The Diploma Thesis deals with work stimulation of employees of small Municipal Authorities and the possibilities of applying implements. Attention is focused on the basics of work stimulation and on stimulating implements in the system of personnel management, on the form of personnel management in the public administration in small Municipal Authorities and on the work stimulation of employees of small Municipal Authorities. The quantitative empirical investigation of work stimulation from the point of view of the employees of small Municipal Authorities in Southern Bohemia is a part of the Diploma Thesis. Detta kandidatprojekt handlar om att skapa ett stadsdelshus för Spånga stadsdel i Stockholm. Spånga formades och präglades av trädgårdsstads-rörelsen vid förra sekelskiftet, vilket resulterade i en pittoresk, småskalig villabebyggelse. Det nya stadsdelshuset är tänkt att vara både ett centrum för stadsdelskontoret och en mötesplats för den lokala befolkningen. Projektet syftar till att introducera en ny urban karaktär för detta förorts-samhälle. Huset är en 70 meter hög struktur med varierade funktioner och en liten undangömd urban trädgård på bakgården. Stadsdelshuset är uppbyggt med vertikala 10 meters-enheter, som delas i två eller tre våningar. Projektet tillför kontorsplatser och offentliga mötesplatser för lokalbefolkningen, genom en heterogen vertikal och koncentrerad urban form. Detta är ett försök att uttrycka områdets pågående transformation, från suburban förort till urban stadsdel. Som en del av Spångas transformation skapas en plats för urbana aktörer och ett nytt utrymme för Stockholms internationella biblioteket har gjorts tillgängligt i huset. / This bachelor project is about creating a district council building for Spånga district in Stockholm, Sweden. A major part of Spånga was built and characterised by the Garden City movement during the end of the 19th century, which resulted in a picturesque, small scale suburban area. The new district council building is thought to be both a centre for municipal administration and a meeting place for the local community. The project aims to introduce a new form of urban character to this suburban community. The building is a 70 meter tall structure with varied functions and a small urban garden hidden in the backyard. The building is constructed with a system of vertical 10 meter units, which can be divided into two or three floors. The project provides administrative office spaces and public space for the local inhabitants, via a heterogenous vertical concentrate of urban form. It is an attempt to express the ongoing transformation of the area from suburban to urban and to help develop a collective local identity. As a part of Spångas transformation a place has been created for urban actors and a new space has been made available for Stockholms international library.

Title: Physical and leisure activities for seniors in Prague 6 Objectives: The aim of the master thesis is mapping programs in leisure and outdoor exercise options for seniors in Prague 6 and then suggest their improvements. Methods: Case study, personal interview, content analysis, analysis of primary and secondary data. Results: Analysis of physical and leisure activities for seniors in Prague 6 showed the wide range of programs for seniors. Barrier and motivation of older people in the use of this offer has been especially their health. Based on the information were designed measures for the city of Prague 6. 6 Annotation The aim of the thesis is to introduce an urban book of Pacov in term of a diplomatic analysis. This urban book was established from the second half of 15 century to the second half of 17th century. The actual analysis of the registers is introduced by two sub-chapters. The first one is focused on the socio-politico-administrative development of the areas of Pelhřimov and Pacov during the late medieval and early modern period. The environment of Pacov is directly reflected in the section devoted to municipal laws, which aim is to put the content of privileges issued for Pacov to a broader social context. The sub-sections describing the outward signs of the urban book, an analysis of the registers from a diplomatic-content analysis point of view and the urban book in the context of the written production of the municipal office are the central part of the analysis of the urban book of Pacov. The groups sorting of different types of registers is based on the structure of municipal book as Ludmila Sulitková has applied to the urban environment of Brno books in the context of the urban book development in the Middle Ages. Foster care is being discussed nowadays mainly in connection with conception of planned closing down of children´s homes due to which its enforcement rises. One form is kinship foster care. Relatives of the child become its foster carers. It is beneficial for the child to grow up in a wider family, at the same time some drawbacks of this form of foster care arise. The aim of the thesis was to look into the area of foster care from the point of view of a social worker of the social and legal child protection municipal office with extended autority of the South Bohemia Region. Two partial goals were set. The first one was to find out what the trend in relative foster care is, based on the records of the municipal offices with extended autority of the South Bohemia Region in the years 2005-2010 and the Czech Republic in the same period of time. The second one was to find out what the opinions on kinship foster care of the social workers of the social and legal child protection offices are, those who are in charge of foster care in the South-Bohemia Region. Strategy of qualitative research was chosen. To achieve the first goal, method of secondary data analysis and technique of content data anylysis were applied. To achieve the second goal, questioning method and semi-controlled dialogue technique were used. The first research data file consisted of foster care families registered in the years 2005-2010 with the social and legal child protection municipal offices with extended autority of the Czech Republic. The second one consisted of social workers of the social and legal child protection municipal offices with extended autority of the South Bohemia Region. Three research issues, which were gradually answered in the debate, were defined. Based on the research, two assumptions were determined at the end of the thesis. No.1 ´Social workers consider kinship foster care a suitable solution for social orphans.´ No.2 ´Social workers have critical attitude towards kinship foster care.´ At the end of the thesis, it is proposed to use it in training for social workers as well as in education of students of health and social care courses. The study could be also used in dispute over creation and expansion of professional services for foster carers and relatives.

