The aim of the diploma thesis is to highlight the importance of a teaching assistant in terms of contribution to the educational process for pupils with SVP at primary level. The theoretical part of the thesis is based on the issue of pupils with special educational needs. It reflects the current trend of education, which is based on the uniform rights of all to education, especially in the case of differences, whether health or social, and describes inclusive approaches to education. The inclusion is based on the cooperation of selected actors - the pupil, school management, teachers, their assistants, legal representatives and representatives of counseling facilities, so the theoretical part also touches on this issue. It also contains the characteristics of pupils with SVP and summarizes the disabilities, social and health disadvantages that entitle the pupil to the assignment of a teaching assistant. From the professional point of view, the teaching assistant approaches the profession, the necessary education to perform the profession, the historical development in terms of the occurrence of this profession in teaching and at the same time capture the development of the importance of this role. This thesis focuses mainly on the analysis of marketing mix of hotel PANON, which offers accomodation in South Moravia in the town Hodonín in *** category in single, double and triple rooms as well as in apartments of different categories, catering services and a large number of additional services. The aim of this thesis is to make marketing mix of given hotel more efficient and thus ensure not only growth of existing number of guests, but also get new domestic and foreign guests, which will lead to growth of profit of the hotel PANON and strenghtening of its position in the tourism market.

This disertation presents optimization algorithm with probability direction vector. This algorithm, in its basic form, belongs to category of stochastic optimization algorithms. It uses statistically effected perturbation of individual through state space. This work also represents modification of basic idea to the form of swarm optimization algoritm. This approach contains form of stochastic cooperation. This is one of the new ideas of this algorithm. Population of individuals cooperates only through modification of probability direction vector and not directly. Statistical tests are used to compare resultes of designed algorithms with commonly used algorithms Simulated Annealing and SOMA. This part of disertation also presents experimental data from other optimization problems. Disertation ends with chapter which seeks optimal set of control variables for each designed algorithm.

The aim of this thesis is to compare the actual presentation and communication of library services to the public in the Dutch and Czech public libraries. Monitored were primarily legislative frameworks of mentioned countries, branch organizations and their marketing activities supporting public libraries. Theoretical knowledge was supplemented by practical findings gained during the study tour undertaken in the Netherlands. During this study tour were identified specific methods of promotion of public library services. Thesis explores these methods and outlines the possibility inspiration from Dutch library practice. The work proposes an innovation of Czech public library services using the retail concept as part of the open access collections, which was observed and verified in the Netherlands. The final comparison of selected factors on the national level provides a brief overview of librarianship in both countries.

The thesis focuses on analyzing the support of democracy model through the external governance and its efficiency as potentially more successful alternative to leverage and linkage. The theoretical part shows that democratic governance defines democracy according to the following principles: transparency, accountability and public participation. It is also based on the concept of external governance, which focuses on expanding EUs internal rules beyond its borders. For this purpose the case of Eastern Partnership was chosen. This case uses the mechanism of external governance and also applies the strategy of the support of the democracy in sector cooperation. The efficiency of this initiative or rather support of the democracy through the external governance is evaluated by comparative analysis of impact of cooperation of EU and partner country on their legislative development within the three selected sector policies (energy industry, environmental protection, justice and home affairs). The time period for the research is from establishing of the initiative in 2009 to the summit in Vilnius in the fall 2013. The goal of this work is proposal and implementation of the revision system that can control whole development process of a project. It shows alternatives of the implementation of its parts. The main is a persistent data storage and the system architecture. The expected result is a application that is able to present basic solved problems as are project branching and distributed data storage.

Cooperative, altruistic and fairness-exhibiting behavior is an important topic in evolutionary and behavioral biology and the mechanisms leading to its evolution, ultimate as well as proximate precursors, are subject of much research in biological as well as social sciences, theoretical as well as experimental work. In light of the life history theory, I focused on the connection of one's health state and cooperative behavior in humans and tested the hypothesis that more healthy individuals would manifest more cooperative tendencies (as they would have more opportunities of future interactions and long-term benefits), and conversely. The data, obtained from a sample of university students engaged in experimental games (Dictator Game, Ultimatum Game, Expanded Ultimatum Game, Trust Game, and Reversed Dictator Game) and a health and personality-focused questionnaire, did not corroborate this hypothesis. My other hypotheses - that better memory and lower temporal discounting would be related to more cooperative behavior (stemming from the conditions for reciprocal cooperation) - were supported by the data, albeit only partially in the case of memory. The work deals with the cooperation of pupils among first and second grade pupils in a primary school. It analyzes to which extent are second grade pupils able to give their knowledge to pupils of the first grade. Then it shows how the learning style and the personality affects the cooperation of an individual within the group. The practical part proofs the long-term investigation in one class that was systematically prepared for the cooperation among older and younger pupils. The results of this research in the observed class evaluate higher level of cooperative and communication skills of individual pupils than those, who previously did not deal with cooperation. Teaching pupils how to cooperate gradually developed their relationship not only to younger classmates, but to the willingness to help each other, to respect the opinions of others and it also strengthened the relationships in the observed classroom.
