This diploma thesis is outlining the topic of virtual teams in the work context dealing with cooperation in virtual teams. In this frame it focuses mainly on communication, trust, motivation and performance. The theoretical part is devoted to the differences between the working group and a team, group cooperation in the work environment and multicultural cooperation specifics. It defines the social psychological work aspects in the context of virtuality and draws nearer up-to date findings of the vitual teamwork area. The leadership and coordination of virtual teams and the role of a leader are also touched. The empirical part of the thesis introduces a research of mapping the topic of cooperation within virtual teams using the methodological triangulation. The issue of virtual teams is seen in the organizational context from virtual team leaders' point of view. A point of view of other team members is also noticed. In the mapping study are investigated the most frequently occuring themes of communication, trust, motivation and performance or virtual teams leadership, respectively. This study also indicates the possible advantages offered by this way of work organization and similarly, it presents possible risks, which may be encountered when working with geographically distributed teams. Aim of the thesis The main aim of this thesis is an analysis breakouts by extraliga junior team, selection the most effective variant and their subsequent comparison with the Canadian national team to 20 years. Constituent part is to create a complete overview of the theoretical knowledge which can be used in the analysis breakouts. The analysis can serve as an inspiration for coaches of youth cathegory during training and acquisition in this phase of the game. Methods In the thesis tracking method was used, which was used in the analysis breakouts. The analysis was performed by using the method of direct observation of the game, but also indirect observation of video recordings provided by videocoaches or assistant coaches of selected teams. Results During analyzing domestic literature, it was found that it is not paid enough attention to the breakouts and there is no methodology developed compared to a foreign literature. Of the reporting teams and their variants for the breakout and development of the attack, three of the most effective were selected. For comparison, there were also mentioned variants of the breakouts of the Canadian national team under 20 years, which was followed at the World Cup to 20 years. Companies are forced to looking for a new ways to reach customers because of an increasing market competition. That is the reason why the search is moving beyond companies borders and they are commming together and cooperating. The diploma thesis is analysing the ways of cooperation by a law firm and recommending a proposals for improving of the current level of cooperation in selected areas and better using of the communication tools.

The subject of the graduation theses is to analyze real business partnership of two enterprises and consider contributions and advantages from decided kind of business partnership for analyzed enterprise. First part of work is dedicated to theoretical definition of basis terms of small and middle sphere of business and problems with association of small and middle size enterprises. Second part is practical with focus on description of analyzed organization, history, development and main areas of business partnership. Conditions of partnership, charges for accession are described here. In final part I have analyze and evaluate contributions (advantages and disadvantages) raised from this kind of partnership for researched enterprise and incidence of this partnership on economic performance of enterprise.

To meet the objektive of choosing tools drama education, its methods and exercises. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is based on psychological content, it characterized by cooperation, it deals with the cooperative learning and the role of the teacher. It justifies need to develop cooperation between pupils. The drama in education discussed in conjunction with cooperation and describes its methods and exercises. The practical part is used quality research for monitoring, analyzing, implementing and reflecting cooperation in third grade of elementary schools. This thesis seeks to use dramatic methods as tools for the development of cooperative skills of pupils.

Theoretical part focuses on the explanation of the basic terms with organization and relations connected to it. It is based on theoretical nature of manufacturing process control and tries to apply it to the case of a specific enterprise in the textile industry. It analyzes the way of production organization, when it cooperates with others to sew clothing, and determines, what economic benefits this cooperation brings in case of one month and more generally.

This paper discusses the importance of Czechoslovak foreign trade with the EEC countries for the period of normalization. In the theoretical part, the author defines the issues of foreign trade. It deals with the variety of business concepts, tools of trade policy and the overall importance of international trade for the economy. In the analytical part describes the main organizations affecting foreign trade relations of Czechoslovakia after World War II, relations between the two organizations, bipolar division of the world and the position of Czechoslovakia in world trade. In the second part, the author analyzes the overall Czechoslovak foreign trade, territorial distribution and commodity structure of exports and imports. The last part focuses on the evaluation of the importance of trade with the EEC Member States, its development and shortcomings.

In today's economics, medium and large-size companies are trying to gain a competitive advantage from specialization and centralization of supporting services. This trend affects also areas of enterprise architecture and integration where they establish particular teams to support the disciplines in regular manner. Despite a lot of research activities oriented towards these topics, there are only a few focusing on organizational aspects and cooperation between enterprise architecture and integration teams. As the companies are on different levels of the maturity in both areas and focusing on different aspects of architecture and integration, there is no simple solution that could provide detailed guidelines for establishing the right cooperation approach. Goal of this dissertation is to propose a cooperation model for architecture and integration teams that should make cooperation between such teams more efficient. Integral part of the dissertation is to verify the model in real environment. The model is built on top of integration activities performed either in enterprise architecture or integration teams or both. These activities are categorized into particular integration areas and relations are identified between integration areas and architecture areas defined according to TOGAF architecture framework. The resulting model is then being used to depict various kind of cooperation between architecture and integration teams based on the companys' integration goals. Verification of the model is performed in financial enterprise in two cases and confirms the benefits of the model.
