The thesis is thematically aimed at the issue of impacts of selected respondents' membership in an informal group, it is oriented on the organization of children and youth leisure time, in particular; mostly in the form of long-term holiday stays in the wild. The work is focused mainly on questions, which role in selected members of the group is played by factors, such as family background, personality development, mental status, great experiences, personality of a group leader, interpersonal relationships in the group, environment in which the group forms, etc. The theoretical part shall seek to describe the issues of children and youth leisure time with an emphasis on sociological and psychological point of view. The practical part consists of monographic research and qualitative research. The aim of the monographic research is to describe by means of historical methods the development of group in time, based on social changes which during the existence of this group in the society happened. The thesis called "Life attitudes and values of selected groups of adolescents" deals with comparison of changes through longitudinal study in chosen indicators of value orientation and actual life attitudes of adolescents, who are situated in educational institution and being at the same time students of high school preparing themselves for future career. The results are compared with the survey, which was carried out between the years 2009 - 2010. The arrangement of gained data has a character of comparative study, which evaluates an occurrence of certain aspects in respondents' hierarchy of values and maps their shift in a certain period of time. The theoretical part is concerned with attitudes and value orientation, their elements and formations; furthermore it structures a phenomenon of adolescence in general, which is compared in selected indicators with specifically selected groups, which are the subject of the survey. The topic of this thesis is spatial orientation and navigation in children with combined visual impairment. This study introduces different theoretical stages and compares different attitudes of families, teachers and counselors. Furthermore this study is to identify various levels of parents' awareness of this problem. Qualitative research based on interviews has been used for this observation. The objective of this thesis is to create an information brochure which should then serve as an aid and support for parents with visually impaired children. Such brochure should include basic information about spatial orientation and navigation, as well as it should share personal experience and relevant advice useful in daily life. Recent research suggests that parents of visually impaired children learn about these issues mainly from special education centers or Early Care. Materials obtained at said institutions were, according to research, insufficient. However the availability of these materials was satisfactory. Children with impairment need specific and individual approach and teachers, parents and counselors, when working with children with visual impairment, seem to often focus on different subjects.

v anglickém jazyce In this thesis called "Perspective Orientation of Girls Situated in Diagnostic Institution" I deal with young people with behavioral disorders. In the first part I am trying to describe the meaning of term adolescence. I tried to describe the main problems of this phase of life and show to reader spectrum or variety of risk and delinquent behavior. I shortly introduced topic of perspective orientation and described function of Diagnostic Institution. In practical part I firstly described methods of research. Partially I used printed documents for part of my research. Second and the main part is based on personal written works of clients themselves. By form of open questions I tried to learn ideas of clients about the future. In the first part of research I tried to understand family background of respondents and socio-economic status of their families. I was also interested in region girls came from. Finally, I was interested in reasons why clients are in Diagnostic Institution. Is it because of drugs or something completely different? In the second part of my research I used technique of interview directly with clients. I tried to analyze and valuate results. The quality of a product is very important nowadays. The customer take into account by the purchase of the product not only price and the quantity of the purchased product but also he requires mainly its quality. The theme of the disertation is the comparison of selected motorcycles of the same category and different brands which are sold in the Czech market. Here is mentioned the basic information about their engineering characteristic, costs, design and customer service. On the basis of these charakteristics was analyzed the quality of motorcycles in the each group of evaluation. After that was determined the average sequence accordance with particular issues. Questionnaire was created to the quality of the motorcycles was set objectively. Its elaboration helped to better evaluation of the motorcycles and to find out which characteristics of are consider to cover up into the evaluation.

The diploma thesis underlines the necessity of the continual analysis of customers' satisfaction in the sphere of tourism services. The definition of the tourism services, the focus on the customer and the measurement method of his satisfaction are explained in the theoretical part of the diploma thesis. In the practical part, the satisfaction of the customers of the concrete travel agency is analyzed by the questionnaire.

The paper deals with organizational identity in relation to organizational strategy. Based on the reserch questionnaire, the values inventory and the interview it was found that the strategy of the organization Lesostavby Třeboň, a. s. is in accordance with organizational identity further external identity orientation is coincident with internal identity orientation and this orientation is perceived by managers and technical-economic workers in the same way. The information obtained was summarized in tables and bar graphs, including the resulting recommendations for the company Lesostavby Třeboň, a. s.

The thesis focuses on the solution of two specific situations in the field of employee orientation and adaptation. The first part deals with the analysis of the adaptation and orientation process of the new employees in Subterra a.s. including recommendations on how to optimise this process. The second part focuses on the system of training of the employees before expatriation, leading to their successful adaptation abroad. This section describes the activities and information that are required before their expatriation. The aim of the training is an successful employee adaptation and an achievement of the objectives of the expatriation. This Master's Thesis is based on Czech and foreign literature. The practical part is mainly based on the internal documents of Subterra a.s., on the consultation with the Head of the Human Resources Development Unit in Subterra -- Mgr. Jana Jakoubková and my own experience with work abroad.

The subject of this project is a new building of art school in the administrative area Brno – Královo Pole. It is a stand-alone building with two above-ground floors. The building is made of brick from (lime-sand blocks). The ceiling above the 1st floor is made of reinforced concrete, the ceiling above 2nd floor is made of pre-stressed reinforced concrete roof panels of spiroll type. The roofs are designed as a flat surcharge. The walls are double-layered, contact-insulated with fiber-cement cladding. The object is designed according to Feng Shui and as barrier-free for people with reduced mobility and orientation.

This diploma thesis focuses on design of the web application for project management. The final product is more process-oriented compared to most of other widely spread project management tools. It builds on the visual representation of tasks' progress. One of the main features is its simplicity and user friendliness as it also aims at the users who are not willing to invest their time to discover more complex applications but are willing to use some project management tool. The application is developped in the Symfony framework.
