Systém inteligentní domácnosti / Smart Home System

Hájek, Jaroslav January 2019 (has links)
This work deals with connecting remote devices measure data of various types from physical quantities such as a temperature, a humidity to data displaying CPU or memory usage of the system to the user. The system uses Blockly to controlling logic and dependencies between devices. In the work is used lots of technologies for examples: MQTT, Websockets, GSM, Lightweight Mesh and others. The system is based on microservice which named is Flask. Flask service is an application interface for HTTP services of Python programming language. This can provide measured data by graphs and predefined components for viewing data. For controlling system was used single-board computer Raspberry Pi with a multitouch 7-inch display.

Monitorování výrobních zařízení / Monitoring of production facilities

Borsuk, Adam January 2020 (has links)
The aim of the diploma thesis is to study the possibilities of creating a monitoring system for older production facilities already in operation. Select the necessary components for the nature of the equipment to create a system that is able to capture and provide information about activities on the equipment. The second goal is to design a suitable communication model for clear information about the operation, sending and storing data. The third goal is to analyze the dual-core ESP32 microprocessor against its predecessors in the role of system control unit.

Bezdrátový měřicí systém s bateriovým napájením / Battery powered wireless measuring system

Musil, Aleš January 2020 (has links)
Master thesis deals with concept and realization of wireless measuring system, powered by battery. The system consists of two main parts. First part, the node, is designed for the lowest possible power consumption. This is achieved mainly by usage of microcontroller from the STM32 family. Gathered information is transfered via RFM69 module. Second part, the gateway, is powered by Linux operating system on Raspberry Pi. Data from the gateway proxy are propagated through MQTT into Home Assistant, which interprets the results.

Sběr telemetrických dat a jejich vyhodnocení / Telemetry Data Collection and Evaluation

Spurný, Jan January 2020 (has links)
This thesis describes design and creation of application which collects and values telemetry data. Thesis consist of design and implementation which describes whole system, server settings as well as approach how to consume any given data. Corner stone of this application is based on given data from telemetry station (sensors) and projecting them on the map background. Application consist of user interface and logic how to project any given data into the map. Graphics interface is created using HTML, JavaScript and CSS programming languages. Logic itself is programmed by using backend language PHP including Laravel Framework in combination with MySQL database. Result of this thesis is working implementation covering administration user interface, working cooperation of MQTT server and APIs. There are also implemented all necessary parts for enablement of user interface with cooperation with map background layer. Implementation creates two possible ways how to install package necessary to run this app on Ubuntu system.

Zařízení pro monitorování kvality elektrické sítě / Quality Monitoring Device for Electrical Power Networks

Bartoň, Jan January 2020 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the parameters of electricity quality. The aim of this work is to design and implement a prototype device that will allow remote measurement of power quality. The proposed system uses NB-IoT technology for data transmission. The system enables remote measurement of important parameters of electrical energy, such as the magnitude of the supply voltage or the frequency of the electric network. The device can measure electric current, average voltage values and detect dip / swell voltage events. The device reads a sampled electrical signal suitable for harmonic analysis. The device has started to meet the requirements for measuring device of class S according to EN 61000-3-40.

Integrace nových bezdrátových technologií a zařízení do BeeeOn brány / Integration of New Wireless Technologies and Devices into the BeeeOn Gateway

Bednařík, David January 2020 (has links)
This master thesis deals with the integration of new devices from the manufacturers Revogi, Tabu Lumen, Sonoff and HomeMatic into the BeeeOn Gateway software. The theoretical part deals with the architecture of the BeeeOn Gateway software and describes the characteristics, behavior and way of communication with devices from the above mentioned manufacturers. This part of thesis also contains a description of the communication technologies used by these devices. They include Bluetooth Low Energy, the WiFi and the 868 MHz radio. The practical part mentions the way of extension of BeeeOn Gateway software to modules that implement support for smart devices. This section also describes how the correctness of implementation was verified and testing of the entire BeeeOn Gateway software. The testing of gateway is performed by unit and integration tests, which verify the behavior of individual gateway components as well as the whole gateway.

Evaluation of Industrial Controllers’ Connectivity using MQTT Message Protocol

Opacin, Selma, Rizvanovic, Lejla January 2022 (has links)
The increase of the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and Industry 4.0 led to many interconnections in the control systems. IIoT has begun its evolution and development in the scientific community and industrial application field. As communication between IIoT devices and other equipment needs to be implemented through the network, it is necessary to provide reliable and straightforward data transmission. This thesis investigates how to develop a middleware that provides connectivity between specific industrial environments. Particularly, a prototype design is created to connect an industrial controller with information of interest using the Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) protocol. We set up experiments to evaluate the features of the implemented prototype. The experiment examines the effect of the developed prototype's end-to-end response time and scalability characteristics by receiving a different number of messages from the stimulator. By measuring the end-to-end response time, the experiment showed that in the case of many input/output (I/O) signals arriving in the connectivity service, the implemented prototype is well scaled under examined circumstances. Observing the results, the middleware prototype gave acceptable results in terms of response time. Also, it gave us a picture of how different network settings can cause a difference in estimating the end-to-end response time of a message.

The Eco-Smart Can V2.0

Nanto, Darack B 01 May 2019 (has links) (PDF)
On a scorching summer day in 2015, a campus maintenance worker was observed emptying a trash bin. Upon closer observation, it was noted that the bin was not full; in fact, it was less than one third full. There were other bins that were full and needed to be emptied urgently. It was confusing and problematic to see that bins that needed more attention were not prioritized. After extended research, it was found that maintenance operates on daily routes to pick up trash at designated times, regardless of the level of trash in the bins. Therefore, to tackle this issue, the author decided to use the Internet of Things (IoT) to develop a prototype that will optimize trash collection and reduce costs of waste management and pollution; this device is named the Eco-Smart Can.

Ethical Hacking of a Robot Vacuum Cleaner

Torgilsman, Christoffer, Bröndum, Eric January 2020 (has links)
This study revolves around the safety of IoT devices, more specifically how safe the robot vacuum cleaner Ironpie m6 is. The method is based on threat modeling the device, using the DREAD and STRIDE models. The threats with the highest estimated severity were then penetration tested to see which security measures are implemented to protect against them. Using client side manipulation one vulnerability was found in Trifo’s mobile application ”Trifo home” which could be used to harm customers property.
