The main goal of the diploma thesis is to propose new innovative solutions leading to the improvement of the company's information system as well as the implementation of new solutions and innovations, in order to maximize the turn-over and market value of the company. The theoretical part is focused on the definition and characteristics of the development of the solved issue, including units dealing with information systems, analysis of information systems and database systems themselves. The subject of my own work is the characteristic of Zawmark Plus, the analy-sis of the internal and external environment of the company, financial analysis, analysis of the company's information system and its components, evaluation of analyzes and concepts of the proposals themselves for the improvement of the information system. Suggestions for IS improvement based on analyzes can be used and implemented in other companies with a similar business model. In its own part, the possible complications associated with the implementa-tion of new proposals are summarized. The conclusion itself contains a summary of the whole scope of the issue and information on the benefits resulting from the implementation of new refinements.

of the Thesis "Amendements unrelated to the subject-matter of a bill in the legislative practice of the Czech Republic" The aim of the thesis was to describe the matter of amendments unrelated to the subject- matter of a bill. The first chapter of the thesis gave an introduction into the legislative procedure in Czech Republic and presented possible ways how an unrelated amendment can become a part of a bill. The second chapter was focused on unrelated amendments themselves. Firstly, it explained their essence and gave examples. Afterwards, unrelated amendments were characterised from different points of view, e.g. who and why iniciates them, why are they problematic, and how they can be sorted. The third chapter paid attention to selected decisions of the Constitutional Court of Czech Republic. The fourth chapter presented possible ways of how to prevent legislators from adding unrelated provisions to the bills according to contemporary rules and also mentioned possible ways how legislative rules can change.

Title: Selected motivational aspects for beginners and advanced in karate Aim: The main aim of my thesis was to learn how the current poor popularity of karate sport influences students of elementary and secondary schools in Prague and its surroundings and their motivation in this sport for achievements and at the same time to suggest how to furthermore support and expand motivation with these students. Methods: To gain information and data for this thesis I used survey methods and its specially designed questionnaire. Further additional interviews were used with advanced karate students with the highest ambitions and with former Czech Republic karate representatives (2006-2013) and compared with motivational aspect with these two different generations of athletes. There was second specially designed questionnaire for these additional interviews with a possibility for free answers. Results: Through the survey the differences in motivational aspects at beginners and advanced in karate were found and with additional interviews differences were found in ambitions and motivational aspects among former Czech Republic karate representatives and current advanced students with high ambitions in karate. This thesis is focused on scenographical treatment and conception of Shakespeare's play Titus Andronicus. Beside the historical and theoretical outline of the time of the play's creation, the thesis analyzes selected Czech and foreign productions of this play, with regard to its conceptional and graphic aspect. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on a complex analysis of the scenographic concept itself, and the graphic procedure as well. Thesis also marginally examines the central characters and the treatment of costumes. The goal of this thesis is to approximate the graphic treatment of a specific play and to describe processes of searching for own and personal graphic procedure used. This thesis is not only a historical analysis; it is also a subjective view of the issue given, that is supposed to approximate the specific scenographic adaptation of the play to the reader.

The aim of this study was to analyze the Bechyňský stream with regard to the possible consequences of floods in this area. Furthermore, the removal of these consequences and propose new flood protection measures and recommendations. Finally, the work is a summary of the most suitable variant of flood protection. The work may help in future decision how to manage the flow of the Bechyňský stream and surroundings of it´s.

The content of this diploma thesis includes description of different methods of improvement in business. It focuses on incremental improvements over time and also on breakthrough improvement - so called radical innovation. On the basis of knowledge gained while studying literature for the theoretical part, I have analyzed in the practical part the states of three selected improvement methods in the company Robert Bosch Ltd. Chosen areas were: the application of the 5S method in the company, the conduct of regular satisfaction surveys and the process of submission and evaluation of improvement. The 3rd mentioned area - the area of improvement proposals, is characterized in detail in the practical part and gradually leads to the application of my own improvement proposal into practice which is considered as the main contribution of this thesis. My own proposal deals with the optimization of warehouse management. It is focused on the external warehouse of Robert Bosch Ltd. in order to supply material to the company's production lines more efficiently. It concerns the rearranging of the storage of key material items and their transfer to more suitable rack positions within the warehouse. The calculations are based on the number of stock removals per quarter for each item. Due to the outputs of the data analysis processed in my own improvement proposal, it was possible to decide in which rack positions it would be appropriate to store individual material items so that their subsequent transfer into production would be as efficient as possible in terms of time and, therefore, in terms of financial costs. The amount of time taken to transfer material items into production was crucial for the results of this thesis because their more efficient placement reduces the handling time so that it is possible to quantify the time and therefore financial savings of the project. The data analysis was focused on material items placed on unsuitable rack positions due to their number of stock removals per quarter. The aim was to suggest which materials would be better to transfer to a more appropriate type of rack positions, with an emphasis on the key items that affect the process of removal into production the most and represent a considerable financial costs.

The theoretical part focuses on the description of the development and the importance of the strategic management. The pracitcal part focuses on the analyses of the particular agricultural company called AGRO Vodňany a.s., using the methods of the strategic management. Consequently I suppose the evaluation of the possible strategies for this particular company. The last part of my dissertation focuses on the possibilities of the imrovement of the economical state of the company and as a solution I suppose the reconstruction and renovation of the pig breeding barn.

Zjištění, jak turisté, aktéři CR vnímají přírodní složky krajiny formou dotazníkového šetření a studiem odborné literatury zabývající se především geografií CR a dalšími problémy související s tématem. Na základě studia literatury a marketingového šetření byly stanoveny cíle a hypotézy diplomové práce a ty byly následně osvětleny a potvrzeny.

Employees' appraisal belongs to the active instruments of human resource management and performance. Its importance in the management of today's companies grows constantly with the increasing role of human capital in the intellectualization process. Appraisal is becoming an important way of achieving and maintaining the policy of high performance, productivity and competitiveness. The object of this thesis is a renowned Czech insurance company, which in the context of streamlining its processes and systems decided to change the employees' appraisal system. The aim of this thesis is to map out the implementation process of this new form of the appraisal system. The company will gain feedback on the overall course of the implementation and will be able to avoid some deficiencies defined during the process in future. At the same time this thesis can provide the company with some optimizing recommendations, which the company can use in the future revision of its appraisal system.

This work solves the problems with taking care of capital goods in the firm DT-Výhybkárna a strojírna, a.s. The work is elaborated from the analysis of present situation in the firm, the heed is oriented to the most important areas, especially the organisation and maintenance activity and taking care of assets. The result of the performed analysis is identification of bad spots. Proposal is submitted in the second part of the work in order to solve the problems found by performing the work. At the end economical evaluation of the proposal and statement of assumptions of the extended work result to firm use is performed.
