The theme of my diploma thesis is a preparation of realization of administrative building, The Czech Technological park Brno. Thesis contains a technical report of the technological project, a mechanical assembly, a technological specification of monolithic structure contains a included inspection and test plan and a calculation of the formwork time. It also includes the project of construction zone solution, a time schedule, a time and financial plan, an itemized budget and bill of quantities, a calculation of buildings according to THU, a transport routes. Part of the thesis are also selected a LEED certification credits and safety and a health protection during work plan.

It also includes control and test plans, a detailed timetable for the main building object, deployment plans for workers, major work machinery and mechanisms, an item budget and a construction site equipment project. Finally, there are drawings of boarding foundations and ceiling structures and a comparison of the two variants of the ceiling structures.

The diploma thesis elaborates on the design of a new building of freestanding retirement home in the town of Litomyšl. The design of the retirement home is in the form of project documentation for the construction. The new building includes a partial basement and three floors. The main purpose is to build a building for housing with flats for seniors and to provide health care to seniors living here and from the surrounding area. On the 1st floor, there is an administrative part, a doctor's office with the possibility of rehabilitation and a dining room with facilities for food preparation, which is imported into the home. The dining room serves both the guests and the public. The remaining part of the first floor consists of social, administrative and utility rooms. On the 2nd and 3rd floors, there are individual apartments for clients with a common room for visits and spending their free time. On the 1st floor, there is a maintenance center, boiler room, server room, furniture store, and estate depository. Basement walls are monolithic, made of reinforced concrete. The construction system of the above-ground floors is wall-mounted, bidirectional and made of ground brick blocks. The ceilings and staircases are monolithic, made of reinforced concrete. External walls are insulated with a contact thermal insulation systems. The building is mainly based on footings or foot anchors. The retirement home is located on the edge of the town near the Litomyšl Hospital. The land is suitable for construction, as it is located in the area for the construction of civil buildings.

This master thesis elaborates the project documentation for the construction of an office building in Krnov city, located in the Moravian-Silesian region. The office building has four utility above-ground floors and one underground floors serving as underground garages. There is a cafe, stationery, showrooms and office space with sanitary facilities. The construction system is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton. Vertical infill constructions are made of brick technology from Porotherm ceramic blocks. The ceiling structures are made of filigree panels with hidden steel girders, which are embedded with concrete layer. The basement and the basic structure of the house is designed as a white tub. The building is covered with vegetation roof. The design emphasized increased comfort in use and the overall modern concept of an office building. Overall, the building is designed to the required values for a near zero energy building.

This diploma thesis presents a project documentation for construction of a community centre with a restaurant. Its construction site is located on the outskirts of town Jaroměřice nad Rokytnou, Poděbradova street. The building is composed from three parts, which are connected to each other. The first part houses the restaurant with its facilities. This part is a single floor structure covered by a flat green roof. Its façade is formed by white boards composed into an asymmetrical pattern. The second part serves as a backstage area where all the necessary facilities are located. This second part of the building is as the first part a single floor structure covered by a flat green roof. Its façade is formed by façade timber boards. The main entrance is located in the middle part, which is the third part the building. It has two floors and it houses an auditorium, a bar and amenities. Its façade is formed by trapezial boards. The construction system is formed by load bearing walls and by prestressed concreted floor panels or in some parts by cast-in-place reinforced concrete slabs. The building has strip foundations. Its interior walls are built from sand-limestone bricks with acoustic properties. The perimeter walls are covered with ventilated façade with mineral wool thermal insulation. The heating of the community centre is powered by gas boiler connected to single-vent chimney with ventilation shaft.

The building is located in the cadastral areas of Žirovnice 797154 on the numbers of parcels 653/1, 634/1, 634/2. The building is a five-storey building with four floors above the ground and one underground floor. Floors are designed as a brick system with the contact insulation. Underground floor consists of a reinforced concrete wall monolith which is based on the footings. Horizontal structures are made up of prefabricated ceramic system Miako and a reinforced concrete monolithic slab. The roof is flat and single-layer. The floors are connected by monolithic reinforced concrete staircase and an elevator which is located in the shaft.

Diploma thesis is focused on design of a new hotel in mountain surrounding with one underground floor and five stories. The hotel has 53rooms for guests from the second to the fifth floor and two rooms for employees of hotel on the fifth floor, what means 106 beds for guests. The hotel is equipped indoor swimming pool 25x10meters, its own kitchen, dining hall, sauna, massages and Conference hall. The object consists of four dilatation units – accommodation sides and common central part and swimming pool. Roof construction is created by huge wooden truss from the second floor to the fifth floor, which sequentially subsides and formed by 70 dormers. Angle of the roof is 46° and 23°, and surface coating is smooth titanium zinc sheet. Load bearing system of whole object is designed as irregular reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton from concrete C30/37 with prestressed elements and based on prestressed reinforced concrete slab. The cladding is designed from ceramic bricks with inner additional insulation and additional insulation on outer surface, which is covered by facade with ventilated air gap, designed from cement-fibers boards, which are by color and structure imitating natural stone. Each accommodation floor is divided into two accommodation sides, central part with central stairs and two personal elevators. Each accommodation side has two protected escape routes and one fire evacuation lift. On the Ground floor, there is the reception, the dining hall, the pool hall and offices. On the underground floor, there is wellness center for guests of the hotel, technologies for the pool, HVAC engine room and kitchen. In all object, there are designed different types of hanging ceilings, because of attendance of stabile sprinkler system. In the pool hall, there will be acoustic hanging ceiling. Heating will be procured by combination of biomass boiler and heat pumps, which will be used mainly for deck heating in rooms in accommodation floors.
