Darbo tikslas. Įvertinti tėvų, mokyklos administracijos, bei mokyklų visuomenės sveikatos specialistų požiūrį į vykdomos vaikų sveikatos programos reikaligumą. Uždaviniai. Nustatyti tėvų ir mokyklos administracijos požiūrį į mokyklose vykdomą vaikų sveikatos programą. Įvertinti visuomenės sveikatos specialistų požiūrį į mokyklose vykdomą vaikų sveikatos programą. Palyginti vaikų sveikatos programos reikalingumą vertinusių žmonių grupių požiūrį. Tyrimo metodika. Kauno rajono mokyklose dirbančių dirbančių visuomenės sveikatos specialistų ir mokyklos adminsitracijos anoniminė anketinė apklausa (n = 50 t.y., atsako dažnis 100proc). Tėvams buvo išdalintos sutikimo formos ir informaciniai lapeliai apie vykdomą sveikatos programą (n = 3379 t.y., atsako dažnis 70,1 proc.). Apklausos rezultatai buvo analizuojami naudojant SPSS 17,0 versijos statistinių duomenų analizės programą. Statistinių duomenų reikšmingumas tikrintas pagal χ2 kriterijų, laisvės laipsnių skaičių ir statistinį reikšmingumą (p). Rezultatai. Visos respondentų grupės (80 proc.) teigiamai vertina vaikų sveikatos programas. Respondentų nuomonės išsiskyrė atsakant į klausimą ar trukdomas pamokų laikas sveikatos programų metų, (53 proc) visuomenės sveikatos specialistų teigia, kad laikas trukdomas, o (66 proc.) mokyklos administracijos, kad netrukdomas. Net (77 proc.) mokyklos administracijos darbuotojų teigia, kad jų darbo praktikoje buvo vykdytos sveikatos programos, tuo tarpu visuomenės sveikatos specialistai „taip“... Indicação geográfica como recurso estratégico : reputação e julgamento de marca do Porto Digital - Recife, PE

Geographical Indications are signs used for goods that have a specific geographical origin and hold quality, reputation or characteristics that are essentially attributable to that origin. Geographical Indications and Trademarks are distinctive signs that allow producers to protect their established reputation against imitation or fraud. The use of Geographical Indication by regions that provide services has different goals of Geographical Indications by producing regions of tangible goods. Geographical Indication does not ensure legal exclusivity to the services offered by a technology park, or, more generally, by a Local Productive Arrangement. Thus, there is no clarity whether the derivatives strategic attributes of Geographical Indication - especially reputation - can generate competitive advantage. This study aims to check that the Geographical Indication gives competitive advantage and positive reputation to the local productive arrangement Porto Digital. Descriptive crosssectional study was conducted with 10 customers and 25 managers of companies belonging to the technological park Port Digital. A questionnaire was applied based on the customer-based brand equity model addressing the characterization of the companies and the values assigned by managers and customers to adherence, quality, superiority, consideration and credibility of Porto Digital Brand. Data and scores obtained were subjected to correlation analysis. Values above the mean score for Brand Judgment were obtained both by customers and by managers, and values above the mean score for Brand Adherence where obtained by managers. There was no significant correlation between billing, number of employees or age of companies and their assigned scores for Judgment and Adherence. Judgment and Adherence are correlated. Porto Digital brand gives positive brand judgment to the services offered by the technological park. / As Indicações Geográficas (IG) são sinais utilizados para bens que têm uma origem geográfica específica e possuem qualidade, reputação ou características essencialmente atribuíveis àquela origem. As IG, como marcas registradas, são sinais distintivos que permitem aos produtores proteger sua reputação estabelecida contra imitação ou fraude. A IG para o setor de serviços possui objetivos diferentes das de regiões produtoras de bens tangíveis, pois não confere exclusividade legal aos serviços oferecidos por um parque tecnológico, ou, mais geralmente, por um Arranjo Produtivo Local. Desta forma, não há clareza se os atributos estratégicos derivados da IG - sobretudo a reputação podem gerar vantagem competitiva. Assim, com este trabalho objetivou-se verificar se a IG confere vantagem competitiva e reputação positiva ao arranjo produtivo local Porto Digital. Para isto, foi realizado estudo transversal, de caráter descritivo com 10 clientes e 25 gestores de empresas pertencentes ao parque tecnológico Porto Digital. Foi aplicado questionário baseado no modelo customer-based brand equity abordando a caracterização das empresas quanto a seu faturamento, número de funcionários e tempo de alocação no parque tecnológico; e os valores atribuídos pelos gestores e clientes para Adesão, Qualidade, Superioridade, Consideração e Credibilidade da Marca Porto Digital. Os dados e escores obtidos foram comparados e submetidos a análise de correlação.Foram obtidos valores acima do escore médio (e=3,27) para o Julgamento de Marca, tanto por clientes quanto por gestores, e valores acima do escore médio (e=3,45) para a Adesão à Marca pelos gestores. Foi verificada baixa correlação entre faturamento e Julgamento (r=0,18) e faturamento e Adesão (r=0,29). Não foram verificadas correlações significativas entre número de funcionários ou tempo de embarque das empresas e seus escores atribuídos para Julgamento e Adesão (r<0,1). Foi verificada correlação significativa (r=0,72) entre Julgamento de Marca e Adesão à Marca. Concluiu-se que a Marca Porto Digital confere Julgamento de Marca positivo aos serviços oferecidos pelo parque tecnológico.

