This thesis assesses the financial situation of the company focused on the surface finishing. The research period is between the years 2009-2013. The thesis is divided into several parts. The first part discusses the theoretical methods and analyzes a company's rating. The second part is practical and uses the theoretical knowledge from the previous section. The last chapter is based on the results of analyzing and according to these results, this part proposes solutions which can lead to improvement of the company.

This diploma thesis deals with an evaluation of the financial situation of the company, which focuses on manufacturing rubber products and technical foams. Assessment period is between 2010 - 2014. In the theoretical part the basic indicators, concepts and methods of financial analysis, which are used in the practical part. The practical part contains basic information about the company and the calculations of financial indicators. Based on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company derived from the results of the financial analysis are presented possibilities proposals and recommendations, which should lead to improved management of the company.

My master´s thesis focuses on the processes involved in conduction of overall financial assessment of the company using financial analysis method. The aim of this thesis is to recommend actions for improving the current financial situation of the corporation Alfa Plastik, a.s. The thesis is divided into four main parts. The first part deals with the general characteristics of the company, the theoretical part describes the financial analysis procedure using new findings and ascertainments from literature. The practical part analyses the financial situation of the company through application of various financial analysis instruments and the final part pursues to actions proposed by me.

This thesis deals with the problem of unemployed people aged 18 to 24 in the district of Sokolov. This group of people represents the highest amount of unemployed people in the district of Sokolov. The essential sources of data include the available statistics of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, the Czech Statistical Office, the Municipal Office of Sokolov and the Labour Office of Sokolov. To make the problem clear it was very important to find out whether also other subjects than the Labour Office of Sokolov participate on finding a solution to unemployment of young people. An integral part of my thesis is an analysis of the labour market in the district of Sokolov. The consecutive analysis of the instrumets used in the active employment-politics in the district of Sokolov gives answer to the question whether all the available instrumets for the active employment-politics are used in the district of Sokolov. To get the whole picture of the problem, employees of the Labour Office of Sokolov and of the Department of Social Help in Material Need of the Municipal Office of Sokolov were questioned. The work deals with the analysis of socially excluded localities beginning Mojžíř. It focuses on the exploration of problems of local people, the reasons for their occurrence and their possible remedies. Another important part of the work is to analyze existing programs and projects in support of the site and its inhabitants and to assess their adequacy. The paper used methods: secondary data analysis, interviews with experts, surveys within the case studies, in-depth interviews with selected residents, tree location problems. The research results show a large number of problems which are faced by local residents and minimal opportunities to face those challenges and most preventable. The key consider high unemployment, debt and morbidity of local people. The site works by People in Need, which significantly contributes to help local, it runs but very reluctant to arrogance in cooperation with local authorities in Neštěmice under which settlement Mojžíř falls.

The final thesis deals with an application of project within history lessons at secondary grammar schools of the Administrative Region of Ústí nad Labem .The thesis summarizes the basic theoretical findings on a projects realisation together with findings gathered by the empirical research at secondary grammar schools of Administrative Region of Ústí nad Labem. The research focused on recognising a present status of incorporating and using projects in the history lessons, and on the experience of pupils and teachers with this specific teaching strategy. On the grounds of connecting these findings, the thesis provides the reflection of possible using of projects in the course of history lessons (not only as a supplement of ordinary lessons). The thesis recognises a present status of projects realisation within history lessons, including the favoured topics, a way of realisation, outcomes, and a brief summary of particular projects offered by external organisations. The thesis deals with positives and negatives of projects realisation in accordance with opinions of pupils and teachers of secondary grammar schools of Administrative Region of Ústí nad Labem. The thesis also contains two proposals of history projects that might be used by teachers for creating their own projects.

The main objective of this thesis is to analyze the market accommodation and food services market in the tourist region of Central Bohemia ? South. Another objective of this thesis was to formulate recommendations for the development of services in selected area. . The aim was also to identify the needs and requirements and satisfaction of visitors with accommodation and boarding services in selected recreation centre Nová Živohošť. To achieve the objectives it was necessary to study secondary sources, writing review of the literature and knowledge on the subject. Then situational analysis was performed. Here is defined and characterized a recreation centre Nová Živohošť, located in the tourist region of Central Bohemia ? South. The situational analysis is also a market analysis of accommodation and boarding services in the recreation centre Nová Živohošť. Another part of the work is questionnaire survey and interviews with worker in tourist information centre in Neveklov and owner Juniorcamp Tobogán and Caravan Club in Nová Živohošť. Final proposals, recommendations and business concept should increase the attractiveness of an offer, the quality of the resort and meet the needs and wishes of customers.

The focus of this master thesis is the analysis of the financial situation of a particular company from 2008 - 2013. The first part of the thesis provides a theoretical description of the methods that are used in the assessment of the financial situation of the company. The following part of the thesis provides facts about the company. The diploma thesis conducted a strategic analysis of external and internal surroundings. The financial assessment of the company is based on the analysis of financial statements of the company. In the final part of the thesis the findings are evaluated and solutions proposed accordingly. The implementation of the outlined solutions should lead to the gradual improvement of the financial situation of the company.

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of Jemnická Stavba, a. s. and subsequent proposals for the improvement of problem areas. The elaborated financial analysis shows the development of the company in 2012-2016. The theoretical part deals with specific indicators and concepts, which are subsequently used in the practical part of this thesis. The practical part contains an evaluation of the internal and external state of the company Jemnická Stavba, a. s. and the subsequent design of the solution. The aim of my diploma thesis is to elaborate high quality financial analyses showing the reality of the company and to propose appropriate measures for the improvement of the current state.

The subject of thesis is construction technological project of B3 object, aiming at apartment building, which is the main building object. The apartment building consists of four above-ground floors and is established on foundation strips. The principal of thesis elaboration is the budget of the main object and the construction schedule. The diploma thesis also deals with the draft of construction site equipment for particular steps of construction, the construction organization, the lifting mechanism design, the technological regulation for selected operation, the transport accessibility and the protection of health and safety at work taking into account environmental protection.
