Modelage et psychose : de la matière brute à sa mise en forme : sensorialité, travail de l’archaïque et symbolisation / Modelling and psychosis : from raw material to its setting : sensoriality, archaic view and symbolization

Rey, Béatrice 10 December 2010 (has links)
Practising the therapeutics mediation in group by the modeling of the earth with autistics and psychotics persons underlines the modalities/mode of constitution of the “medium malleable” and the work that it allows. The latest makes possible, through the action of modeling within framework plan, a setting of sensori motor (or sensorial traces), prior to the composition of the body image. The work of the “medium malleable” keeps the forms of the psychological envelope, as an individual plan or as a group. The constituted shapes emphasize the resort to symbolic acts that can be listed, witnesses of the state of composition of the psychological envelope. From the bi-dimension (adhesive identification)/2 dimension measurement to the 3 dimension measurement (projective identification), the subject crumbles the material, divides it, breaks, separates, gathers, puts together and builds. The work of the “medium malleable” and its mode of use update the link to the primary object. They also allow focusing on the “transfero-contre-transférentiels” effects. The specificity of the therapists (in co therapy in this case) concerns the acting of their own sensoriality, through the faculty of a “modeling interpretation”.

How to stand the nursing profession : A study of proactive antecedents, self-efficacy, and organizational factors, and the mediation of cognitive appraisals on the outcome of stress and anxiety among nurses

Bergkvist, Rosita January 2016 (has links)
In the light of present problems with stress related illness in organizations, often affecting women working in health care, the purpose of the current study was to examine proactive and malleable factors that could influence nurse’s perception of work stressors. Based on a model, self-efficacy and grouped organizational factors were examined as antecedents to the outcome of anxiety and stress via cognitive appraisals. The mediating role of the cognitive appraisals was further examined. The sample consists of 117 nurses and assistant nurses of which 112 were females working at a hospital in southern Sweden. The analyses were conducted with simple and multiple regressions. The result revealed that self-efficacy and the organizational factor together serve as antecedents to cognitive appraisals of stress, however, contrary to previous research, not to all appraisals. The mediating role of the cognitive appraisals showed that the harm appraisal mediate the relation between the organizational factor and the outcome of both anxiety and stress. The threat appraisal is found to partly mediate the relation between the organizational factor and the anxiety outcome as well as the stress outcome. The result further showed a none mediation role for the challenge appraisal between any of the antecedents and the outcomes, which suggest that the challenge appraisal do not serve as an underlying mechanism in either relationship. Other relations in the model are further shown and discussed in the study together with limitations, implications and suggestions of future research.

Mechanická studie interakce páteřního segmentu s poddajným fixátorem / Biomechanical Study of Interaction between Spinal Segment and Malleable Fixation Device

Manek, Filip January 2014 (has links)
This doctoral thesis is focused on comparative stress strain analysis of a spinal segment with a malleable fixation device and a physiologic spinal segment. In its opening a research study from available sources is carried out. It covers the contemporary state of scientific studies in the given area, anatomy of individual components of the spine, material properties, ways and magnitudes of loadings and also the most common FE model used in similar problems solved. To create a model of geometry of a spinal segment CT scans of a spinal segment of a 38-year-old woman are used. Then they are subsequently used in the modeling software SolidWorks to create the model of geometry of two lumbar vertebras L4 - L5 and a malleable fixation device. Using the computational system ANSYS Workbench, the complete computational model of the spinal motional segment with a malleable fixation device is compiled, covering models of material, loading and bonds. On the basis of the computational solution of FEM models for different ways of loading, a stress-strain analysis is performed. To compare obtained results a detailed comparative analysis with the physiological spinal segment, the segment with the degenerated disc and the segment with applied "rigid" fixation device is carried out. Within the stress strain analysis of the spinal segment with malleable fixation device, an analysis of the magnitude of the strain intensity of spongious bone tissue around the implanted transpedicular screw, depending on the cord pretension of the malleable fixation device, is performed.
