Návrh optimalizace zemědělské výroby v podniku ZEMOS, a. s.

Klempová, Michaela January 2018 (has links)
This thesis has the goal of finding optimal structure of production in the agricul-tural company ZEMOS, a.s. The work focuses on assessing the possibility of using mathematical models, which serving as a tool to aid support in optimizing the crop structure and livestock production in the chosen Agriculture company. The aim is to suggest suitable optimization tools for crop planning and livestock pro-duction structure. The thesis output is a so called stochastic models in order to maximize profits and minimize costs. Optimization is implemented by multiple criteria, taking into account the effect of grants on decision-making.

Optimalizace procesu inventury a správy majetku obchodního podniku

Štursová, Klára January 2018 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the optimization of processes in business enterprises. It proposes a generally applicable process for business units and their components, based on methods in the fields of facility management, logistics, process management and economic-mathematical methods, and defines the optimization limits in enterprises. The thesis describes the methodology according to which it is possible to proceed with the optimization of the asset management processes using modern information and communication technologies. This methodology is then applied to the selected company - Student Hostels and Canteens Administration of the Mendel University in Brno. The application of methodology to this unit has been evaluated in terms of economic benefits, which had positive result. The main benefit of this thesis is its general applicability to any type of business.

Modely obchodování s emisními povolenkami z pohledu firmy / Business models for emission management

Novotná, Tereza January 2021 (has links)
This thesis focuses on multistage stochastic programming for CO2 emissions management models. It defines the multistage stochastic programming in general, portfolio selection problem with utility function but also with other new approaches such as using risk measures, chance constraint or second order stochastic dominance. For testing this models we need to also reformulate our problems to fit scenario tree which are generated. For some models we also need to reduce the dimension of scenario tree. Thus some techniques for scenario tree dimensionality reduction are discussed. We try to apply all these approaches to our data and get results on real data from power energy sector. For this sector, the decisions about allowances might be very important as they are not granted any allowances.

Optimalizace potrubních tvarovek / Optimization of an Adapting Pipes

Svozil, Jan January 2012 (has links)
Adapting pipes are a significant part of any pipe-line network and they are the sources of substantial hydraulic losses. They are designed for a manufacturing simplicity, regardless of flow. This paper concerns with lowering of hydraulic losses of adapting pipes by means of the shape optimization. Several methods of a mathematical optimization are tested and due to the complexity of the task and the need of the computational distribution among several computers, the gradient based algorithm is used. These methods loop together with a CFD software then automatically explore the design space. Several optimizations of diffusers with different opening angles, shape parameterizations and boundary conditions are made for the better insight on hydraulic losses. In three chapters there is description of development of parametric description of bend by means of Bezier surfaces. At the end optimum shape is found with hydraulic losses were decreased about 22%, which was not validated by experiment. In the final chapter is application of developed software on the shape optimization of Kaplan draft tube.

Vícekriteriální a robustní zobecnění úlohy prodavače novin / Multicriteria and robust extension of news-boy problem

Šedina, Jaroslav January 2018 (has links)
This thesis studies a classic single-period stochastic optimization problem called the newsvendor problem. A news-boy must decide how many items to order un- der the random demand. The simple model is extended in the following ways: endogenous demand in the additive and multiplicative manner, objective func- tion composed of the expected value and Conditional Value at Risk (CVaR) of profit, multicriteria objective with price-dependent demand, multiproduct exten- sion under dependent and independent demands, distributional robustness. In most cases, the optimal solution is provided. The thesis concludes with the nu- merical study that compares results of two models after applying the Sample Average Approximation (SAA) method. This study is conducted on the real data. 1

Optimalizace výrobních procesů / Optimization of Production Processes

Halas, David January 2017 (has links)
This thesis deals with modelling diffenrent types of production lines. Modeling is done by the mathematical programming and simulation methods. Optimization related computations are mostly implemented in program GAMS. Simulation is realized by using program Matlab/SimEvents. The results are presented by the Gantt diagrams.

Optimalizace malých elektrických strojů / Small Electrical Machines Optimization

Koutný, Ondřej January 2008 (has links)

Optimalizace logistického systému Potravinové banky Jihočeského kraje / Optimization of logistics system in the Food Bank of South Bohemia

BRADÁČOVÁ, Lucie January 2017 (has links)
The diploma theses Optimization of logistics system in the Food Bank of South Bohemia, is focused on design of optimimal logistics system in the Food Bank of South Bohemia. Social benefits of food banks in general consist in solidarity and reducing of food waste. As nonprofit organizations the food bank is supported by volunteers, often students who are looking for savings in contemporary logistic processes. This thesis is focused on finding optimization in the whole contemporary system of logistics based on solving current issues in the field of distribution, transport and storage system of the Food Bank.

Optimalizace projektových portfolií s časem a zdroji / Project portfolio optimisation with time and resources

Huml, Tomáš January 2012 (has links)
Title: Project portfolio optimization with time and resources Author: Bc. Tomáš Huml Department: Department of Theoretical Computer Science and Mathematical Logic Supervisor: Doc. RNDr. Roman Barták, Ph.D Abstract: Traditional project portfolio optimization deals with static projects that are not evolving in time. The focus of this diploma thesis is on projects that are spread in time, typically such projects consists of a sequence (or other partially ordered structure) of actions that require some resources (money, people, etc.) for realization. Then the project portfolio optimization deals with selecting a subset of projects according to given time and space (resource) restrictions and optimizing certain criteria such as overall profit. This problem is very close to oversubscribed scheduling where the most profitable subset of orders is being scheduled. Hence scheduling techniques will be the main inspiration for solving this new type of problems. Lots of modelling algorithms for optimal portfolio selection are proposed in this diploma thesis and several of them are implemented in a program which is part of this thesis as well. Keywords: portfolio optimization, integer linear programming (ILP), workflow optimization, project interdependencies
