The aim of this thesis within the theoretical and comparative part to identify the similarities and differences in the taxation of income from employment in the Czech Republic and Great Britain in the context of structural components and on the basis of facts to determine any recommendations for the Czech Republic, whose introduction could have positive impact on the resulting tax burden or, conversely, find and highlight solutions that are applied in the Czech tax system. The application will demonstrate these differences and specifics on examples aimed to seek lower tax liability for a selected amount of income tax and show the way of taxation of income from employment.

The diploma thesis deals with the corporate income tax, specificially with the comparison of the corporate taxation in the Czech Republic, Taiwan and Singapore. The aim of this theses is to acquaint the reader with similar and different components of the corporate tax in these countries, and to evaluate the advantages of particular tax systems for potential invetors. First part is dedicated to the theoretical aspects of the corporate income tax and basic definitions. Following parts are focused on the system of the corporate income tax in compared countries, and describe both the structure and extent of tax and the structural components of the corporate income tax in given countries. The conclusion contains summary of results which is based on the previous analysis.

The present Master thesis entitled "Engineering Design and Optimization of Injector Holder" deals with the design of clamping holder, whose function is to ensure the exact position of injector system Common Rail. The shape of the injector holder is designed in the modelling program, both with respect to the installation space of internal combustion engine and also the method of manufacture. The proposed geometry is then subjected to stress analysis in the program using FEM. The final design phase is to optimize the geometry of the injector holder using the same method with the aim to reduce the weight of the component.

This diploma thesis is focused on design proposal of bicycle frame, which is powered by human force and then strength analysis of designed frame. Vehicle is designed to city and relates to physically handicapped persons and elderly people. This thesis content comparison of different types of bicycles.

The subject of my diploma thesis is the design of a new home for the elderly and the elaboration of the implementation project documentation. The intention is to build a house for the permanent housing of older persons, with the possibility of using care services. The building consists of 16 residential dwellings and 6 housing units with nursing services. Maximum occupancy is 32 guests. The home for the elderly also offers facilities for boarding, medical service, hairdressing and rehabilitation. The object is designed for barrier-free use. The object is set in a flat terrain on the selected land. The building has 4 above-ground floors and one underground. The building is designed as a brick made of lime sand blocks. The vertical perimeter structures are provided with a contact insulation system. The horizontal bearing structures are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The roof structure of the building consists of a mansard roof structure. The drawing documentation was processed in a computer program AutoCAD.

In my diploma thesis I drafted a layout of a medical facility of emergency care in the town Kravaře. I focus on a choice of an appropriate structural design and processing of the design documentation for the construction in accordance with the laws, bylaws and the technical standard. The building is a standalone three stories building without cellar and with a flat roof. There are 16 medical units, a pharmacy and an optician. The construction is based on reinforced concrete foundation slab and walled with sand-lime blocks. The ceiling is constructed from cast-in-place reinforced slab. The façade is made of combination of ventilated façade with fibre-cement board paneling, insulation system and a glazed area with sunscreen. The construction is roofed with a warm flat roof. The openings in the external walls are designed as aluminum infills.

The subject of the diploma thesis is a new building of the P3 fire station in Hlučín. The facility will be used to perform the fire protection service of the population of the district fire brigade and municipal volunteer fire fighters. The fire station is designed as an isolated structure of rectangular shape, which is divided into three parts, and it is operationally and structurally interconnected. First part is partly underground two-storey administrative. The second part of the building is an exit garage and the third part forms of the technical background of the fire station. The object is designed as classic brick technology from Porotherm ceramic blocks on reinforced concrete base strips. The roof of part of fire and garage facilities is saddle, the roof of the technical background is flat.

This diploma thesis serves as a constructional study of an axial pump with a tandem arrangement of impellers. It may also be perceived as proposal of possible constructional variants that could be used as cardiac replacements. The thesis offers several conceptual variants, while the selected ones are elaborated in detail. Drawing documentation and 3D models are included in the attachment. The components were dimensioned according to the parameters necessary for proper heart function.

This masters thesis deals with the drafting of project documentation of kindergarten. The block of flats is situated on flat land in the cadastral territory of Brno - Zebetin on parcel number 3195. The building has two floors and there in total 2 classes. The structural system is designed from the system Therm. Roofing flat roof with attic.

The aim of the Diploma thesis is the project documentation for the execution of the administrative building. This is an administrative building located on the outskirts of Letohrad. The building consists of one section that has three above-ground floors and one section that has only one above-ground floor. The building is used for administration, trade and storage. For administrative work is designed the three-storey part of the building and single-storey part of the building is designated for trade and storage. The main entrances to the building are located on its west side and the next entrances to the building is located on its southern side and northern side. The building is based on foundation strips and pads of plain concrete. The building is designed from a masonry structural system made of concrete blocks made of lightweight concrete and the third floor is partly designed as a timber structure made of wooden KVH squared timber. The ceiling structures are designed from prestressed ceiling panels. Roof structure above the main part of the building is designed two-stage pitched roof octagon shape and the roof above the single-storey part of the building is designed as warm flat extensive green roof.
