The basic aim of the diploma thesis is to cover the issue of accounting for business combinations, especially focus on accounting methods for business combinations -- concretely purchase method, new-entity method and pooling of interests method. The basis of the whole work is to focus on the methods, their historical development, set them in context with IFRS, US GAAP and czech accounting environment and finally to compare the methods.

The diploid amphibian Xenopus tropicalis represents a significant model organism for studies of early development, genes function and evolution. Such techniques as gynogenesis, injection of morpholino antisense oligonucleotide into fertilized eggs or transgenesis were established. In the recent ten years, many efforts have been made to complete the sequence information. X. tropicalis genome has been sequenced but the completion of its assembly only on the basis of sequence data has been impossible. Therefore, our first work was focused on one of approaches for a genome completing- genetic mapping. First of all, the genetic map of Xenopus tropicalis was established pursuant linkage and physical positions of markers. Since the map contained gaps, we developed a new method for genetic mapping based on the next generation sequencing of laser microdissected arm. Using Illumina next generation sequencing of fifteen copies of a short arm of chromosome 7, we obtained new insights into its genome by localizing previously unmapped genes and scaffolds as well as recognizing mislocalized portions of the genome assembly. This diploma thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical one. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of sport events and presents the International Ski Federation FIS, including its structure, and marketing and technical concept of the races in the FIS Tour de Ski. The introduction to the practical part focuses on the history of cross-country skiing, the structure of the most important cross-country races in the world, and presents the town of Nove Mesto na Morave and the race Golden Ski. Then follows the description of the allocation process of the World Cup race and possibilities of its abolition. The main part of the diploma thesis is a detailed analysis of the Golden Ski race in the Tour de Ski. The analysis deals with the topics related to the organizing committee, technical support, scoring, invitations, accreditation, accommodation, marketing, transportation, and accompanying program of Golden Ski. The thesis concludes with financial background and short mention of Slavic Cup.

My diploma thesis deals with external communication with a view to public relations. It´s applied on Robert Bosch company, spol. s r. o., Ceske Budejovice. The main objective was creating an own proposal of external communication for year 2012, aimed at one interest group of the company. This group includes university students with technical and economic specialization = potential future employees of the company. In my proposal there are some suitable elements from new trends in marketing communication (viral marketing, guerilla marketing, event marketing).

The thesis deals with the issue of risks associated with modern occultism in social work and ethic reflection of dilemmas which may occur in social work in connection with the spiritual dimension of people.The first Chapter presents social work as an independentsphere, it provides a brief overview of the social care history, points out the values on which social work is based, reflects the influence of Christianity on creation of the all-society solidarity and emphasizes importance of social worker personality.The second Chapter further develops the topics of religiosity and spirituality, paying special attention in particular to the institutionalized form of spirituality. drawn. The issues of spirituality which need not have any official form are the subject matter of the third Chapter of the Thesis. The Thesis presents alternative directions associated especially with the New Age movement, which combine elements of different traditions in an unusual way. This Chapter is focused on the risks connected with practicing modern occultism and which one may face in the field of social work as well. It also reflects various dilemmas arising from the context of spirituality and from confrontation of personal values of the worker with those of the organization or the client. The fourth Chapter enriches the Thesis with a pastoral dimension which can be helpful for social workers in the improvement of quality of their work and in prevention of ethical dilemmas.

The aim of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of the documentation proposal land adjustments in the chosen locality. The chosen locality for this work is the cadastral area of Brloh pod Kletí. The first part of the thesis consists of literary research, which deals with the topic of work in general. Further, the basic characteristics of the territory are described, the land improvement scheme is determined. Based on a field survey of this territory, the problems that were addressed with the analysis were analyzed of the draft measure in the plan of common facilities. The main part of the work was to draw up a list of claims for three selected owners. These claims form the basis for designing a new land arrangements.

This diploma thesis deals with a draft processing of a complex land adjustment within a chosen cadastral municipality. The chosen locality is Okrouhlá Radouň, which is lying in South Bohemian Region, in a former district Jindřichův Hradec. The literary research is focused on a land adjustment, especially on the explanation of the the basic terms and the necessary information on the land adjustment. A local survey, an assessment of land adjustment area and the solution of measures within a plan of common facilities were carried out in the research itself. The last operation was to make a list of demands of three chosen owners and subsequently to create a draft of a new land arrangement.

This thesis deals with the establishment of the Paulans order, and his activities at Czech, establishment of the Paulans monastery of the Holy Trinity by Nová Bystřice. It describes the important circumstances of the paulans monkery arrival to this convent. Thesis also observe the termination of the convent in 1533 and his new establishment in 1626 and following 200 years of this greatest properity. Then it also describes the final termination of the convent in 1785, caused by the reforms of emperor Josef II.
