This thesis deals with problems of the non-profit organizations in the field of sports, especially with the civil associations. Main aim of the thesis is to present possibilities of the financial sources which would provide for exercising the sport activities. Another objective is to prove that the sport organizations cannot get along without the public support. The theoretical part focuses on the brief characteristics of particular forms of the non profit organizations and closer considers possibilities of financing the civil associations in the sport area. The applied part targets the concrete civil associations which act in the field of sports. Right after the short characteristics is the main focus given to the financial sources which function is to secure the organization's activity. At the conclusion there is undertaken the analysis of its economy during four years.

This diploma thesis deals with analysis of marketing strategy of Slovak nonprofit and nongovernmental organisation Úsmev ako dar and its project Najmilší koncert roka. This organisation concerns with help and care about children from foster homes. The theoretical part describes nonprofit organisations, its funding and its specific marketing. The practical part begins with description of organisation Úsmev ako dar and its project Najmilší koncert roka, and continues with analysis of its marketing mix and communication strategy, and also the analysis of the marketing strategy for project Najmilší koncert roka, where the results are compared with results from survey.

Diploma thesis speaks about functional analysis of organization. At first is explained related theory from which comes the analysis itself. Facts related to organizational theory and basics are explained too. Main theory of this thesis is AGIL theory dividing organization into four subsystems. On this distribution is based whole practical research. To get data for analysis itself there were used three methods: questionnaire, non standardized interview and documents studies. Based on analysis results are mentioned socio-technical recommendations.

Motivace k práci v neziskové organizaci Junák, teoretická část se zabývá hlavními motivy k práci v neziskové organizaci a stimulačními prostředky organizace, dále vysvětluje pojmy nezisková organizace a dobrovolnictví. Podrobněji se věnuje popisu Junáka. V praktické části je vyhodnocení vlatního výzkumu mezi členy Junáka, zaměřený na hlavní motivy a stimuly pro práci.

As far as my diploma thesis is concerned I deal here with the topic of education of employees in non-governmental organizations. The theoretical part of my work is focused on clarification of often used terms connected with this issue, such as non-governmental organizations, education, qualification and competency, learning organization etc. I address the next part of my work to the system of education in organizations generally and then I search for the particularities of this issue in non-governmental organizations. My work deals with form and system of education of employees in non-governmental organizations, with motivation for education and how the employees themselves perceive the education and vocational development in their non-governmental organizations. To gain data for case study I used the method of qualitative research - method of half-structured interviews which I led with employees and managing employees of non-governmental organizations. The main idea of my work was to understand how the situation on this field look like, what are the trends and progress of education of employees and what news it could bring to civil society or rather to the society in general.

The theses is aimed to the analyse of the economy of allowance organisation Školní jídelna Králíky, Moravská 647, especially on changes made after accounting reform from 1. 1. 2010 for selected accounting units, which influence accounting and management of these units.

Cílem této práce je ukázat nový pohled na postavení Evropské unie jako celku v mezinárodních organizacích. Práce přibližuje pojem mezinárodní organizace, její typické právní znaky, cíle, funkce, role a historii, jež jsou nutným základem pro důkladné pochopení zkoumaného tématu. Následně je charakterizována Evropská unie, její cíle, funkce, role, postavení ve světě a právní základy, dle kterých vystupuje na mezinárodním poli. V závěrečné části je zkoumáno postavení Evropské unie v několika vybraných mezinárodních organizacích z pozice člena, pozorovatele a formy spolupráce.

Práce analyzuje organizační architekturu Corinthia Towers Hotelu. Organizační architekturu dělí na čtyři prvky - účel existence podniku, stavební materiál, styl a nástroje řízení. Každý z těchto prvků je detailně rozebrán a hodnocen ve vztahu k efektivnímu chodu hotelu.

The work is devoted to the problem of learning organization. The objective of the work is to evaluate if the chosen company actually is learning organization and to identify the areas in which the company is close to this concept and what action should be taken to become a learning organization. A questionnaire survey was mainly used for this evaluation. In the end strong and weak sides of the chosen company are introduced and a recommendation is proposed which should lead to creating a learning organization.

My intention about diploma thesis is to focus on the Czech workers from the Czech organization People in Need (PIN), who are fully involved in participating in the mission in Ethiopia or whom were given the possibility to join the working team of PIN in Ethiopia. I focused on the non-governmental organization People in Need, because it belongs to the biggest NGO in the Czech Republic and has the stable mission in Ethiopia. My intension is to analyze Czech workers of PIN, who are working on the mission in Ethiopia and who spent a longer period (at least 12 months) working in Ethiopia. My research questions are focused on obstacles of these workers in the sense of integration to different culture such as Ethiopia, transnational practices and the level of connectedness to the World, society and country of origin etc. For the theory framework, I have chosen the theory of transnationalism.
