Cílem této práce je vytvořit aplikaci vhodnou pro měření návštěvnosti webových prezentací založenou na standardní OLAP databázi. V první kapitole práce se zaměřuji na získání teoretických podkladů, ze kterých vychází funkční požadavky na aplikaci. Součástí těchto požadavků je výběr nejdůležitějších ukazatelů návštěvnosti, které budou v aplikaci dostupné a popis datových zdrojů, které jsou k odvozování ukazatelů použity. Ve druhé kapitole se zaměřuji na popis použité technologie - OLAP. Třetí kapitola obsahuje vlastní popis tvorby aplikace. Výsledkem práce je návrh aplikace, která je využitelná pro sběr, ukládání a analýzu dat vzniklých při interakci webové prezentace s webovým prohlížečem a která je založená na otevřených volně dostupných komponentách.

Failure to identify major target market and lack of cost management have shown to be negative for enterprise operations. To remedy these two problems information technologies have promised to support effective and efficent decision-making processing by providing accurate and real-time information, so as to assist front-line sales, to lower down costs, to create more profits and to further diversified the risks. In steel industry, the repeated purchasing frequency (associated with customer loyalty) has been identified as one of the major determinants due to the narrow target market and capital-intensive features existed in steel business. Steel businesses often involve international transactions, which have much higher uncertainties than domestic transactions. Therefore, the major risk control task is on the collection and analysis customers¡¦ creditability. More customer information leads to fewer risks. As such, we believe that by applying the methodology of collecting and analyzing information through information technologies, the decision makers will be more confident in making correct decisions, which in turn help to generate profits. In this thesis, we develop a data warehouse system in support of order procurement. We begin by identifying the types of information that is crucial in making order procurement decision by consulting with the experienced international and domestic front-line sales managers. The different types of information are prioritized by applying Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach. We then construct a datawarehouse model that encompasses these information. A system prototype is finally developed to demonstrate the feasiblity of our approach.

It is able to summarize the OLAP definition in just five key words: Fast Analysis of Shared Multidimensional Information. The key to OLAP performance is the efficient storage of large volumes of multidimensional data. Nowadays it is released mass different commercial OLAP Web interface solutions, but it does not open source large possibility Web interface tools exist. Different analogous systems, graphics components were analyzed. Our own system and methodology were created. With this OLAP interface solution business user could review static and dynamic data reports with different type charts.

Mid-market and high-end market organizations request for a business management system of high quality that satisfies the enterprise needs, has a convenient user interface, and allows to gain information in usable form promptly and with expedition. Every mid-market enterprise faces changes daily. Although the changes witness success, they can weaken efficiency and critical situation control. Therefore it’s important that the enterprise’s business management tools would help working in volatile business world. In the study a comparative analysis of business management systems was carried out and Navision Attain package was chosen. It is distinguished for wide range of functional capabilities and flexibility conforming to the particular enterprise requirements. In this study the potential of Navision system is analysed, the system’s functionality is presented. The implementation process is executed using a well-tried and certified methodology of information systems implementation – Navision Implementation Methodology TM. Enterprise process analysis was performed, functional requirements for the information system were identified, and solutions to these requirements were presented. In the study a fully integrated information system is implemented. It’s designed for administrating and managing enterprise activity processes.
