Práce podrobně analyzuje tendence ve vývoji produktové stuktury na českém pojistném trhu. Podrobně se zaměřuje na zachycení změn a jejich přičin ve struktuře pojistných produktů v posledním období. Snahou bylo uvést důležité aspekty vedoucí k přizpůsobování se produktové struktury tržnímu hospodářství. Zmíním produkty nacházející se v současné době na českém pojistném trhu na konkrétních číslech a demonstruji jejich vývoj v posledních letech. Srovnám životní a neživotní pojištění. Prognózování možného a předpokládaného složení struktury obou segmentů do budoucích let nejenom v návaznosti vstupu České republiky do Evropské unie je konečným cílem práce.

Téma diplomové práce jsem si zvolil ?Srovnání stylů řízení u zahraničních a u české policie?. Při zpracování této práce jsem využil zkušeností z Německa, z různých spolkových zemí, kde policie (ale i jiné instituce státní správy) prošla, zejména v posledních 10 letech, velkými změnami, kdy hlavní příčinou a motorem změn byly napjaté veřejné rozpočty a krácení finančních prostředků pro státní správu. Forma diplomové práce je rešerše knihy ?Modernes Management in der deutschen Polizei ? Erfahrungsberichte aus der Praxis?. V knize jsou popsány zkušenosti se zaváděním reforem (Nových metod řízení) jednak pracovníků policie a jednak vědeckých pracovníků, zejména z vysokých škol. Na závěr práce jsem uvedl snahu o zavedení Nových metod řízení u Policie České republiky, která se soustředila na model EFQM - European Found Quallity Management a pokusil jsem se srovnat modernizační snahy u policie v Německu a v České republice, což bylo současně cílem diplomové práce.

This master's thesis deals with a drama character as a component of theatre and literature system. On grounds of analysis of the drama character in contemporary Czech drama is trying to assume how drama character works in general and what is special about it in the 20. and 21. century.

The main subject of the dissertation Non-Religious Spirituality in the Postmodern Era, subtitled Spirituality and the New Paradigm, is an analysis of non-religious spirituality within the context of the new possibilities revealed by the science of the new paradigm, which are changing the way we view reality and man's place within the universe. The study presents a possible system for classifying contemporary approaches to spirituality, and subsequently outlines a theoretical model for a new discipline enabling the comprehensive study of spirituality within broader interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary contexts. For this newly proposed scientific discipline, the paper suggests the name spirituology. Spirituality, which was discarded by the Cartesian-Newtonian world view is experiencing a renaissance. Spirituality is a comprehensive and multifaceted phenomenon whose definition is still being shaped in contemporary discourse. Although the actual term comes from Christian theology, it is today understood as religiously neutral. It did not fully establish itself in society until the end of the 20th century in relation to the secularization and privatization of religion, when it replaced the previously used term "religiosity", which is strongly associated with the institution of religion. Annotation The thesis describes the history of the Bohemian Forest and then of two villages, that don´t exist anymore and also the history of one another, that still exists, but its development after the Second World War was very affected by the postwar events and the communistic regime. Except the own books, there were another titles and archival sources in the State archive of Prachatice, that were used for the writing of this thesis. Very important for the inspiration and for another informations was the visit of the museum in Kvilda, where you cand find the exposure regarding the history of the communities Kvilda and Bučina. Very heplful were also the advices of the information centre in Stožec and mainly the trip to Nové Údolí, where are some interesting ambiguous information boards with authentic pictures in the place of the original village. The first part desribes the historical development of the Bohemian Forest. The following chapters put mind to the Second World War and the time of the communistic regime within the Bohemian Forest. The last parts are dedicated to the single villages. The thesis tries to show, that there are many villages in the Bohemian Forest, that don´t exist any more, but nobody should forget them, because they were a part of the history of the beautiful mountain and they don´t deserve, to be forgotten.

Tato diplomová práce zkoumá zahraniční politiku a postavení Sýrie v regionu Blízkého východu. Její směřování bylo do značné míry ovlivňováno válečným stavem s Izraelem a panarabskou rétorikou. Tato práce určuje hlavní body zahraniční politiky Sýrie vůči sousedním státům, stejně tak vůči Íránu. Role Sýrie v oblasti Blízkého východu vyplývala z vytváření konkrétních aliancí se sousedními státy, ale do značné míry byla také ovlivněna rozpadem Sovětského svazu a přechodem k unipolaritě.

The thesis is analyzing potential of the Internet as the marketing instrument. This thesis is trying to show segments of active users of the Internet and the rising tendency of their number. Further in thesis actual instruments of the Internet marketing are analyzed and on the base of research of well-known marketing specialist L. Chase trends are deduced. These trends should be relevant in the Internet marketing very soon. At the end of the thesis is acquired knowledge applied on the Internet activities of the EUROLINES Česká republika, spol. s r.o.

Master Thesis in her theoretical part contains a brief indication of the development of marketing, completed by factors which influenced the current marketing the most. Subsequently, the work offers a comprehensive overview of modern trends, together with the positives, but barriers as well. The practical part is devoted to an analysis of one of the trends, guerilla marketing. This analysis is based on a comparison of three Czech guerilla campaigns in order to evaluate their effectiveness, in order to find out why guerilla campaign in the Czech Republic are not used very often, as in other countries and consumers attitude to these non-traditional campaigns. The analysis consists of qualitative research in the form of focus group, in the form of a quantitative questionnaire and supplemented by interviews with professionals. In conclusion there is a summary of results based on different methods.

The first part theoretical, is engaged in the development of the concept of sustainable development and presents the research methodology of sustainability of the city. In the practical part, these methods are applied to the sustainable development of the Nove Město nad Metují. Sustainable urban development is studied from four aspects, land use, environmental, economic and social. The aim of the work is to gain knowledge on which will be evaluated pillars of sustainability of the community, especially the economic pillar of sustainable cities. Next generation sequencing, which allows concurrent parallel sequencing of many samples and makes it possible to distinguish the infection from multiple viral types in the sample, is well suited as a detection format for such assays described below. The aim of the thesis was to develop a method that could detect all known types of human adenoviruses, human enteroviruses, and bacteriophages selected for their presence in the intestine. Using the next- generation sequencing. The first step was to design primers capable of detecting all known types of viruses, covering the area that is capable of distinguishing these viruses. This method was tested on a set of 47 human adenovirus samples and 30 human enterovirus samples of known serotype. Samples with two serotypes in different proportions were also created. After amplification of the target genome, the samples were purified and sequenced on MiSeq, Illumina. The method was further used in the typing of adenoviruses, enteroviruses and bacteriophages in pre-diabetic cohorts of DIPP, MIDIA, and a cohort of diabetics from African and Asian countries.
