This diploma thesis ,,Optimization of the parking plannig and calculation“ is focused to the problem of determining the number of parking spaces. The goal of this thesis is to update purpose units in the selected buildings and optimization of factors in calculating the parking spaces. The fírst part of work consist of compared calculation car parking spaces to the Czech standards with standards in other countries. The second part of work is focused of comparison of calculated parking places according to standards with real number of parking places. The last part of diploma thesis is concentrated to optimizing the reduction factors.

This thesis focuses on the comprehensive approach to human health. She attempts to shed more light on this topic, to document current circumstances related to the psychosomatic medicine and the so called holistic medicine, and to clarify the manner of understanding these concepts nowadays. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis constitutes a rough summary of the comprehensive approach to human treatment, a view of fundamental theories of psychosomatic medicine and its current position in the Czech health system. The thesis also includes an outline of applied terms which are connected to the comprehensive approach to human treatment, especially in the specialized literature. The practical part of this diploma thesis monitors the way in which the media use the terms of holistic medicine and psychosomatic medicine. Further, a general understanding of these concepts is demonstrated by the means of a questionnaire survey on a sample of 454 respondents. Moreover, the practical part is completed by interviews with two specialists of the Czech psychosomatic scene. At the beginning deals the work with patient's libraries in historical context. The following part introduces to communication processes in hospitals and bibliotherapy. An integral part of the work are evaluated data collected during the survey among hospital patients. End of the paper offers some solutions and directions in which the library for patients in hospitals could go in the future.

Summary: The aim of thi disertation was to enlighten the term magnet hospital. Introduction of this thesis describes personnel situation in health care systém in the Czech republic and globaly. It also shows predictions of the future critical nurse staff shortage on labour market all around the world and it's possible impact on quality of care. Magnet hospitals as the kind of organization that creates work enviroment which increases nurses work satisfaction, quality of care and patients outcomes, sees the author as one of the possible solution of nursing shortage in the Czech republic. Second part of this theses, rpresents the results of the qualitative and quantitative research, participant were 16 nurses at the management positions (structured intewies) and 250 nurses (questionare NWI-R autor's own translation). Results: It was obvious that still prevails the traditional hierarchy and medical model of care delivery. Also there is streotypical view of the role and position of the nurses in health care teams, nurses do not feel like they are involved in management of the hospital. According to the findings we cannot describe those organizations as magnet hospital. It's also clear that the nursing care managers play the key role in creating the good work environment. Background: The diploma thesis deals with the method of equine facilitated psychiatry and psychology and its use in the treatment of addictions. The theoretical part is the starting point of the whole work. It presents the basic methods of treatment used, the method of Equine facilitated activities and therapies itself and its inclusion in traditional methods of addiction treatment. The research part is based on qualitative data collection. Aims: The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe the use of equine facilitated activities and therapies in residential addiction treatment. Find out how patients and therapists evaluate this method, what areas of life are affected by equine facilitated activities and therapies and how it fits into current treatment methods. Data: The research group consists of eight patients from the addiction treatment department at a psychiatric hospital who met the selection criteria. And two therapists who work with the method of equine facilitated psychiatry and psychology in addicted clients / patients and met the selection criteria. In the theoretical part, the diploma thesis deals with the development of social work in the Central Military Hospital, as well as the role of the health and social worker, thein competencies and thein preconditions for the performance of social work in the hospital. The diploma thesis captures the methods of social work used in the Central Military Hospital in Prague and the scope of work of a health and social worker. The practical part of the work finds out how the participating social workers perceive, experience and evaluace the possibilities and processes of social work in ÚVN. This part of the diploma thesis is a qualitative research, carried out by semi-structured interview with persons who are directly involved in the performance of social work, supplemented by case studies.
