency and its meaning for teacher’s education is also presented. Legislative of teachers’ education is presented as well as institutional structure and its implication on the educational process. New Communication from the commission to the council and the European parliament „Improving the quality of teacher education” brought on 2007-08-03 is pointed out. Also teachers’ educational systems in ES are presented. Practical research pointed out that education is being handled as being very important part of profession by teachers; main information about education is released from school administration or colleagues; bigger part of teachers pointed out that self-education is not being used very often; teachers feels lack of possibilities to raise their qualification in foreign countries; among all of the respondents negative approach onto refresher courses preponderated.
