This thesis analyzes the sales venison at the Training Forest Enterprise Masaryk Forest Křtiny, which is owned by the Mendel University at Brno. The theses is evaluated on the sale of game at the TFE Křtiny by three previously used venison sales channels - direct sales of whole pieces of game to the final consumer, selling customers on the basis of the annual contract, the processing of venison in a restaurant Castle Křtiny. Based on the evaluation previously used methods of selling venison and conducted market research submitted its own proposal to the economically most of the sales venison.

The diploma thesis deals with the extraction method for determination of losartan using sequential injection analysis with spectrophotometric and spectrofluorimetric detection. The principle of determination is based on losartan ion-pair formation with the orange II and calmagite dyes in an acid buffer, which is then extracted into a chloroform phase. For the purposes of the analytical determination of losartan, an increase in absorbance and fluorescence emission of the ion-pair extracted into the chloroform in its absorption maximum is detected. Losartan potassium was used as the standard substance. First, the conditions for determination in a static arrangement with UV/VIS detection were verified and the basic optimization parameters of determination were measured and the basic characteristics of the determination were identified in the first part of the thesis. An SIA extraction apparatus was prepared and the control programme for the entire analytical process was created in the other part of the thesis. Then the experimental parameters of the determination were optimized and the basic characteristics for both spectrophotometric and spectrofluorimetric detection were measured. Syftet med denna uppsats är att få förståelse hur brukarna inom äldreomsorgen upplever information de får från biståndshandläggaren om LOV och om det finns faktorer som avgör när brukarna väljer utförare, samt hur brukare upplever LOV och brukarinflytande i Ängelholms kommun. Undersökningen är genomförd i Ängelholms kommun med brukare som hade valt kommunens eller någon av de privata utförarna som erbjuds i kommunen. Med semistrukturerade intervjuer har fyra brukare intervjuats och materialet har analyserats med hjälp av Bourdieus sociala kapital, empowerment och brukarinflytandet. Resultatet visar att brukarna är positiva till LOV och till brukarinflytande samt att det krävs brukarnasengagemang och att vissa måste förlita sig på närstående och kontaktpersonen.

<p>Den nya lagen LOV, Lag om valfrihetssystem, trädde i kraft den första januari 2009 och gäller för hälso- och sjukvården. Däremot är det allt fler kommuner som väljer att tillämpa lagen även inom hemtjänsten. Syftet med fritt val är att brukaren ska vara delaktig och göra egna val samt att utföraren ska utföra tjänsterna med bästa kvalité och på rätt sätt. Enligt lagen har kommunen ansvaret för uppföljning av kvalitén i syfte att hela tiden förbättras och utvecklas så att brukarna är nöjda.</p><p>I Kristianstads kommun började de att använda sig utav det nya systemet från och med den första januari 2009, medan i Sollentuna kommun den första september 2009. Båda kommunerna började däremot med fritt val inom hemtjänsten redan flera år tidigare. Däremot såg systemet lite annorlunda ut på grund av att det inte fanns någon lagstiftning som gav stöd för detta.</p><p>Problematiken är att ständigt komma på olika sätt att förbättras när det gäller uppföljningen för att bli mer effektiv i sitt arbete när det gäller valfrihetssystemet. Syftet med detta uppsatsskrivande är därför att analysera hur våra valda kommuner arbetar med kvalitetsuppföljningen samt hur den nya lagen har påverkat dem totalt sett.</p>

The study of noble hunting phenomenon confirms that game keeping did not represent only entertainment for aristocracy but performed much more functions in the process of constituting the collective mentality of aristocracy. Taking the width and depth of motivation into account it turned out completely inadequate to consider hunting a mere sort of sport activities of aristocrats. This diploma paper presents the analysis of intricate relationships between the noble world-view and the world of hunting. It offers the outline of origins and forms of the aristocratic thinking about hunting, which contributed to the preservation of the nobleness tradition under Franz Joseph I. It is done with the emphasis put on the Czech aristocrats, especially the Schwarzenberg family. From different points of view the respective chapters examine different elements and layers of the ideology underlying the noble game-keeping that made up a significant constituent of the "other reality", into which the aristocracy confined themselves in the era of citizenship.

The results of several studies whose theme was population density of game and the possibility of its estimation were summarized in this paper. Population density is one of the most important characteristics of animal population, especially in relation to the proper sustainable wildlife management. The first study dealt with verification technology of the Game Management Plan for selected ungulate species in the Czech Rep. Further work compared four different methods of counting and the appropriateness of using on the example of wild boar in the forest environment. The following two papers tested the possibility of using the method of dung counting for estimating the numbers of wild boar in the forest environment. Recent work has dealt with the study of the distribution of faeces of wild boar, depending on the different hunting management within two neighbouring hunting grounds. The first study found that the hunting planning in the Czech Republic is not suitable for all ungulate game species. Photo traps could be used to estimate the abundance of wild boar only in combination with other independent methods. Dung counting is a suitable method for estimating the numbers of wild boar. Dung counting could be also used to specify the spatial activity of wild boar in the forest environment.
