Master´s thesis deals about Business ethics in Eisberg a.s. First section discuss theoretical resources related to the theme of entrepreneurial ethics. Thesis explains and outlines signifiant terms, which are essential, and summarize techniques used in practical research. Practical section deals with ethical environment in examined company, discuss results of research and propose specific future recomandations for the company.

The main aim of the master´s thesis is the analysis of the activities of insurance brokers in terms of adhering to the principles of business ethics in the Insurance practice. Using the questionnaire will found attitudes clients insurance brokers to the issue and still views and opinions of the insurance brokers. The result will be the proposals for streamlining and improvement of intermediary activities in insuracance for company ABC, as and FAOL, a.s. and recommendation for itself Insurance Brokers.

This thesis approaches the topic of ethics, both from a theoretical perspective and from the perspective of its application in business in the Czech Republic. It also intends to discover how the issue of business ethics is addressed and which ethical aspects are most significant in a certain field of business. The results of the thesis are based on the analysis of business ethics in the energy industry in the Czech Republic and also on the analysis of the ethical codes (codes of conduct) of specific companies active in the energy industry in the Czech Republic. From the outcome of these analyzes I will be able to create a ready-to-use draft of a code of ethics (code of conduct) for a company already doing business or planning to do business in this field.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current situation of business ethics and culture in Vinařství Ludwig, Ltd. and make a proposals lead to improvement of this situation. In the first part of the work on the basis of literature research identified the theoretical and methodological bases, which are needed for the processing of the practical work. The second, practical part of the work is based on a survey of the current state of corporate ethics and culture of Vinařství Ludwig, Ltd. The bases for the survey are internal and external sources of information of company and questionnaire survey among its workers. Ethical behavior is an inseparable part of business life and can have a major impact on corporate culture in business companies and their communication with clients. The aim of this work was to find out how the behavior of sales representatives of pharmaceutical companies in pharmaceutical pharmacies is perceived, to describe the ethical aspects in this field, and then to propose recommendations for adjusting internal rules, values or ethical code in a selected pharmaceutical company. This task was accomplished by carrying out qualitative research to analyze and deeper describe how pharmaceutical assistants in pharmacies perceive the behavior of sales representatives of pharmaceutical companies. In order to eliminate the identified circumstances in this field, the proposed recommendation for the selected company is a thorough knowledge of ethical principles and the incorporation of techniques into the training program of the company that focus on empathy is proposed. In conclusion, adherence to ethical principles and the right corporate culture in the company can be considered crucial in the context of successful cooperation between the sales representative and the pharmacy.

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of the theoretical establishment of the professional pedagogical chamber in the Czech Republic as a public-law institution in terms of ethical and moral patronage of the teaching profession. The profession of teacher is characterized by thorough and demanding work with people, requiring not only extensive knowledge, which is subsequently passed on to pupils and students, but also respect of moral and ethical principles, which presents teachers in public as a valuable profession, but also sets the model for exemplary and desirable behavior in society. At present, however, there is no public-law self-governing professional organization in the Czech Republic that associates members of the teaching profession and morally and ethically shields their profession, as is done, for example, by the medical or advocacy chamber of their members. The thesis "Lobbying and its regulation in the Czech Republic" deals with the theoretical and practical aspects of lobbying regulation. Its aim is to make a comprehensive and effective regulation of the campaign for the Czech Republic. It first examines basic terms: lobbying, lobbyists and public officials. It provides a theoretical overview of the lobbying regulation tools. The thesis describes two forms of regulation which are self-regulation and regulation by law. A separate chapter is devoted to demark lobbying from corruption. The following chapter provides an overview of lobbying regulation in the selected countries. This analysis shows the various options and approaches to lobbying regulations, which is reflected in adjustments to the individual states. In practice the use of rights and obligations for lobbyists, a lobbying group or both simultaneously. Attention is also given to attempts made to regulate lobbying in the Czech Republic. So far, however, none of them have been applied in practice. The goal of this thesis will be to analyze ethical tools in organizations and the breadth of application of ethical codes in personnel work. First, attention will be paid to ethics, morality and law, then to professional ethics and the anti-discrimination law. The work will further deal with ethics in the context of organizational culture, standards of conduct, codes of ethics and ethical aspects of individual personnel activities. The diploma thesis will include a quantitative survey, which will be carried out in the form of online questionnaires. The respondents will be HR professionals working in approximately thirty selected large organizations in the Czech Republic. The aim of the survey will be to analyze the application of codes of ethics in these organizations, ie the use of codes of ethics governing the activities of personnel departments, the existence of professional codes of ethics for HR professionals, the influence of organizational culture on the use of ethical tools. The diploma thesis deals with the adaptation process of new staff in the university hospital and in other two selected organizations. The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the adaptation process within the university hospital and several other organizations based on an empirical research with the aim to propose changes to the process. The theoretical part deals with human resources management, legislative definitions related to the establishment of employment and a specific definition of the concept of adaptation, course and duration of adaptation, adaptation process, adaptation plan, work, social and cultural adaptation and employee education. The second chapter focuses on the corporate identity, the culture of the organization, including the vision, mission and code of ethics, with which the new employee must become acquainted and identify during the adaptation process. The thesis deals with the ethics of auditors, tax advisers and accountants. It focuses on the basic characteristics of these professions and especially their codes of ethics - Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants, Code of Ethics of the Chamber of Tax Advisers of the Czech Republic and the Code of Ethics of the Chamber of Ceritified Accountants. It also includes a comparison of these ethical codes. Finally, the results of the survey on the topic "Ethics and ethical codes of selected professions" are analyzed.
