Optimalizace procesních parametrů pro laserové svařování tenkostěnných polotovarů z nerezavějící oceli / Optimization of process parameters for the laser welding of thin-walled blanks of stainless steel

Kačírek, David January 2016 (has links)
For increase productivity, the current technology of welding pipes bellows was replaced by laser welding. Experiment was carried out on the material of austenitic stainless steel 1.4541 for sheet thickness 0.25 mm and 0.15 mm. On sheet 0.25 mm was achieved comparable mechanical properties as the current manufacturing process upon achieving 10 times higher welding speeds. Samples of 0.15 mm thickness achieved to about 30% lower deepening over existing technology. For improvement was advised to reduce heat input. From an economic assessment shows that the price per 1 m of weld decreases with increasing speed welding. With higher welding speeds reduces the heat input.

Modely vícerozměrných finančních časových řad v úloze optimalizace portfolia / Multivariate financial time series models in portfolio optimization

Bureček, Tomáš January 2020 (has links)
This master thesis deals with the modeling of multivariate volatility in finan- cial time series. The aim of this work is to describe in detail selected approaches to modeling multivariate financial volatility, including verification of models, and then apply them in an empirical study of asset portfolio optimization. The results are compared with the classical approach of portfolio optimization theory based on unconditional moment estimates. The evaluation was based on four known op- timization problems, namely minimization of variance, Markowitz's model, ma- ximization of the Sharpe ratio and minimization of CVaR. The output portfolios were compared by using four metrics that reflect the returns and risks of the port- folios. The results demonstrated that employing the multivariate volatility models one obtains higher expected returns with less expected risk when comparing with the classical approach. 1

Řízení spotřeby v chytrých energetických sítích / Demand Management in Smart Grids

Nesveda, František January 2019 (has links)
With the rapid adoption of electric vehicles and the rise of power generation from re- newable sources, intelligent management of power demand on a household level is gaining importance. Current algorithms used for that purpose have negative privacy implications and focus only on controlling the charging of electric vehicles while ignoring other ap- pliances. We describe a decentralized algorithm designed to control the power demand of different types of household appliances along with the charging of electric vehicles while preserving the privacy of the subscribers. We also present a smart grid simulator to evaluate the algorithm's effectiveness along with results of simulating a scale model of the power grid of the state of Texas. 1

Trh více prodejců / Market with several vendors

Trégner, Tomáš January 2020 (has links)
The thesis studies the problem well-known in literature as the newsvendor problem. After summarizing the basic model we pay attention to two extensions of this problem and their combination in single model. The first extension concerns the possibility of the vendor to choose his selling price. The second extension is creation of market with several vendors. We describe both situations in the first chapter of the thesis. In the second chapter we study the combination of both extensions, which means the market with several vendors who can choose their selling prices. We touched several models of such market and we found that the problem is very complex. However we found the optimal reaction of one vendor on the strategy of the other vendor in case of special market with two vendors. That enabled us to create a programme that examines such market, mainly the dependence of the optimal decision of one vendor on the strategy of the second vendor and presence of the Nash equilibriums. 1

Specifické problémy společností poskytujících logistické služby

Kučeříková, Alžběta January 2017 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the identification of specific problems which are typical in the field of logistics service providers (focusing on the optimalization of the transport of piece shipments). For the definition of specific problems the studying in professional resources, both domestic and foreign, realization of both quantitative and qualitative research among logistic companies focusing on the transport of piece shipments was needed. On the basis of defined specific problems of the provision of shipping service, possible solutions are proposed for their re-moval or reduction. Some suggestions for solutions of the identified problematic areas of the industry are applied to specific companies.

Možnosti optimalizace zemědělské krajiny

Kovářová, Marta January 2017 (has links)
This Diploma Thesis deals with the possibilities of agricultural landscape optimization. The literary overview starts with the analysis of agricultural landscape in the Czech Republic. Based on this analysis, it introduces problems which the agricultural landscape faces nowadays. The thesis presents corrective measures which can eliminate these problems. Special attention is devoted to land consolidation, in particular complex land consolidation, which is one of the possibilities that can overall solve agricultural landscape optimization in our conditions. This thesis points out both their benefits and the restriction of their use. The chosen model area became the land registry of Dalešice, belonging to Vysočina Region. The problems of this area were defined based on given analyses. According to this plan of joint facilities certain measures were suggested, the aim of which is to optimize the disrupted agricultural landscape. The constituent of this plan is a proposal of anti-erosive and water management measures, a proposal of Nature Conservation Agency, addition of path network and measures to renovate stability and character of landscape. The intention of the author is to present this study as material to use in the plan of joint facilities within complex land consolidation. In conclusion of this Diploma Thesis general recommendations are defined for the users of agricultural landscape soil.

Optimalizace uspořádání krajiny modelového území

Machová, Alexandra January 2019 (has links)
The Diplom Thesis deals with the possibilities of agricultural landscape optimization in model area Polička and Pomezí to Pardubice Region. The literary overview attention is paid to the historical development of agriculture, the current state of soil in the Czech Republic and the possibility of improving the current state, especially in the form of land consolidation. In the practical part of the thesis, problematic places of the territory were defined on the basis of detailed analysis. The result of the work is a map of the design of optimization measures and recommendations for recommendations especially for users of agricultural land. The study itself should serve as a basis for possible land consolidation or other landscaping.

Návrh svozové trasy odpadu s využitím algoritmů pro řešení úlohy obchodního cestujícího

Novotná, Jana January 2018 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the optimization of collection routes of separated waste in Velké Meziříčí. This waste is collected by the Technical Services VM s.r.o. The solution is designed using the well-known Traveling salesman problem method and the proposed algorithm is a combination of these methods. The algorithm is designed to work in the Maple algebraic system and the data were analysed using ArcGIS and Statistica. Gradual development and functionality of the algorithm is represented by resulting separate waste collection routes.

Využití metod operačního výzkumu při optimalizaci výrobní struktury v AGROSEV spol. s r.o.

Švancarová, Karina January 2019 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the optimization of production structure in a selected company. The aim of the thesis is to propose mathematical models which support decision making on the structure of plant and livestock production. The introductory part of the thesis describes theory of operational research, agricultural production and subsidies. The later part includes mathematical models designed to maximize profit or minimize costs where subsidies are also counted. Random parameters in the objective function are taken into account.

Factors contributing to increased number of iOS app downloads

Ballo, Matěj January 2018 (has links)
This thesis is providing with recommendations for app publishers, developers and app marketers. The recommendations were derived from results from a qualitative research, a usability test on Czech iOS users, and from A/B testing of two iOS apps inside the app store. The results came from data analyses which also involved the grounded theory method and user screen recording. The results were further divided into the technical app store optimization aspects and into the user decision-making aspects. There were also studied previous research which were compared to the primary data.