Foi inicialmente apresentado o programa e as exigências demandadas aos diretores de escolas, ou seja, o tempo excessivo que tal profissional deve disponibilizar para investir e realizar a prestação de contas do programa. Em seguida, foi apresentada a contextualização da criação do programa por meio de uma descrição que atenta para os seus objetivos principais que, em essência, declaram que os recursos destinam-se às ações de melhoria do funcionamento e da infraestrutura física e pedagógica das unidades escolares, assim como à intensificação da autonomia da gestão escolar e da participação da comunidade escolar. Por meio de um questionário destinado aos gestores escolares, foi captada a opinião que tais profissionais possuem de tal descentralização orçamentária e foram realizadas entrevistas de roteiro semiestruturado com diretoras que participaram do processo de formulação do PAFE. Utilizou-se também, para a construção desse trabalho, a investigação documental e bibliográfica, sendo analisados documentos municipais referentes ao programa, tais como: Atos Normativos, Leis, Regulamentos, Regimentos, Mensagens de Correio Eletrônico e Publicações do Jornal Oficial do Município. O trabalho abrange todo o período de existência do programa, ou seja, de sua criação, por meio da promulgação da Lei 3599/2003 até a revogação desta, que se deu por meio da Lei 5308/2013 que cria o Programa Dinheiro Direto na Escola Municipal e preposições baseadas nos resultados obtidos por meio da pesquisa. / The present case of management aims to analyze the policy and management of Programa de Apoio Financeiro Escolar (PAFE) from Limeira (SP) Municipal Education System in a context of result management, mainly the relationship between the principals and the program. It also aims to propose an educational plan of action which contemplates redrafting in the policies and management of PAFE/PDDEM. In the course of this paper it was, initially presented the program and the demands that it does to the principals, as well as the excessive time that these professionals have to spend to invest and achieve the accountability of the program. After it was presented the procedure of the creation of the program with a description which attempts to its main targets, that firstly, declares that the resources intend to the development actions of operation and for the structure of the places and learning of the schools. By means of a questionnaire to school managers, it was taken the vision that those professionals have a decentralization of budget. Semi structured scrip interviews were made with principals who participated of the process of the re-formulation of PAFE. The document and bibliographic investigations were made to write this paper. Municipal documents of this program were analyzed, such as normative acts, Laws, regulations, messages of emails and publications of the official journal of the city. This paper takes all the period of existence of the program, from its creation to all the period of the program existence, from the promulgation of the law 3599/2003 to its revocation, of the law 5308/2013 which creates the PDDEM.

This diploma thesis deals with the design of a new building of the municipal office building in Bludov, at the level of design documentation for the construction. The building consists mainly of offices for the operation of the municipal office, on the first floor there is a municipal library for the public. The building is designed on a slightly sloping plot with entrance from the east side. The building consists of three above-ground floors and one underground floor. Design documentation for building construction is processed in the computer program ArchiCAD.

This diploma thesis deals with the proposal of the municipal office in Olomouc for the part Hodolany. The municipal office is a detached building with indoor and outdoor parking spaces. The building has four floors, one underground and three above ground. In the underground floor there are archives of all departments of the office and the air-conditioning of the building, a large part of the first floor are ga-rage parking, there i salso a Café and a representative hall. On the second floor there is the seat of the office management, building office and transport department. On the top floor you will find the OP-RP-CP cabins, the HR department and the archive with server. A lift and a 3-aisle staircase are used to cennect the individual floors. The building is designed from structural systém of ceramic fittings and part of the foundations of paermanent formwork. The ceilings are assembled from ceramic fittings with reinforced concrete. This ceiling also forms the supporting part of singleskin flat vegetation roofs. The thesis cantains project documentation for construction.

The object of the project is to design a new building of the municipal office, in which is a library with a cafe and a ceremonial hall. The house is brick, not with cellar, on two floors. Roofing is made up of a flat roof. The ground floor houses the library, in the 2nd floor spaces are administrative and ceremonial hall.

This project designs a new administrative building, which will serve as a municipal office in Postřelmov. The building structure is made as a masonry construction with ceiling construction of prestressed panels Spiroll. The building has two floors and partial basement coverage as well. The building is covered with a flat roof. The building is provided with two sheltered parking lots.
