Introduced graduation thesis engaged in chosen implications on joining the euro area by the Czech Republic. The main target is to find the response for question: How much contributive is to enter the European Monetary Union (EMU)? The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first one includes historical and political development of European monetary integration, institutional effectiveness and economic development analysis of EMU. Following section considers the topic of EMU as a optimum currency area – objective conditions are also tested by way of Czech Republic example. Here I came to the conclusion that conditions of optimum currency area are not satisfied in many respects. Chapter number three describes the topic of nominal convergence, chapter number four describes the topic of real and price level convergence. Czech Republic is being characterized by low price level whose stepwise fitting is expected to become more complicated by virtue of using common monetary policy. Cost-benefit analysis of joining EMU is mentioned in last chapter. The most significant cost is accounted a loss of independent monetary policy, on the other hand the stable exchange rate is believed to be the most considerable benefit. The recommendation stating that Czech Republic is advised to join EMU later date is mentioned in final conclusion.

The diploma thesis is dealing with a fundamental analysis. The first part of diploma thesis presents the methods and procedures of analysis. It evaluates their advantages and disadvantages. The practical part of diploma thesis is dealing with an application of fundamental analysis in assessment of financial position of concrete joint stock company ČEZ. The top of my survey is estimated a formulation of instrinsinic share value and a recommendation for shares of ČEZ.

The thesis summarizes the possible ways of using the Internet to implement e commerce within the meaning of trade in education. The work deals with the forms of computer-assisted teaching methods, summarizes the applicable software tools, web portals and educational applications, focusing on the creation and dissemination of study materials, and complete learning management systems.

The first part focuses on the theoretical knowledge and is followed by more detailed analysis of the current market situation. Master´s thesis deals with the fundamental stock analysis of Philip Morris CR. The theoretical part describes the methods and procedures of fundamental analysis. In the practical part of the work a fundamental analysis on a global, sectoral and company level is performed. Outcome of this work is an investment recommendation based on the comparison of an observed intrinsic value of a stock with current market price.

Diploma thesis deals with the determination of the intrinsic value of Philip Morris ČR a.s. shares using methods of fundamental stock analysis. The theoretical part is focused on clarifying the basic concepts and methods that relate to this issue and will be used in the processing of the following parts. The analytical part contains fundamental stock analysis compiled on macroeconomic, branch and corporate level. The proposal part focuses on the application of selected methods to quantify the intrinsic value of shares, including the subsequent recommendation for investors.

The thesis deals with a potential application of welding simulators in basic courses of welding held in welding schools. The first section briefly describes the welding simulators in the global market. There is a detailed description and the control of the welding simulator Virtual Welding, a description of core courses of welding and the necessary welding technology in the following section. Experiments with a welding simulator are carried out in the last section and also their evaluation, comparison and summary of costs.

This dissertation deals with issues concerning driver education and driver training courses. It first deals with driver education in Czech schools and its representation in RVP.A comparison of driver education in the Czech Republic with driver education in foreign countries is presented in accordance with the results of research project Q F 44L/058/050. It also deals with the preparation of teachers for driver education in terms of a university study. The text attempts to highlight the importance of driver education throughout the entire lifetime of drivers. It covers driver education in the family, preschool, grammar school and high school education as well as preventive driving campaigns and training courses, and also in driving schools. The work also deals with differences between various ways of driving, and more specifically, those between defensive and cooperative driving. It attempts to find a delineation between these concepts in a non-uniform community of specialists. A significant part of the work deals with investigative research, which is primarily centered in interviews with transportation specialists, observation of participants in defensive driving courses and the analysis of documents. Hynková, M. The eligibility of the CNB interventions in the foreign exchange mar-ket. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2018. This diploma thesis deals with the monetary policy of the Czech National Bank after the financial crisis. The monetary policy of the CNB is compared with doings of the Federal Reserve and the European Central Bank. Attention is paid to the monetary policy of the CNB and to the reasons why the CNB has provided inter-ventions on the foreign exchange market in order to depreciate the CZK/EUR ex-change rate. The diploma thesis described in detail foreign exchange interventi-ons, which the CNB acceded on November 7, 2013, and subsequently abandoned them on April 6, 2017. The CNB wanted to influence the impending deflationary development in the country, so the diploma thesis also deals with the consequen-ces caused by the use of this non-conventional tool. The work also evaluates the benefits and costs of foreign exchange interventions. The empirical part of the diploma thesis demonstrates the relationship of inflation and the exchange rate CZK/EUR. There is also an appreciation of factors influencing the development of inflation during the intervention period.
