This diploma thesis' objective is to assess the financial situation of the specific company and suggestion the concrete recommendation for the improvement its financial situacion. The first part of the thesis comprises theoretical fundamentals of the financial analysis and introduction the company. The second part represents application of financial analysis methods to assess the financial situation of the specific company. Summary gathers the general financial situation of the specific company and proposals to its improvement.

The thesis aims to improve the existing communication mix of GreenMech Ltd. on the basis of theoretical findings and the analysis of its current format. The thesis is divided into three sections. The first section provides theoretical knowledge collected from literature, which is related to this topic. The second section focuses on the characteristics of the company GreenMech Ltd. followed by the analysis of the company's current business structure and by a marketing research done by survey. The third and final section contains proposals to improve the company's communication mix which arose from the collected information and analysis. These suggestions should improve the product presentation and ultimately attract more customers.

This master´s thesis deals with marketing research of customer satisfaction of Akademie Caffé and subsequent evaluation of this research based on questionnaire as a research instrument. An important part of this work are also suggestions and recommendations that lead to increased satisfaction, thereby increasing sales and gaining a better position in the market.

The diploma thesis specializes in financial management of state-funded institutions established by territorial autonomy, with focus on primary schools. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical one describes state-funded institutions and analyses system of financing elementary education in the Czech Republic. Practical part applies the theory on a specific case of primary school. Primarily with focus on financial flows from the state and municipal budget as a founder of the primary school. I also analyse alternative ways of funding, which are gained through own activities (e.g. EU structural funds). The final part includes the plan of financial optimization of this primary school.

Scenic Designs of High Baroque in the National Collections of the Czech Republic The thesis deals with the Baroque scenic designs which are situated in public collections of the Czech Republic. These are mainly the works by Josef Hager and Josef Redlmayer, whose production was inspired by the Italian baroque scene designer Giuseppe Galli Bibiena. The aim of the thesis is to describe inspirational sources which influenced the artists and to comprehensively classify their production within the European context of the Baroque period. The diploma work also explains the history of Baroque theatres in Bohemia as well as in the whole Europe. It shows their connection with the pompous cellebrations so popular in Baroque period. The thesis also informs about the progress of Italian scenography and scenic designs with the explaination of stage decorations. The diploma thesis is focused on the promotion of Třebíč destination. The main objective of the thesis is to identify and assess the current tools for possible promotion of Třebíč destination. Based on the analysis of the current state, the possibilities to improve and increase awareness of Třebíč as a tourist destination are suggested.

This diploma thesis deals with the political systems and its tuition at elementary school. In the theoretical part of the text, the historical development of the idea of democracy in ancient Greece and Rome, the development of parliamentarism in the UK and the expansion of political rights in Europe are announced to the reader. The importance of this development is considerable, as it forms the basis of democratic political institutions that are the core of this thesis. The rest of the theoretical part is dedicated to the undemocratic regimes. It deals with the development of these regimes and its theoretical definition against the democratical one. All of these undemocratic regimes are presented on examples of existing or collapsed states. The practical part of my thesis is dedicated to the tuition of political systems in Framework Educational Program which is presented in the subject Education on Citizenship and the cross-cutting theme Education of Democratic Citizen. SUMMARY: This work deals with the learners' use of English learning strategies of lower secondary school from Základní škola Botičská and Lauderovy školy, Prague. It discusses the teachers' support of these strategies and represents self-evaluation reports of both schools. The theoretical part defines the concept of self-evaluation in the school environment, describes the strategy of foreign language learning in terms of their importance, inclusion, application in teaching environment and especially their classifications. The practical part contains the results of the self-evaluation reports of Lauderovy školy and ZŠ Botičská, comparison of these results and comparison with the results of the Czech Republic. It also suggests possible follow-ups and recommendations for teachers that are established on the self-evaluations results. The work is based on a questionnaire "Strategy of foreign language learning", which is based on the original English version "Young learners'Language Strategy Use Survey" from A. D. Cohen and R. L. Oxford.
