The aim of the project is a new construction of an equestrian center in the cadastral area Kuřim, South Moravian Region. It is designed for the public. The building has two aboveground floors. In the object there is stable, a riding hall with handy storages that are separate from the public. Another part is divided into facilities for riders, restaurant and accommodation. The second floor has a café, shop and offices. The hall is designed as a reinforced concrete frame, the other parts of the brick system Porotherm. The roof is pitched. The cladding is designed as a ventilated facade.

The final thesis deals with a new building of the mixed-used building in Zruč nad Sázavou. The object has five floors, it is basementless with a flat roof. A loadbearing structure is made of skeleton - reinforced concrete monolithic column and reinforced concrete monolithic slabs. Filling masonry is made of ceramic tiles. The object has ventilated facade, it is insulated by mineral wool. Most parts of the object are used for living purposes, the rest of rooms are used as an shopping area – bookstore, drugstore. Stores have their own cleaning rooms and stocks. In area used for living purporses, there is basement cells and boiler room. In sum there are twelve residential units and four of these units are maissonett apartments.

The subject of the master´s thesis is design documentation for the construction of a winery on the outskirts of the town Hustopeče. The building is designed on a slope between the vineyards and consists of two parts that are connected under the terrain. Under the terrain there is also an underlying part of the building so as not to disturb the landscape of the vineyards. The first part is used for wine production and the second part is used for the presentation of wine. The building is designed from in situ reinforced concrete with load-bearing walls and internal columns. The basement walls are made of waterproof concrete. The above-ground perimeter walls consist of sandwich structures consisting of a load-bearing wall, thermal insulation and a partition made of architectural concrete. At the same time, architectural concrete dominates the entire building. The foundation is designed on piles due to the subsoil. Horizontal structures are solved as locally supported slabs and the roofing is solved by two vegetation roofs and one load-bearing roof.

The aim of this diploma thesis is a design of new office building. The construction is situated in the city of Rožnov pod Radhoštěm in the Vsetín district. The building is a detached house and it has three floors and an underground level. On the first floor, there is an entrance hall of the building, a café, educational centre rooms and a tourist information office. On the second and third floors, there is an office area. The underground car park provides fifteen parking spots for the tenants The floor plan of the building is of a rectangular shape. An unroofed atrium, cutting through the inner space, lightens the entire building interior. The building is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete frame on a base slab. The monolithic frame is designed to be infilled with clay blocks. The house roofing is designed with a flat green roof.

The building is roofed with a warm flat green roof. Thermal insulation of the facade is made of mineral wool insulation and has a ventilated facade.

First part has five floors and saddle roof with an angle of 12°, second part has three floors and green roof. In the basement are car parking and storages. In the first floor is a pharmacy, restaurant, shop and hairdresser´s. In the second floor is located fitness center and four flats. In the third and fourth floors are nine flats. The structural system of building is reinforced concrete frame. The project was processed by a computer program ArchiCAD.