Revision Moment for the Retail Decision-Making System

In this work we address to the problems of the loan origination decision-making systems. In accordance with the basic principles of the loan origination process we considered the main rules of a clients parameters estimation, a change-point problem for the given data and a disorder moment detection problem for the real-time observations. In the first part of the work the main principles of the parameters estimation are given. Also the change-point problem is considered for the given sample in the discrete and continuous time with using the Maximum likelihood method. In the second part of the work the disorder moment detection problem for the real-time observations is considered as a disorder problem for a non-homogeneous Poisson process. The corresponding optimal stopping problem is reduced to the free-boundary problem with a complete analytical solution for the case when the intensity of defaults increases. Thereafter a scheme of the real time detection of a disorder moment is given.

影像創作者創作歷程研究 / An exploratory study of image creators' creativity process

本研究透過研究影像創作者創作歷程,分析其創意和創造力的面貌,最後歸納出影像創作者進行創作時之共同/相似脈絡。 本研究的對象是兩位資深影像創作者,他們擁有豐富的創作經驗以及數量不少的影像作品,本研究進行的方式是透過鑑賞兩位影像創作者的影像作品、並確認其中有創意/創造力的地方,其次則是請他們敘說當時創作那些影像作品的歷程,隨後再將影像創作者的「創作歷程」與「作品呈現創意/創造力」之處進行比對與分析,藉以找出上述兩者之間的關聯性。 本研究參照Amabile的「創造力成份模式」論述,重新提出一個分析影像創作者創作歷程的「影像創作者創造力成份模式」,模式中顯示影響影像創作者的創造力表現之各種「元素」。研究針對創造力被啟發的過程中模式裡之「元素」對影像創作者的影響進行分析,藉以解釋那些「影像創作者的創造力成份」 在一個創作者身上所扮演的角色與作用,並歸納出本研究目的:尋求「影像創作者處於創作狀態時的創作脈絡」。 經過分析與比對,本研究從兩位資深影像創作者的創作歷程中所找出的共同/相似脈絡如下: 創作的歷程都由「動機」開始,舉凡創作者所具有的「內在慾望」;或受到「外來的期待」的刺激;或受「信仰文化力」之影響;或被心中一股「仁愛心」所推動等,都可解釋為影像創作者受創作動機的推動而開始創作的事實。 「個人特質」在影像創作者創作時成了影響創作成果的重要因素,包括「個人經驗」、「聯想力」等個人特質,時刻左右影像創作者的創作歷程。 影像創作者的「領域知識與技術」在其創作歷程中扮演舉足輕重的角色,本研究發現如「領域知識」、「精進的技術」等影像創作者本身具有的學能條件足以決定其作品的成果。 影像創作者「與環境遭遇」所碰撞出的創意/創造力火花是其創作歷程中不可或缺的助力,本研究整理發現兩位影像創作者與「週遭環境」或「心境」的遭遇均牽引出豐盛的創意/創造力。 本研究在研究過程裡發現「專注力」對創作歷程的影響,這項因素雖沒有在考據文獻時注意到,但是它的確對影像創作者在創作時產生特定的作用力,因此將它列入本研究發現的最後一項脈絡。 本研究受限於研究規模,從兩位資深影像創作者的創作歷程裡所歸納出的共同/相似脈絡,雖無法道盡所有影像創作者的創作全貌,然而本研究成果應對相關創作歷程的學術研究有參考價值。 / This study conducts an analysis of creation and creativity, through deeply investigating the process of image generating from creators, and concludes with some common/approximate contexts from different creators. Two senior image creators are interviewed in order to examine their individual image artworks by comparing and analyzing their different process of creation and the ways of idea presentations. This study also tries to identify correlations and features from their image creating process, building up contexts from creators’ ways of thinking and their original creativity. This study proposes a new analytical model, referring to “the componential model of creativity” by Amabile (Amabile, 1996). The new “componential model of creativity from image creators” outlines critical factors (e.g., motivation, domain-relevant skills, concentration, and encounter), referring to the interviewees’ creating process and performance. The components of creativity and their impact to the creators are also analyzed to find the contexts from image creators’ origination. Through the analysis and comparison, this study identifies several common / approximate originating contexts from these two image creators: 1. Creativity comes from motivation. Creators’ desire inside, stimulus from outside expectation and cultural difference, are the key factors affecting creators’ origination 2. Personality is the most important factor during creating process, such as personal experience, imagination, and education etc. 3. Professional knowledge and domain-relevant skills play critical roles to affect image creators’ performance and their creativity. 4. Creativity inspiration also comes from real world. This study shows strong correlation between environment and creators’ rich creations. 5. This study also finds the importance of concentration component during creation. The more concentration the creator pays, the more creativity he gets. This study generalizes some findings and research results; however, it’s still not enough to cover whole picture of image creators’ creativity process due to the limitation of research scale. Continuous study may help people with creating images.

This thesis deals with Ferdinand Schlögel-Merzin's (1899-1983) early works related to the 1913 Scout summer camp led by Josef Hendrych. It was set up at the Bohemian Paradise near the site of Kumburk castle ruins. In addition to the analysis of Schlögel-Merzin's diary and memoirs, the thesis also aims to provide information on the origination of Czech Scouting with respect to Schlögel-Merzin and his influence. The thesis also contains the inventory of Schlögel-Merzin's personal fonds, stored in the Literary archive of the Museum of Czech Literature. The collection includes material from the entire Schlögel-Merzin's creative period, mainly unpublished manuscripts - poems, poetry collections, prose, plays or travelogue lectures - and archive documents connected to his writing or travels to foreign countries in the 1920s and 1930s.
