The thesis "Proposals to amend the electoral and political system in contemporary Czech public debate" examines proposals presented by different types of entities who are trying to rectify the Czech policy. The current political scene is struggling with problems such as corruption, bribery and government instability. Such a situation leads to dissatisfaction with politicians and it may ultimately lead to their alienation. The starting point is to reform the policy and restore the confidence of citizens and their interest in public affairs. The aim of this paper is to describe what proposals dominate the current debate on the amendment of the Czech electoral system and in many cases can lead to a change of the political system. The thesis is divided into four thematic sections. The first, theoretical part briefly introduces the concept of democracy, individual elements of direct democracy and the typology of political systems. In addition, there are information about the Czech constitutional order and the development of the electoral system in the Czech Republic. The aim of this diploma thesis is the artistic and theoretical elaboration of the film of the genre of science fiction according to the book of Arkadije and Boris Strugacki. The thesis consists of two main parts, the theoretical and the own design of an art concept. The theoretical part deals with the definition of the science fiction genre, its historical development and also the analysis of creative approaches in the appearance of a foreign planet or the world of the future in Russian cinematography. I decided to analyze the variety of approaches in several selected films, where I focused on their art page, the use of the atmosphere and the film environment. The artistic part of the work contains its own art concept of the film.

This thesis processes a database of technical monuments in the city of Týn nad Vltavou and its surroundings. There was made a survey and controlled interviews with local businessmen and on its basis two plans of tourist routes and one cycle route were created. These plans of technical monuments include also its financing and project of new bike rentals.

The aim of the thesis was to analyze the level of motivation and stimulation in a choosen company, it's effect on the current management, and proposals for measures leading to the desired condition. The research was conducted at the company CVP Gavanika s. r. o., whose major activity involves electroplating. The company has operated on the Czech market since 1992. The assessment of this condition was primarily based on the information resulting from a questionnaire survey. Uncontrolled interviews with the executives of the company served as another source of information. The survey was conducted in all branches of the company including it's headquarters. At this point two grades of employees were addressed: the average employees and the management. The obtained data were processed according to appropriate methods. Following the ordination and analysis of the data, the description, comparation and overall assessment of the effect of motivation and stimulation on the current management was done. The final part of the thesis features a synthesis of the obtained information and provides practical suggestions leading to a desired state within this field. The management team of the company was advised on how to make improvements in the following issues: praising and appreciation, stress management, participation of employees to the decision-making process, education, awareness, comunication, use of feedback, relations, equality at the workplace, and strengthening the corporate culture.

The diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of effectiveness of information system of the selected company. For this evaluation was primarily used method HOS8. In the first part of the thesis are clarified theoretical basis of the work, then the second is an analysis of the company and its information system, in the third part based on the results of the analysis are stated suggestions for increasing the efficiency of the examined information system.

Nowadays, employee benefit system is almost a must for all big companies. It is closely related with such areas as employee motivation and stimulation which are explained in details in the first chapter of the thesis. The following chapter is focused on employee benefits themselves taking into consideration legal and tax framework. After the theoretical introduction into the employee benefit problematic and related areas there is a case study of company Linde Gas a.s. The case study includes general overview about the company followed by the analysis of current employee benefit system. Final chapter suggests possible improvements for the employee benefit system of Linde Gas a.s.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the impact of agricultural policies applied in Czechoslovakia in the structure of agricultural land use and economic Fund from 1945 to 1959, with particular emphasis on selected areas around Vlasim. Attention is paid to the consequences of a national agricultural policy on agriculture. This thesis also shows the influence of the Communist Party, the circumstances leading to its rise to power, explains specific steps and their impacts. By the time the policy framework was set Vlasim, agricultural and economic situation in the region. The local situation is clearly illustrated by several case studies processed, of which the first, very clearly shows the complete process and the impact of changes in agricultural policy Vlasim since 1945.

The issue of the submitted diploma thesis is loans and their consequences and the way it is discussed in financial education in lower-secondary school and corresponding years of grammar school in the Czech Republic. In detail, the thesis focuses on the issue of loans and social issues they are resulting into as indebtness or execution. In the first part, the reader is introduced to the selected issue from the point of view of social sciences and humanities. These are economy, law, sociology and psychology. In each chapter, loans and their consequences are discussed from various points of view and in various contexts. By blending the approaches of all four sciences, the thesis offers a comprehensive view of the researched topic. The second part of the thesis is then focused on the connection of loans and financial education in civic education lessons. The fifth chapter is the analysis of how the topic is embodied in school curriculum and in the current educational system of financial education in lower-secondary school and corresponding years of grammar school. The master thesis is focused on the performance evalution of company Centropen, a. s. The first part of the thesis contains definitions of performance and individual methods of business performance measurement. The practical part introduces the analyzed company and describes its current situation. Subsequently, the evaluation of the performance of the selected company is done using the START Model questionnaire, which is based on the EFQM Excellence Model. Suggestions and recommendations for improving the current situation are presented in the final part.

This work solves the problems with taking care of capital goods in the firm Komponenty, a. s. The work is elaborated from the analysis of present situation in the firm, the heed is oriented to the most important areas, especially the organisation and maintenance activity and taking care of assets. The result of the performed analysis is identification of bad spots. Proposal is submitted in the second part of the work in order to solve the problems found by performing the work. At the end economical evaluation of the proposal and statement of assumptions for the applications of the extended work result to firm use is performed.
