The main subject of this thesis consists of analyse aimed on the mapping, modelling and simulation tools for the use in integrated systems of management. The theoretical part of thesis analyses actual subject situation based on the literature research. This part describes mainly used standards and trends, methodology of process mapping, process evaluation, improoving and optimizing. The practical part of thesis includes a model of real manufacturing process and a simulation of its behaviour in the simulation environment Allcelar 2010. The real system is optimized by the use of economic criteria. The thesis employs methods of simulation, modeling and optimization, which are together with the decision making, systems approach, operations research and queuing systems content of the theoretical part. The goal of the submitted thesis is to apply and check gained knowledge for mapping and analyzing of specific business processes followed by the evaluation of its effectiveness and suggestion of its optimization. The area of business processes and process management is described in the theoretical part. Additionally the methodology of business process modeling and methods of process evaluation and process improvement is also described. The practical part is focused on identification of the company's processes, analysis of the innovative processes and evaluation of their effectiveness. The following optimization of the processes is based on the facts found out by the previous research.

Rumreichová, L. The use of multiple-tours transport problem in the optimization of transport routes. Master thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno. 2013. The master thesis deals with the possibilities of using methods of the operations research in the creation of distribution routes. This thesis is based on the analysis of the original solutions to distribution lines. The aim is to suggest a new distribution solution using appropriate optimization methods. The thesis is a comparison of the original and optimized solution with suggestions for possible improvements. Proposal for the new solution is performed using Mayer`s methods and available software.

This diploma thesis is focused on optimizing agricultural production for the selected company in Vysočina region. The aim of the thesis was to create mathematical models for optimization of sowing plan, and for crop and animal production. Mathematical models take into account the subsidies. Within the comparison of the proposed optimizations is to examine the efficiency of agricultural production in the company. The work consists of a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part includes linear programming and in the practical part there is each model optimized using MS Excel programme.

Biogasplants are installations for converting of biomass to produce biogas, which is a valuable energy source if a proper management of ananaerobic process is kept. In the Czech Republic are mainly agricultural biogas plants. This workis focused on evaluation of data obtained from a specific biogas plant, which islocated in the town Úpice. This plant processes biodegradable waste. Data are evaluated qualitatively, also with use of cluster analysis using statistical program R as well as by a proposed linear regression models in Matlab software. Results were applied for suggestins of several measures for the management of biogas plant and for creation of non-linea rregression model, which can be further developed. . International tax planning is a phenomenon of recent years. One of the ways suitable for a tax optimization is the use of the area bearing the sign tax haven, which is also the subject of this thesis. The possibility of optimizing is demonstrated on a specific model example of American company optimizing through the jurisdiction of the Netherlands, which is often used for this purpose. Optimization areas included in this thesis are dividends, interest and royalties. Then based on the creation of optimization structures is shown how a company can achieve tax savings and increase net profit. Work is divided into six chapters. The first chapter builds a theoretical framework. The second chapter deals with international investment flows and the special position of the Netherlands in this area. The third chapter examines the main aspects that make tax havens attractive. The fourth chapter describes the economic, business and tax environment in the Netherlands. The fifth chapter is created by the analysis of optimization for a specific model example. The final chapter discusses current initiatives of the OECD, EU and US in the fight against tax havens.

The diploma thesis deals with optimization of personal costs, mainly consisting of wage costs in organizations. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part comprises description of individual cost components of personal costs incl. calculation examples and impact on tax deduction. The main aim of this thesis is to characterize procedures and methods of personal costs optimization in companies. Special attention had been paid to procedures and methods of optimization of personal costs that arising in companies focusing on publishing. The practical part deals with analysis of personal costs in the company of Litmedia a.s. and development thereof in the last five years. The results were compared with personal costs in a different undertaking engaged in similar activities. The final part assesses the impact of optimization of overall personal costs on the results of an organization and proposes recommendations on how to increase cost effectiveness while achieving goals of the given company.

Práce se zabývá možností programování základních metod teorie grafů a řízení projektů v prostředí MS Excel 2003. Hlavním přínosem by měla být aplikace vytvořená ve VBA, která má sloužit jako pomůcka při výuce operačního výzkumu. Vytvořený program je určen k případnému rozšiřování a doplňování o další metody, aby pro studijní účely bylo zpracováno co nejvíce metod.

Tato diplomová práce zabývající se matematickou optimalizací rozvrhu na střední škole si klade za cíl prošetřit, zda je vhodné k optimalizaci středoškolského rozvrhu použít dělící problém. Veškeré výpočty jsou dokumentovány ve třech různých úlohách, které se zakládají na reálných datech skutečné střední školy. Z optimalizačních softwarů byly zvoleny programy Lingo a Xpress na kterých byly ověřeny dva rozdílné způsoby formulace matematického modelu. Práce obsahuje sedm příloh, které jsou obsaženy v hlavním dokumentu a speciální přílohy obsahující formulace modelů a interpretační tabulky v programu MS Excel s využitím VBA na přiloženém CD.

Tato práce se zabývá využitím optimalizace a simulace v reálném dodavatelském řetězci. Pomocí těchto metod je testováno řešení externí firmy, která měla za úkol optimalizovat rozvržení tras obchodních zástupců. Práce hodnotí vliv této optimalizace na fungování celého řetězce.

Flights and revisions planning is the problem of assigning flights and revisions to aircrafts in such a way that constraints are satisfied, and some objective function is optimized. Objective function can be to minimalize the number of aircrafts. The intention of my thesis is to find the optimum solution in the problem of flights and revisions planning to aircrafts. In this work, I am using linear programming, which is important and irreplaceable in everyday practical use.
