The diploma thesis deals with a free play with building blocks during breaks. The aim of this work is to find out how the free play with building blocks is beneficial for pupils at primary school. The whole work is divided into 3 chapters and each of them is concerned with the importance of the play in one specific area. The first part deals with the benefits of the play for the development of pupils' mathematical skills, the second part deals with the benefits of the play for the development of social skills among pupils. The third part is then aimed at the value of observing pupils during the free play for teachers. The research was conducted using observation during which photographs and video records of pupils' play were made. The photographs and the video records were consequently analyzed from the perspective of all 3 categories mentioned earlier. Annotation: The diploma thesis focuses on cooperative activities connected with methods of critical thinking in the teaching of music education. I follow up on my annual paper dealing with cooperative games in primary school education. In my previous teaching practice, I focused on group teaching. It is the co-operative activities that offer a synergy of a particular group of pupils, thus not only helping to achieve learning objectives, but also strengthening the positive relationships among pupils within the group. The cooperation offers scope for the development of critical thinking among pupils. In conjunction with other alternative forms of learning, it develops the pupil's musical abilities more effectively (unlike normal frontal education). I started to devote myself to this topic mainly because I did not meet with a similarly invigorating approach in my previous practice in schools. It was a strong motivation for me to explore this issue and try it practically. I would like to give my teacher colleagues new insights into the concept of music education. The work explains the basic concepts of cooperative teaching. It brings the methods and forms of teaching that are appropriate for the development of the necessary key competencies. The diploma thesis deals with the topic of application of the model of cooperative teaching in the environment of small schools. The main goal of the diploma thesis is to point out the specifics of small schools in connection with the application of the principles of cooperative teaching. The theoretical part deals with the explanation of basic concepts related to small schools and points out the basic aspects related to the concept of small schools in the Czech Republic, describes the specific qualities of education in small schools while focusing on cooperative teaching and the specifics of cooperative teaching in small schools. Both available monographs and researches that have already been carried out in this area are used. The aim of the empirical part is to identify and describe the application of cooperative teaching in small-class primary schools in the Central Bohemian Region with the help of a questionnaire survey and a case study. The thesis is aimed at an analysis of marketing organizations within the frame ot the Common Agricultural Policy. Marketing organizations are one ot the forms of co-operation and these are usually horizontal co-operation, i.e. at the same level ot the logistics chain. This form of co-operation is called marketing organizations or marketing co-operatives in the agrarian sector. Voluntary grouping of farmers into marketing organizations is common both in the Czech Republic and within the whole European Union. To conclud the thesis, it can be said that the existence of co-operation is very important for functioning of agriculture and that agribusiness without any membership in any co-operative association is often very difficult.

The diploma thesis deals with the education and traditions in the municipality of Horní Střítež in a comprehensive context. It presents an image of rural life and factors influencing the development of the village and contemporary life of the residents. Alongside principal education concepts, the thesis draws on an extensive context of findings from other academic disciplines. The first part of the thesis describes the historical context of the events that shaped the development of the municipality. Chapters mapping, in more detail, the current events, with particular emphasis on the role of education in the rural family and in the community, the school system and leisure time follow, highlighting the benefits of the traditional conception of life in the country. Theoretical and methodological aspects as well as the ethical aspect are relevant in the application of the qualitative research method. The aim of the thesis Collaboration of Stakeholders in a Tourism Destination is to evaluate the level and intensity of cooperation in tourism in the South Bohemian Region from the perspective of key stakeholders in the destination, including the management and development relationship of tourism in the destination. In the first part of the research, the information concerning the destination management and marketing, the stakeholders and their cooperation was obtained with the help of secondary data. For the collection of secondary data, printed literature and websites were mainly used in connection with the selected tourism destination - the South Bohemian Region. Based on the findings from the literature and other secondary sources, the collection of primary data was planned in the form of a questionnaire survey. It has become clear that the destination marketing organizations, which best meet the attributes of power, legitimacy and urgency, are the key stakeholder. According to the research, it was found out that the cooperation between the public and private sectors is significantly inadequate. There are several major obstacles that prevent effective cooperation among the particular stakeholders. To improve the cooperation, it is necessary to streamline the communication between the organizations and other stakeholders and to plan a project within the tourism industry, which will help with the cooperation among as many stakeholders as possible.

Small and medium-sized enterprises perform important task in economy. To the category fall into enterprises to 250 employees. They supply social background and make for limitation of migration inhabitantes abroad or their inland. For development of small and medium-size enterprises in south Bohemia and Lower Bavaria serve programmes for their support. Entrepreneurs have possibility cooperation with organisations which offer facilities for sphere facilitation of bussines. Through these institutions happenes link-up including cooperation between Czech-German regions.

This work {\clqq}Multinational companies in air transport{\crqq} is focused on existence of multinational companies in segment of public air transport. The work is focused on appearance of multinational companies in the air transport or more precisely on analysis of strategic airline alliances in term of its multinational character. Analysis of two multinational airlines, members of two different strategic airline alliances and their confrontation on the basis of services provided to customers is the principal aim of this work. Two airlines of world signification and establishing members of two different alliances, French Air France and German Lufthansa, were chosen for this work. These two airlines were advises in three fields: destination offer, fleet and general services provided to customers.

Trebon is famous not only for the spa, a rich cultural life and many sights, but also fish farming and pond system that consists of numerous lakes and other water bodies. Every year there are many exhibitions, festivals, theatrical performances and much more. Trebon is a state dominated by the castle, but for visitors, the town offers many more attractions. The landscape around Trebon calls for various types of sporting activities and through the presence of many lakes for water sports. Can not forget the beautiful countryside of Trebon, who became a protected area. Due to these factors, Trebon has great potential for tourism and its further development. This thesis has set three goals. The first goal is the task of analyzing supply and demand of tourism in the town of Trebon. The second objective is the investigation of motivation, expectations and images of selected cultural activities to supplement the product mix for the selected segments of visitors. The third objective is to devise ways of communication and cooperation in cultural and tourism sectors in the town of Trebon. The thesis begins with a theoretical part, which serves as a basis for understanding the important concepts and other relationships. There were also more characteristic of the area in question. Most of the information provided Třeboňsko situational analysis, which were defined in the most important elements needed for tourism. Information obtained from the situational analysis and survey were then used for SWOT analysis. The conclusion of the thesis deals with proposals for new products in Trebon and proposals for improving communication and cooperation between cultural institutions and organizations engaged in tourism.

In this Master's Thesis I am solving two seemingly not related issues -- the title of the thesis is to propose the change of the SME approach to the cooperation with partners and the target of the thesis is to recommend to the company changes in business and management behaviour which will help to break through the tenders of the large size companies. To meet the target of the Master's Thesis there was analysed current situation of the particular enterprise which does not cooperate with large companies. There were used Five-Forces Model, PEST analyse and SWOT analyse to describe this enterprise. Based on the analyses' results there were discovered main deficiencies which are connected with the character and behaviour of the owners. The basic deficiencies are missing planning and undisciplined behaviour of the owners to their firm and missing Quality management certification. If the company eliminates them, it has better chance to be successful in the tenders of the large companies. Cooperation, partnership or another company connection, these are also the opportunities how to become the supplier of the big company. Czech SME trading with electronical components are not willing to cooperate with other companies. In this Master's Thesis I gave the reasons, why the companies should have positive approach to cooperation.
