Práce podává přehled o výběru zdravotního pojištění. Hodnotí potřebnost přerozdělení prostředků uvnitř systému mezi jednotlivými pojišťovnami. Zabývá se hlavními ukazateli zdravotních pojišťoven v České republice. Věnuje se mechanismu přerozdělování a nastiňuje návrhy reforem dvou nejsilnějších politických stran i s jejich dopadem.

This thesis presents the philosophy of Kaizen which is applied for improviment of processes in production and leadership. The main aims of the thesis are to introduce the essence of the philosophy of Kaizen and to suggests implementation of the philosophy into schools as an alternative model of managment. In the theoretical part, the principles of philosophy of management, which have the roots in Japan, are characterized on the basis of research from the available literature and other theoretical sources. The history and evolution of Kaizen philosophy is anaylised within the text for a better undersatnding and the differences between Japanese and Czech society are also mentioned. The practical part is focused on qualitative survey of applying the philosophy of Kaizen in the company Česká spořitelna. The empirical investigation is mainly based on interviews and observations. The experience of the Česká spořitelna with the implementation of Kaizen philosophy is analysed through these two methods. The results of the survey provide a view on new phenomenon for the school sector and introduce options for its possible implementation of some of the concepts of Kaizen philosophy in the management of changes in schools. Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců konkrétní společnosti, jejíž výzkum je ve firmě proveden zejména dotazníkovým šetřením. Na základě výsledků šetření jsou navržena opatření na zlepšení stávajících nevyhovujících faktorů, které ve firmě narušují celkovou pracovní spokojenost. Úvod práce je věnován teoretické části, v níž jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy týkající se pracovní spokojenosti. Další část obsahuje stručnou charakteristiku podniku, v němž byl výzkum proveden. Předposlední,nejobsáhlejší částí je část analytická, obsahující vyhodnocení a interpretaci jednotlivých otázek dotazníkového šetření a na jeho základě ověření pravdivosti hypotéz stanovených v části teoretické. Poslední část je věnována návrhům na zlepšení současné situace.

The output of my Diploma thesis is a parade formed by six specific puppets - life sized marionettes which i supplied by stylised Contemporary folk costume of Czech Highlands. The theoretical part of my Diploma thesis disserts on characteristics, consequence, function, history, development and leverage of composing folk costume across historical stages. Also implicates of aspects which had great influence for his own formation. This part of my thesis also approaches and explain my inspiration sources and inputs which leads to my art and theoretical vision. In my practical part of thesis i put mind to conditions of creating the marionettes representing Contemporary folk costumes. Mainly i focus on preparation and realisation of the parade.

V teoretické části diplomové práce jsou objasněny některé pojmy bezprostředně souvisící s problematikou trhu práce, nezaměstnaností, politikou zaměstnanosti a vymezeny orgány působící v oblasti zaměstnanosti. Zvláštní kapitola je zaměřena na absolventy. Praktická část je uvedena charakteristikou okresu Písek, popsáním nástrojů aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti, které nabízí Úřad práce v Písku absolventům. Dále jsou zde uvedena zjištění, jaké jsou problémy absolventů a bariéry jejich uplatnění na trhu práce na Písecku a jsou zpracovány analýzy nezaměstnanosti absolventů v okrese Písek. V závěrečné části jsou navržena některá řešení, která by mohla napomoci ke snížení či eliminaci problému nezaměstnanosti absolventů v tomto okrese.
